为了解决工控领域多路交流电参数检测,需要独立进行单路测量电路设计的问题,给出了一种基于ADE7878芯片和嵌入式技术设计的多路电参数采集系统的硬件电路和程序流程。系统采用LPC2132作为主控芯片,适时控制4052多路开关,切换各路信号,通过I2C通信接口,读取ADE7878电能芯片采集的电量参数,同时通过RS485通信接口,上传电参数。实验结果表明,该采集系统最多可采集4路三相电的电压,电流,功率,功率因数,电能均能实现1%的计量精度,具有应用灵活,外围电路简单,可靠性高,成本低的特点。本电路设计亦可为相关产品的测试系统研发提供参考。  相似文献

本文在介绍ADE7758多功能电能计量芯片特性的基础上,提出一个电网监测系统设计方案。该方案以计量芯片ADE7758进行电量传感信号处理及传输,以ARM9处理器S3C2440作为系统硬件平台,设计了电量检测系统软件。对ADE7758的校准进行了研究,并用三相精密测试电源对系统的测量精度进行了实验论证。实验结果表明:该仪表具有较高的测量精度,维护简便、通信实时、可靠性高等优点。可以满足电能测量的精度要求以及电力设备实时监控方面的要求。  相似文献

介绍基于ARM的用于单相电力计量装置现场监测仪表的实现。通过采用两片ADE7753对被测计量装置的一次与二次回路电流及电压等电力参数量同时在线测量,利用ADE7753电流通道实现相电压测量,可以精确监测计量装置综合误差、电表误差及互感器误差等电力计量重要参数。通过采用ARM处理器,基于μC/GUI进行嵌入式系统软件移植,实现了友好且功能强大的人机交互界面。给出了系统组成、检测原理、信号调理与检测电路及基于ARM的人机界面等具体设计及实现。  相似文献

采用专门针对我国智能电表推出的SUB-GHz无线收发器Si4438作为无线传输模块,AT89C51作为微处理器,在其上植入μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,电能计量使用高性能ADE7758芯片,设计并实现了一款高性能无线智能电表。该系统提供电能质量的监视、提供双向计量、多参数电量实时采集和控制、存储,支持双向通信、远程时间同步,能根据进行远程编程设定以及软件升级。实验证明,该智能电表满足国家标准中规定的0.2 s要求,具有功能完备、运行稳定、精度高和实时性好等优点。  相似文献

磁控电抗器可以实现无功补偿的平滑调节,而其电能计量模块关系到整个磁控电抗器控制器的精度和性能。针对某实际工程中磁控电抗器控制器反应速度快、精度高以及处理数据量大的要求,设计了一个STM32F103RBT6单片机驱动ADE7878计量芯片以获取三相电各相电能参数的电能计量模块实现方案。从测试结果表明,此方案符合工程要求。  相似文献

高压隔膜泵是矿浆管道输送系统的动力源,随着无人值守泵站的投入运行,如何远程监测高压隔膜泵的运行状态就成为亟需解决的问题。文中设计了一种基于STM32的高压隔膜泵运行状态远程监测系统。该系统实时采集单向阀振动信号,将采集到的振动信号数据通过以太网传输到远程服务器中,在服务器中采用固有时间尺度分解方法(ITD),对高压隔膜泵单向阀振动信号进行分析,从而实现对高压隔膜泵运行状态的远程监测。实验结果表明,该系统采集信息准确,传输速度快速且稳定,可以在工业行业推广使用。  相似文献

高压电力传输线路的监视控制、故障检测、故障定位对于保证电网的安全运行有着重要的意义。采用高精度三相电能专用计量芯片AT17022A和低功耗、强抗干扰的STC89CS16RD+单片机,开发高压电力线路监控终端硬件系统,可以完成电力参数及时、准确地检测和报警。同时系统具有灵活的远程软件校表功能。现场运行表明,系统稳定可靠,具有较高的实用价值。  相似文献

针对电网远程监控系统的现状和发展趋势,研制了一套基于TCP协议的客户/服务器机制的电网远程监控系统。客户端即电网监测仪,采用PHILIPS公司的LPC2131作为主控芯片,可监测电网实时电压、电流、功率、频率等参数,并通过光纤环网将参数传送给服务器端。服务器端即监控主机,监控软件采用VB和SQL Server数据库技术,具有数据显示、历史数据查询等功能。该系统经测试运行稳定,可靠性高。  相似文献

为了提高数控机床的智能化水平,实时、快速、及时地检测机床运行状态下可能发生的故障,保证机床的正常运转,提出了基于B/S模式的数控机床远程监测系统的设计方案,系统利用多传感器、嵌入式ARM微处理器组成的数据采集模块对机床运行状态下主要部件的信号进行采集、处理、传输,存储到PC机上的数据库中,并通过Web服务器读取,将信号以实时数据及图形曲线的形式显示在浏览器上,同时通过预设报警阈值,来对异常数据进行报警,为数控机床的智能化、实时监测运行状态下可能发生的故障提供了可靠的解决方案。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

Today, as flash device test grows in importance in China, manufacturers face growing pressure for reduced cost-oftest, increased throughput and greater return on investment for test equipment. The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
