本试验选用健康仔猪16头,随机分为二组,分别饲喂鱼粉日粮(对照组)与鱼精粉代替日粮(试验组)。通过31d饲养试验与消化试验,结果表明,鱼粉组与鱼精粉组试猪日头均采食量、平均日增重、饲料增重比、日粮粗蛋白表观消化率分别为990g、1026g;446g、461g;2.22、2.23;76.30%、78.10%。使用鱼精粉替代进口鱼粉单位增重料成本下降2%.证明鱼精粉足以完全替代进口鱼粉。 相似文献

采用多个化学发光体系系统地研究了花生多肽的体外抗氧化活性及其对DNA损伤的保护作用。运用邻苯三酚-鲁米诺化学发光体系测定了花生多肽对超氧阴离子的清除作用,硫酸铜-邻菲哕啉-抗坏血酸-双氧水、硫酸亚铁-鲁米诺-双氧水和硫酸亚铁-鲁米诺3个体系测定了花生多肽对羟基自由基的清除作用,双氧水-鲁米诺体系测定了花生多肽对体外双氧水的清除作用,采用硫酸铜-邻菲哆啉-抗坏血酸-双氧水-脱氧核糖核酸测定了花生多肽对体外DNA损伤的保护作用。试验结果表明花生多肽具有较好的体外清除活性氧和保护DNA损伤的活性。花生多肽可作为开发抗氧化产品的新资源。 相似文献

Protamine has been used as an antiheparin drug and a natural preservative in various food products. However, limited studies have evaluated the physicochemical and functional properties of protamine. Hence, we assessed the mechanisms underlying the inhibition of lipid absorption following salmon protamine intake in in vitro and in vivo studies. In initial experiments, a salmon protamine hydrolyzate (PH) was prepared using in vitro simulated gastrointestinal digestion suppressed pancreatic lipase activity and micellar cholesterol solubility. This PH had higher bile acid‐binding capacity and emulsion breakdown activity than casein hydrolyzate and l ‐arginine. However, the hypolipidemic functions of protamine were dramatically reduced by pancreatin digestion. In further experiments, groups of male Wistar rats were fed an AIN‐93G diet containing 5% (wt/wt) salmon protamine or a protamine amino acid mixture. After 4 wk of feeding with experimental diets, reductions in serum and liver triacylglycerol (TAG) and cholesterol contents were observed in the presence of protamine, reflecting inhibition of TAG, cholesterol, and bile acid absorption. These data suggest that the formation of insoluble PH–bile acid complexes is critical before the bile acid‐binding capacity is reduced. Therefore, dietary salmon protamine may ameliorate lifestyle‐related diseases such as hyperlipidemia and obesity. 相似文献

酪蛋白由3种成分组成,即αs-酪蛋白,β-酪蛋白,κ-酪蛋白。本文对酪蛋白的三种组分进行分离,用SDSPAGE电泳进行检测,得到相对纯度分别为89.50%、96.51%、90.99%。酪蛋白三种组分用胰蛋白酶进行酶解,对酶解物的水解度和粒度分布进行测定,酶解物的粒度分布用激光粒度分析仪测定。得到的结论是:在三种组分的酶解物中,αs-酪蛋白酶解物的水解度最高,随着酶解时间的延长,αs-酪蛋白酶解物中的粒径越来越小。β-酪蛋白酶解物在前12h水解度增加最少,β-酪蛋白酶解物在前6h粒度变化也不明显。κ-酪蛋白酶解物的水解度以线性形势增加,且κ-酪蛋白酶解10min内,粒径变化明显。 相似文献

对小麦蛋白酶解物的功能性质进行了研究,结果表明,小麦蛋白酶解物在pH值为2.0~10.0内溶解度大于95%;在酸性和碱性条件下乳化性提高了3~4倍;高浓度酶解物的黏度随着pH值的变化较小;随浓度增高而变化不明显;具有较强的吸湿性;在低浓度下热稳定性较好;为小麦蛋白深加工的开发与工业化提供参考依据。 相似文献

目的:为了建立定量检测酪蛋白水解物中的血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)抑制肽的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)方法。方法:酪蛋白先经过胃蛋白酶水解、再经过胰蛋白酶水解,用风味蛋白酶和离子交换树脂对水解物先后进行脱苦和脱盐处理。建立标准品十肽酪氨酸-谷氨酰胺-赖氨酸-苯丙氨酸-脯氨酸-谷氨酰胺-酪氨酸-亮氨酸-谷氨酰胺-酪氨酸(YQKFPQYLQY)的RP-HPLC检测方法,运用外标法测定酪蛋白水解物中的ACE抑制肽YQKFPQYLQY的含量。结果:标准品十肽YQKFPQYLQY质量浓度在2.54.5mg/m L(R2=0.95496)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。酪蛋白水解物中所含十肽质量分数为4.96694%±0.00131%。结论:本液相检测方法操作简便、快速,适用于ACE抑制肽YQKFPQYLQY的定量检测分析。 相似文献

在硫酸质量分数4%、温度190℃、时间40min、液固比15(ml/g)、助催化剂(FeSO4)1%情况下以二次纤维(OCC)为原料制取水解液。在温度28℃、转速150r/min、接种量10%条件下,选取酿酒酵母(CICC1001)对水解液发酵制取乙醇进行了研究,考察了菌种驯化、水解液过中和处理以及助催化剂(FeSO4)对乙醇产量的影响。结果表明:驯化酿酒酵母可以提高OCC水解液发酵速率以及乙醇产量;以Ca(OH)2过中和处理后产乙醇量明显优于中和处理,最高乙醇产量比中和处理可高出85.20%;加入FeSO4的水解液与未加入FeSO4水解液发酵规律一致,而未加入FeSO4水解液发酵产乙醇量滞后于加入FeSO4的水解液。 相似文献

Inulin has become an attractive ingredient in the food industry because of its nutritional and functional characteristics.
Extraction of inulin from Jerusalem artichoke and the effects of its enzymatic hydrolyzate on the textural and sensorial characteristics
of yogurt were investigated. The extraction yield (98%) of inulin was obtained with dry Jerusalem artichoke powder. The thin-layer
chromatography and the ion chromatogram analysis of the enzymatic hydrolyzate revealed that inulinase hydrolyzed inulin into
fructooligosaccharides with degrees of polymerization from 2 to 10. Utilization of inulin and hydrolyzate in yogurts improved
their textural properties. Sensorial evaluation of yogurts showed that yogurts with inulin or its hydrolyzate had a better
body and smoother texture than yogurts with sucrose only. The findings of this study suggest that inulin or its hydrolyzate

为了提高白酒生产中废弃物的资源化利用效率,探讨了利用固定化酵母实现丢糟降解液连续发酵生产乙醇的工艺。采用固定化的LR3.1300酵母菌株(Saccharomyces sp)进行丢糟降解液的批次和连续乙醇发酵试验。批次发酵试验结果显示,固定化酵母在白酒糟降解液与葡萄糖混合液中发酵的底物利用和产酒效率都较高。在固定化酵母连续发酵中,当固定化酵母液为60 mL,降解糖液进料速度为15 mL/h时,还原糖利用率为83.7%,流出液酒精度达到了3.97%vol,乙醇发酵的效率与前期的游离酵母发酵相比提高了43%。 相似文献
