超声磨削工程陶瓷边界损伤试验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文就工程陶瓷磨削时出现的边界损伤进行研究,定性分析磨削参数对边界质量的影响。试验发现:大切深磨削时磨粒对材料干涉较深,易引发裂纹,并且砂轮在进入磨削区的瞬间对边界材料施加了极大的挤压力,极易造成边界位置材料的压溃;大功率超声激励下,硬脆材料在一定范围内实现了脆-塑性域或塑性域磨削,超声磨削比普通磨削更能获得优质的边界;另外材料自身特性也是影响边界缺陷的关键因素,塑性好的材料磨削后其边界缺陷相对较少。最后提出了改善硬脆材料边界质量的措施。 相似文献

文章提出了圆环面刀具的实际切削刃概念,并指出这是一条复杂而变化的空间曲线,与平底刀有本质的不同.根据特征线的定义指出实际切削刃就是特征线,使圆环面刀与刀具运动包络面之间建立起准确的联系,并总结出了特征线的若干性质.建立了刀具平动时的特征线方程,对实际切削刃进行了数学描述并加以应用. 相似文献

Deficiencies in the definitions of some of the angles in the ISO on Cutting Tool Geometry have been noted and new definitions are proposed. It is shown that some of the trigonometrical relationships interrelating the various angles derived for the acute tool cutting edge angle do not apply when the tool cutting edge angle is greater than 90°, as can occur with certain cutting tools. A consistent set of relationships is presented for the total range of the cutting edge angle.Relationships are presented for the various angles on the cutting lip and chisel edge of a twist drill and the effects of radius and feed on the various parameters are shown diagrammatically. 相似文献

Abstract Image sensor has been one of the key technologies in intellectualized robotics welding. Edge detection plays an important role when the vision technology is applied in intellectualized welding robotics technologies. There are all kinds of noises in welding environment. The algorithms in common use cannot be applied to the recognition of welding environment directly. The edge of images can be fell into four types. The weld images are classified by the characteristic of welding environment in this paper. This paper analyzes some algorithms of edge detection according to the character of welding image, some relative advantages and disadvantages are pointed out when these algorithms are used in this field, and some suggestions are given. The feature extraction of weld seam and weld pool are two typical problems in the realization of intellectualized welding. Their edge features are extracted and the results show the applicability of different edge detectors. The trndeoff between precision and calculated time is also considered for different application. 相似文献

The concept of edge chipping as a pragmatic way of ranking materials for toughness is now well established for brittle materials, but has some limitations for tougher materials such as hardmetals and tool steels. This paper reviews our current understanding of the process of quasi-static edge chipping or flaking. Issues of flake shape, statistics of flaking load and linearity of flaking load vs. distance from edge relationships are discussed. Based on experimental work, the ‘universal' relationship between edge toughness, defined as flaking load divided by distance of indentation from the edge, and fracture energy GIC, as evaluated by McCormick and Almond, is re-evaluated with improved statistics and found to be correct. 相似文献
