目的 :提高 FMS设备故障诊断和排除的速度 ,加快维修需求的响应能力以及降低停机维修的费用 ,提高全球规范服务能力。方法 :将 FMS设备和监测计算机与 Internet相连 ,利用 L ab VIEW进行数据传输和分析 ,用 VRML 虚拟现实技术进行图象传输。结果 :提出了基于 Internet的 FMS远程故障诊断系统的总体框架及具体的信号采集和传输方法 ,建立了远程故障诊断专家系统。结论 :基于长春 5 5所 FMS设备的实验仿真证明了该总体框架和方法能够实现远程数据和图象传输 ,可以实现对异地设备进行监测和诊断  相似文献

Recently, the conventional controller of machine-tool has been increasingly replaced by the PC-based open architecture controller, which is independent of the CNC vendor and on which it is possible to implement user-defined application programs. This paper proposes CNC-implemented fault diagnosis and web-based remote services for machine-tool with open architecture CNC. The faults of CNC machine-tool are defined as the operational faults occupied by over 70% of all faults. The operational faults are unpredictable as they occur without any warning. Two diagnostic models, the switching function and the step switching function, were proposed in order to diagnose faults efficiently. The faults were automatically diagnosed through the fault diagnosis system using the two diagnostic models. A suitable interface environment between CNC and developed application modules was constructed for the internal function of CNC. In addition, a suitable web environment was constructed for remote services. The web service functions, such as remote monitoring and remote control, were implemented, and their operability was tested through the web. The results obtained through this research could be a model of fault diagnosis and remote servicing for machine-tool with open architecture CNC.  相似文献

Equipment failures in an FMS are significant to performance and can lead to costly, incorrect decisions. Fortunately, effectiveness measurement techniques can be mapped to clever modeling frameworks to help predict, track, and then improve upon the FMS performability or mission effectiveness, and improve maintenance. This article provides sources and guidelines for efficient and effective FMS modeling, a framework for applying the modeling to predict the impact on customers from their point of view, and a method for tying it all together for improving the FMS effectiveness. It is not enough to simply examine the working and failed states of an FMS or even to calculate common reliability metrics. It is necessary to consider the FMS as a whole, and that system includes the needs of the customer and the business. It is also necessary to be purposeful about the measures of performance selected and to support the measures of effectiveness.In this article, we present: a framework for considering customer needs in the measures of effectiveness for FMS; modeling approaches for solving for effectiveness measures; and an example to show how to apply it to an FMS, to improve it or plan for meeting specific customer needs.  相似文献

Time control and management are important in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS). The time to finish the machining unit is uncertain because of the uncertainties of the workpieces, so the whole time to finish the FMS is also variable. In order to reduce the time to finish for the whole FMS to improve efficiency, the modeling and analysis method for this timing kind of FMS based on standard Petri net is proposed. The modeling method is a mapping from the machining units to the component of a Petri net, and the timing factors are represented by a timing function on the place set. With the Petri net model obtained and its reachability graph, the timing factors influencing the implementation of the FMS are analysed and presented. In addition, the method is obtained to find the best state line for the implementation of the FMS.  相似文献
