分析了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头缺陷特征,研究了2219铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷相控阵超声波检测技术的原理和特点,采用相控阵超声波检测方法对典型的搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷进行了检测,并通过金相剖切结果对检测结果进行了验证和对比分析。结果表明,针对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷的特点,相控阵超声波无损检测技术对缺陷的检出能力强,对搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的根部弱结合等面积型缺陷和孔洞等体积型缺陷都有较好的检测能力,是一种行之有效的搅拌摩擦焊焊缝缺陷检测方法。  相似文献

针对Y型管节点焊缝的特点,为解决在Y型管节点焊缝超声波检测中的缺陷定位困难、方法繁琐和耗时严重等问题,结合计算机辅助软件,设计了Y型管节点焊缝超声相控阵检测工艺,并对该类焊缝进行试验研究。试验证实:采用计算机辅助超声相控阵技术检测Y型管节点焊缝有利于该类焊缝检测效率的提高,可以有效地避免常规方法频繁移动探头的检测方式。  相似文献

介绍了全自动超声波检测技术在管道对接环焊缝检测中的应用。采用全自动超声波检测、手动超声波检测以及射线检测方法对预制缺陷进行了检测。通过金相解剖对比三种检测方法的优劣,发现全自动超声波检测技术的优势和发展潜力,得出超声波衍射时差法结合超声脉冲反射法可有效检测管道对接环焊缝缺陷。  相似文献

结合巴基斯坦铁路客车构架产品的结构特点,分析和破解巴基斯坦铁路客车构架横侧梁接口环焊缝的内部检测工艺难点,通过实验制定了相控阵超声波检测工艺方案,对构架横侧梁接口环焊缝进行相控阵超声波检测能够准确检测出该环焊缝中存在的各类内部缺陷,实现了焊缝的全覆盖以及内部缺陷的检出,并能根据回波图像显示排除结构对检测的干扰,既保证焊缝质量又提高生产效率,取得比较满意的结果。研究了相控阵超声波技术在环焊缝检测方面的应用,并在实际检测中得到验证。  相似文献

介绍国外采用超声波相控阵技术检测钢焊缝的最新进展。此法采用电子扫描加机械扫查,能大大提高检测效率;结合相控阵TOFD法,可使面状缺陷的检出与定量更为精确,有效,在探伤结果的自动记录图上,除A型显示外,还有B型,C型和D型显示,提供了缺陷的三向视图,此技术在国内已用于西气东运长输管道焊缝的现场检测,并可望在近期用于锅炉压力容器焊缝的制造验收检测和在役定期检测。  相似文献

Electron beam welding (EBW) is a fusion welding process in which a beam of high-velocity electrons is applied to two materials to be joined.It is a complex high-temperature metallurgical process,and the quality of welding may deteriorate because of defects caused by improper welding parameters,especially in the EBW of thickened aluminum alloy plate.Ultrasonic phased array(UPA) technology has been applied more widely in the field of nondestructive testing because of its ability of effectively controlling the shape and direction of the emitted ultrasonic beam.In present research,a specimen with EBW seam on thickened aluminum plate was tested with a linear array ultrasonic phased array probe,and a large number of B-scan images of the weld were acquired by electronic scanning in probe combined with the mechanical scanning of the probe along the weld direction.This large number of B-scan images were stacked to construct the volume data,with which the 3D image of the weld discontinuities were reconstructed,and the 3D visualization was realized.More details about weld discontinuities' spatial distribution and orientation were revealed,and this approach also made the results of non-destructive ultrasonic testing more easily to understand.  相似文献

Investigations were carried out into the special features of the process of electron beam welding (EBW) with the supply of nitrogen into the weld pool. The effect of the gas medium on the focusing of the electron beam and the depth of penetration is described. The dependence of the chemical composition of weld metal and of the mechanical properties of the welded joint on the amount of supplied nitrogen is determined. It is assumed that it is sufficient to alloy the welded joints in austenitic creep-resisting steels with nitrogen during EBW in order to increase the hot cracking resistance of the weld metal.  相似文献

对比了相控阵超声和常规超声对接焊缝的检测仿真和试验,分析了对接焊缝相控阵超声检测的可靠性,为承压设备相控阵超声检测标准的制订提供相应参考。仿真与试验得出:相控阵超声检测的缺陷检出率总体上要高于常规超声检测。对于有着严重危害且对声束指向性要求较高的面状缺陷,相控阵超声的检出率要高于常规超声。对于夹渣、未焊透等体积性缺陷,相控阵与常规超声的检出率均非常高。但是对于气孔类回波较小的体积性缺陷,相控阵超声的检出率明显高于常规超声。对于工件厚度较大的焊缝,相控阵超声较常规超声技术可以扫描检测到更厚的焊缝区域。在缺陷测长方面,相控阵超声的测长结果相对于常规超声技术总体偏大,测长精度并无明显优势。  相似文献

The special ultrasonic testing system has been developed for thickness measurement of plasma sprayed coatings. The ultrasonic immersion method was used to obtain stable coupling condition and avoid other disadvantages of contact method. Spherical acoustic lens were designed to focus ultrasonic beam so as to improve beam directivity and concentrate ultrasonic energy. To increase testing precision and avoid mussy wave signals, moderate pulse width and frequency of the transducer has been selected. The displacement of transducer in X-Y-Z directions was precisely manipulated by step-controlled system to insure the accuracy of focus length and repetition of measurement. Optimized testing conditions (with the transducer of center frequency of 10 MHz and crystal diameter of 8 mm, focus length of 9.5 mm, diameter of focal column of 0. 1 mm and length of focal column of 0.27 mm) were selected to determine the thickness between 285 -414 μm of ZrO2 coatings plasma sprayed on the nickel based superalloy. The frequency interval of the periodic extremums in ultrasonic power spectra decreases with increasing coating thickness. The ultrasonic results accord with those of metallographical method.  相似文献

采用超声C扫描成像方法检测了复杂结构电子束焊缝.根据这类焊接结构的特点,采用模拟试件,代替真实试件,简化了试验条件.着重分析了大深宽比工件内超声的传播特性,在此基础上,经反复试验研制了聚焦效果较好的声透镜,将声透镜应用于平探头上进行检测试验,为了验证检测结果的可靠性,对试件上典型位置进行了破坏性试验分析.结果表明:自制探头的检测灵敏度较高,超声检测结果与界面缺陷分布情况具有较好的一致性,说明超声C扫描成像检测方法是电子束焊缝质量评价的有效手段.  相似文献

多束流电子束焊是一种能够同时产生多个电子束流作为焊接热源的电子束焊接新技术,能够有效的减小焊接应力和变形。为了减小Ti6Al4V钛合金薄板焊接变形,本文提出了一种新型的多束流电子束焊接技术,除了熔化金属的主束流外,还包括两个对称分布的辅助束流用来焊后加热。分别用传统电子束焊和多束流电子束焊对1 mm厚的Ti6Al4V钛合金薄板进行焊接试验,试验表明,通过调节两个辅助束流的位置和能量分布,多束流电子束焊能够有效减小钛合金薄板的焊接变形。  相似文献
