初步比较四川5个不同产地何首乌药材的质量。方法:采用HPLC法同时测定何首乌中二苯乙烯苷、游离蒽醌(以大黄素和大黄素甲醚的总含量计)的含量。色谱柱:ZPRBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱;检测波长:254 nm;流速:1 mL/min;柱温:25℃。采用t检验对结果进行统计学分析。结果:不同产地何首乌中二苯乙烯苷含量有较大的差异:成都金堂显著高于遂宁和乐山(P<0.05),但与雅安和西昌没有显著性差异(P>0.05);雅安显著高于乐山和遂宁(P<0.05),与西昌没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。游离蒽醌的含量:成都金堂和遂宁显著高于西昌、乐山和雅安(P<0.05),且成都金堂和遂宁的游离蒽醌的含量没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:成都金堂何首乌中二苯乙烯苷和游离蒽醌的含量均较高。 相似文献

BACKGROUND: 2,3,5,4′‐Tetrahydroxystilbene‐2‐O‐β‐glucopyranoside (SG; a stilbene glycoside) is a major bioactive component of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. (PM), a popular traditional Chinese herb. In this study a method was developed for the separation of SG from PM on macroporous resins. These were selected and optimised using the linear correlation coefficients of the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and a pseudo‐first‐order model to explain the kinetic results. Then dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments were carried out on a column packed with the chosen resin to optimise the separation process. RESULTS: HPD100 resin gave the best performance in the separation of SG from PM. The optimal parameters were a sample concentration in solution of 3.5 g mL?1, a pH of 4.8, a flow rate of 1.5 mL min?1 and an elution solvent of 40% (v/v) ethanol. Using this scaled‐up column, a product with a final SG content of 819 mg g?1 and a recovery yield of 74.7% was achieved. In addition, pure acicular crystals of SG could be obtained from this product. CONCLUSION The results showed that HPD100 was the most efficient resin for the separation of SG, which may provide a scientific basis for larger‐scale stilbene glycoside production from PM and other plant extracts. 采用微波和超声波联合提取技术提取川佛手中的黄酮,在微波功率800 W和微波提取时间40 min条件下,考察了乙醇浓度、提取温度、超声时间和料液比对提取效率的影响。结果表明,超声波提取川佛手中黄酮类物质的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度80%,温度55℃,提取时间1.5 h,料液比1∶20 g/mL。在最佳提取工艺条件下,川佛手黄酮的提取率约为44.05 mg/g。 相似文献

An experimental design is presented for optimizing the ultrasonic welding process in series and mass production, which requires a quantitative test method for measuring product quality. In addition to measurements of an average value, the standard deviation is also important. Small standard deviations lead to reduced scrap in production. For the optimization study, a simple welding process was chosen. Welding machines usually have adequate accuracy for a repeatable machine setting with respect to weld quality. In the cases investigated, they were not sufficiently accurate to allow for a simple quality control using the microprocessor in the machine control as a measuring device. Apart from the insufficient accuracy of the welding machines for quality control, there proved to be no correlation between weld quality and weld-time measurement under energy control. 相似文献

考查何首乌中碱提多糖的分离纯化及其抗氧化、清除自由基的能力。从传统中药何首乌中提取碱溶性粗多糖组分,幵进行分级纯化,探讨不同多糖组分的抗氧化活性,包括清除DPPH、羟基自由基、H2O2以及金属螯合能力等。实验表明:分级纯化分别得到酸性多糖和中性多糖两个部分,均具有较强的金属螯合能力和清除羟自由基能力。其中酸性多糖的活性较强,且同时具有较强清除DPPH自由基的能力。 相似文献
