研究了含氟乳化剂 FC80含量对丙酸酯乳液共聚物性能的影响。结果表明随 FC80含量从0 .0 1 %增加到 0 .3% ,丙烯酸酯乳液共聚物的表面张力和粘度下降 ;耐酸性增强 ,p H值稳定范围增宽 ;乳液粒子直径下降 ;稀释和贮存稳定性好 ;耐电解质稳定性呈现抛物线变化。 FC80含氟乳化剂的最佳用量以 0 .0 5 %到 0 .1 %为宜。  相似文献

以丙烯酸全氟辛基乙酯为主要单体,采用乳液聚合法制备了含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物,通过红外光谱和激光粒度分析对共聚物进行了表征,测试了共聚物乳液的稳定性,研究了单体含量和交联剂对共聚物性能的影响,测定了共聚物于皮革表面的防水、防油性能,并对共聚物乳液处理的皮革表面进行了SEM分析。结果表明,含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液防水等级9级,防油等级6级,具有良好的低表面性能。  相似文献

采用种子乳液聚合法制备了有机硅一丙烯酸酯共聚物。以该聚合物乳液作为防粘剂,研究了共聚物中各组分含量对剥离力和剩余粘合力的影响,并以紫外光照射加速老化实验。结果表明,这种有机硅一丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液是一种性能优异的防粘剂。  相似文献

本文用酯交换法合成了几种酯链长度不同的丙烯酸酯。通过乳液聚合法合成了一系列丙烯酸酯均聚乳液。并分别用醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯同丙烯酸酯进行共聚,制得了一系列丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,测定了乳液的转化率和隔离性能,发现随丙烯酸酯链长度的增加,其转化率降低,隔离性能增加,均聚乳液的隔离性能低于共聚乳液的隔离性能,醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物的隔离性能低于苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物的隔离性能,并试验了外加助剂对乳液隔离性能的影响,发现在乳液中加入A-20乳化剂和聚乙二醇时,隔离性能增强。  相似文献

采用自制的端烯丙基丙烯酸丁酯-含氟丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物(DMPA)与丙烯酸的乳液共聚,制备了一种水性含氟丙烯酸乳液。采用核磁分析、红外光谱、接触角等测试方法对水性含氟丙烯酸乳液涂层的性能进行了分析。结果表明,端烯丙基丙烯酸丁酯-含氟丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚物添加量为30%时,水性含氟丙烯酸乳液的疏水效果最好,且水性含氟丙烯酸乳液制备的涂料具有最佳的综合性能。  相似文献

华南理工大学的柯跃虎等人以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸、有机硅单体等为原料,采用半连续乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成出核壳结构的有机硅改性共聚乳液。在有机硅单体用量5 %、引发剂用量0 6%、核壳中乳化剂配比1∶2、反应温度80℃的条件下合成的乳液性能最佳。FTIR谱图分析表明,有机硅单体在聚合过程中已接枝成为共聚物的一部分,有机硅单体的引入明显地改善了乳液的诸多性能有机硅-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液  相似文献

采用半连续种子乳液聚合的方式,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯为原料制备了粒径分别为30nm、75nm、210nm左右的含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。通过乳胶粒核壳结构设计与大小粒径乳液机械共混改性2种方法研究了如何在较少含氟单体用量的情况下达到较好的表面疏水性能。利用X射线光电子能谱、动态光散射仪、接触角测定仪等分析手段,研究了共聚物膜的表面性能和共聚物乳液粒径的大小及分布,测试结果表明,核壳结构乳液成膜后壳层含氟量较高,膜表面接触角大于90,°疏水性能强;而大小粒径乳液共混物成膜后表面含氟量较低,却仍能得到90°以上的接触角,表明乳胶膜表面具有粗糙结构,具有一定的仿荷叶效应。  相似文献

Vinyl acetate and butyl acrylate copolymers were synthesized in the presence of ammonium persulfate and potassium persulfate initiators, mixture of non‐ionic and anionic emulsifiers, and polyvinyl alcohol as protective colloid in a loop reactor. The monomer ratio was chosen 85:15. The series of non‐ionic emulsifiers, which have 10–40 moles ethoxylated nonyl phenol, were combined with Nansa 66 (sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate). The effects of the initiators on the physicochemical properties of copolymers were investigated by measuring conversion, viscosity, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and surface tension, respectively by using gravimetric method, Brookfield viscometer, gel permeation chromatograpy (GPC), and ring method. The effects of ethoxylation degrees of the non‐ionic emulsifiers to the same properties of copolymers were also investigated. It was determined that the copolymer viscosities showed different tendency for two initiators. They were increased by the increasing ethoxylation degree of the non‐ionic emulsifier for ammonium persulfate. In contrast, latex viscosity was decreased by increasing the ethoxylation degree in presence of potassium persulfate. Similar changes were also found in number average molecular weights of copolymers. On the other hand, weight average molecular weights of copolymers increased by increasing the ethoxylation degree of the non‐ionic emulsifier for both initiators. In the case of potassium persulfate, the surface tension values of copolymers increased by increasing the ethoxylation degree, but generally increasing the ethoxylation degree did not affect the surface tension of copolymer very seriously for two initiators. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We prepared stable oil-in-water emulsions of argan oil with two different types of mixtures of nonionic emulsifiers. Three different types of oil (Israeli argan oil, Moroccan argan oil, and soybean oil) were emulsified with mixtures of Span 80 and Tween 80. The optimum HLB value for argon oil was 11.0 (±1.0). The argan oil-in-water emulsions were stable for more than 5 mon at 25°C. Synergistic effects were found in enhancing stability of emulsions prepared with sucrose monostearate. The origin of the oil and the internal content of natural emulsifiers, such as monoglycerides and phospholipids, have a profound influence on its interfacial properties and on the stability of the argan oil-in-water emulsions.  相似文献

本文制备了几种新型的含硅或氟低表面能防污涂料包括溶剂型有机硅渗透反应型涂料、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯共聚物涂料和含氟共聚物低表面能涂料,从低表面能防污涂料的原理出发探讨了建材经含有机硅、氟溶剂型有机涂料的防水抗沾污能力的影响要素,研究了有机硅氟本身结构、含量、催化交联剂等对各种涂料的水接触角、吸水率、耐污染性等表面性能特别是后两者成膜共聚物的影响。结果表明,同时含有硅氟元素的共聚物由于有机硅基团中含可交联反应的基团和有机氟基团的更低的表面能而具有较高力学强度如铅笔硬度、粘接力、耐磨性和耐洗刷性及良好的防水抗污能力。  相似文献

使用反应型乳化剂烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)和常规乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)制备丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了这两种乳化剂对乳液稳定性的影响,比较了两种乳化剂对乳液粘度的作用方式,探讨了反应型乳化剂对乳液粘度的影响机理。结果表明:与常规乳化剂SDS相比,使用反应型乳化剂DNS-86制得的乳液稳定性得到提高,当DNS-86的用量为2.0%时,乳液的稳定性最好。乳液的粘度随乳化剂用量的增大呈锯齿状增加。使用DNS-86制备的乳液粒径较大、粒径分布较窄、粘度较小。  相似文献

Fluorinated acrylate emulsions have been extensively applied for hydrophobic surface coatings. To obtain fluorinated emulsions of low surface energy, amphiphilic sulfonyl macro emulsifiers consisting of 2‐(perfluorohexyl) ethyl acrylate (PFHEA) and 2‐acrylanmido‐2‐methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) were designed via radical polymerization and subsequently used for the emulsion copolymerization of PFHEA, methyl methacrylate (MMA), and methyl butyl acrylate (MBA). Under optimum synthesis conditions, the emulsifier displayed superior emulsification properties such as high monomer conversion, small particle size, and excellent stability compared with conventional emulsifiers. The corresponding emulsions with sulfonyl macro emulsifiers exhibited extreme low surface energy (9.8 mN/m) and outstanding hydrophobicity due to high contents of fluorinated chains, as well as thimbleful hydrophilic sulfonyl groups, which shows the great potential in water repellent modification application. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 由甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸六氟丁酯合成了含氟三元共聚乳液.采用正交方法设计实验条件,并对实验结果以及乳液成膜性能进行探讨.FTIR、1H-NMR对共聚物的组成进行了定量分析,计算得出了共聚物中各组分的摩尔百分数.对三元含氟共聚物乳液涂膜的表面性能进行测量表明,共聚物氟含量直接影响着膜的表面性能.  相似文献

A novel acrylic terpolymer with pendant perfluoropolyether (PFPE) segments has been synthesized and fully characterized. By hexamethylene diisocyanate functional groups PFPE monofunctional macromonomers have been grafted on a poly(butyl methacrylate-co-hydroxyethyl acrylate-co-ethyl acrylate) random terpolymer. Such grafted copolymer behaves like an interface-active material, since the perfluoropolyether segments in solvent cast films rearrange themselves at the air-polymer interface by surface segregation. In addition, blends of the above graft copolymer with acrylic base polymers (either the terpolymer itself or a commercial copolymer) have been examined in terms of surface segregation and fluorine enrichment of the external layers.The critical surface tension, γc, of solid films made of the neat graft copolymer as well as of the polymer blend has been evaluated by contact angle measurements and Zisman plots. Even a small addition (5 wt%) of the fluorinated copolymer to the acrylic component has been found very effective in lowering the surface tension. The outermost surface composition has been investigated by XPS technique, confirming the strong fluorine enrichment. Furthermore, SEM and EDX analyses have been performed on cross-sectioned films, showing that in the above polymer blends macrophase surface segregation has originated a thick layer made of fluorinated copolymer close to the air-polymer interface.  相似文献

用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯及丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯作主单体,丙烯酸作功能单体合成了水性涂料用纯丙乳液,比较了常规乳化剂和可聚合乳化剂对丙烯酸酯乳液性能(包括聚合稳定性,化学稳定性等)的影响,同时用透射电镜观察了粒子形态。结果表明:使用可聚合乳化剂烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86),能有效改善乳液的性能。  相似文献
