音平控渣技术在冶炼高铬高锰铁水的应用

津西二炼钢厂100 t顶底复吹转炉应用音平控渣技术改善了转炉冶炼化渣,有效地控制了喷溅、返干。转 炉一次倒炉率从79.22%提高到81.16%,平均班生产炉数从14.7炉提高到15.4炉。转炉炉衬得到了良好的维 护,降低了渣料和钢铁料消耗,大大提高了操作工的技术水平,实现了分级量化管理。采用这一技术后,每年可节 约炼钢成本约729.05万元。
