The introduction of the market economy in China requires a renewed understanding of the theory and practice of business standardization. Built on the basic principles of standardization and the market economics, this paper seeks to define the role and status of standardization in the market economy, its aims and priorities. It then describes the deployment of standardization in market competition. Lastly, it explores into the possible transformations of concepts, functions and associated personnel of enterprise standardization in order to keep abreast of the evolving market economy.

基于WSR系统方法论的循环经济综合标准化研究

作为一项集经济、社会和生态于一体的系统工程,循环经济涉及节能、节水、节材、节地和废物综合利用等多个领域,其综合标准化并不是若干个不相干标准的简单加和,而是在系统工程方法论指导下相互联系的有机整体。本文从系统科学的视角出发,对循环经济综合标准化的由来和内涵进行系统解析,并进一步以物理一事理一人理（WSR）的系统方法论为基础．从物理（w）、事理（S）和人理（R）层面,分别探讨循环经济综合标准化的基本特征和系统模式,重点阐述循环经济综合标准化的结构体系和功能体系。此外,本文还从AkWSR的基本工作流程出发,从运行机制角度提出循环经济综合标准化的系统管理框架。

市场智能经济控制中的统一集方法初探

将统一集与物元变换结合用于市场智能经济控制，建立了统一集智能控制模型，在此模型中把企业的始末状态抽象为可拓学中的物元，应用统一集、界壳论、模糊控制以及可拓学的方法将经济体的初始物元进行物元变换，最后得到满意的初始物元。由于统一集包容了Fuzzy set, Vague set, Extension set,SPA,FEEC等学科，将这些学科中的方法融合起来，提出统一集市场智能经济控制的初步设想，并给出几个应用实例。

循环经济综合标准化对促进循环经济规模化和规范化发展具有重要意义。本文首次提出循环经济综合标准化的概念内涵，总结分析了国家循环经济综合标准化的试点进展和取得的成效，并提出了深化国家循环经济综合标准化试点的措施建议。

在标准化管理业务特点的基础上,分析了业务流程与信息流的关系,以及信息流重构与业务流重组的区别,提出标准化管理信息流重构方法,通过功能节点与信息流约减与追加,对信息流图进行优化,并实现信息流到功能节点再到业务流程的映射,为业务流程优化与信息化建设提供技术支撑。     

论标准化与低碳经济发展的互动关系

Low-Carbon economy is the main direction of China's sustainable development in the future, in which technical innovation is the key. Standardization and low-carbon economy interact with each other and develop together in the principle of continuous improvement and spiral progress. They embed the social development system in a flexible mode of technical penetration, and become the important links in the industrialization chain of technical innovation. Standardization promotes the low-carbon economic development in seven aspects including "systematic coordination and overall promotion", "technical accumulation and innovative diffusion", "quality improvement and waste reduction", "continuous improvement and spiral progress", "barrier elimination and cooperation enhancement", "technical support for market mechanism" and "local standards and regional emission reduction", etc. This paper is a periodical research achievement of Two-oriented Society Research Fund Project of Hunan University (LX2009SC304) funded by Hunan Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund Major Project (08GZDZ17) and Hunan Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Fund Project (08YBB313).

A Brief Introduction to Standardization Education at the School of Business Administration,Zhongnan University of Economics and Law

This article briefly introduces the history,current situation and characteristics of standardization management education in the School of Business and Administration (SBA),Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL).ZUEL's different levels of standardization education are discussed in detail,including undergraduate students,graduate students,and continuing education training for working professionals.Also ZUEL'steaching style,research foundation,and relative experiences in standardization education are introduced.ZUEL's capacity and characteristics are comprehensively shown and expected further developments in standardization education at ZUEL are provided.
