In this paper, the supercritical gas molecule adsorption characteristics of methane in shale are quantitatively described by using the lattice theory. The results show that the methane adsorption capacity predicted by this theory is high, with the average absolute error 0.003 3 mmol·g?1. There is a near-linear positive relationship between the adsorption potential between methane and the solid surface (?s) and the experimental temperature. The value of the average potential between the adsorbate molecules (?a) is distributed in ?0.841–1.791 kJ·mol?1, and the absolute value of ?a is significantly smaller than the absolute value of ?s, indicats that the potential energy between the adsorbate molecules is significantly smaller than that between the adsorbate molecules and the pore surface of shale. When the temperature is relatively low (T = 308.55 K), the value of ?s/?a is 7.5 times; with the increases of the temperature, the magnification will gradually decrease and keep stabilize (3.37 times). 相似文献

Gasification is a high-temperature, low-cost, and environmentally friendly process with uses as an alternative method to convert the carbon-based fuels into a clean syngas for engineering applications. In this work, the authors developed a mathematical model of crude oil for evaluating the crude oil potential to produce a clean and high caloric value syngas. The influence of some critical parameters during crude oil gasification including equivalence ratio, excess oxygen ratio (EOR), and residence time on tar yield, syngas caloric value, and char conversion was investigated. Results showed that with increasing the EOR, the char was converted continuously due to a significant improvement in the nature of endothermic reactions involved. It is also found that when the EOR increases from 0.2 to 0.8, gas caloric value improves, slightly. 相似文献

以含吡啶的正己烷溶液为模拟含氮油品,采用吸附固定床进行脱氮研究,考察了吸附剂种类、吸附温度、吸附时间、原料油中吡啶用量和LHSV对床层累计吸附容量(Γ)及吡啶的净化率(R)的影响。采用UV-Vis,BET,Py-TPD等方法测定了所用吸附剂的吸光度、比表面积、孔体积、酸性强度等。表征结果显示,吡啶吸附脱除效果受吸附剂比表面积和酸强度共同影响。实验结果表明,采用酸性较强的HAT-097为吸附剂、吸附温度为30℃、吸附时间为100 min、原料中吡啶用量为260 mg/L、LHSV=3 h~(-1)条件下,吡啶的R高达85.1%、吸附剂的Γ可达0.90 mg/g。 相似文献
