目前市场上供应的抗臭氧剂,如N-异丙基-N’-苯基对苯二胺(1PPD)和N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N‘-苯基对苯二胺(6PPD),在硫化或使用过程中会发生迁移,从而具有影响防老化和耐疲劳功效。该文介绍的这种新型抗臭氧剂6PPD-C18具有迁移缓慢的特点,用相关的试验方案对具有缓慢扩散的抗臭氧保护作用的抗臭氧剂进行了筛选。  相似文献

蔬菜果园粘虫胶的运用是现代绿色高效农业发展中重要的物理手段。选用不同分子质量的聚异丁烯、矿物油、加氢石油树脂及萜烯树脂原料,通过优化配方,制备了性能优异的用于涂覆胶板的无溶剂高粘性环保型粘虫胶。测试了粘虫胶的熔融黏度、初粘性、粘性保持时间、抗垂流性能等,结果表明,此胶可长时间用于室外涂覆粘虫板。  相似文献

A novel filling antioxidant (Lig-g-RT) to improve the mechanical properties and antiaging performance of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) composites was prepared by grafting antioxidant intermediate p-aminodiphenylamine (RT) on the surface of lignin via the linkage of silane coupling agent. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) measurements confirmed that RT was successfully grafted on the surface of lignin to produce the functionalized Lig-g-RT which shows a better thermal stability than lignin. Compared with SBR/lignin composite, the SBR/Lig-g-RT composite using latex co-precipitation method exhibits a much better filler dispersion, which contributes to the maintain of the physical mechanical properties of SBR vulcanizates. Moreover, the SBR/Lig-g-RT vulcanizate exhibits less chemical crosslink concentration and higher entanglement density than SBR/lignin vulcanizate according to the Mooney–Rivlin model analysis. In addition, the stabilizing effect of lignin/Lig-g-RT on the carbon-black filled SBR vulcanizates is comparable with that of commercial antioxidant N-1,3-dimethylbutyl-N′-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine (4020), especially the SBR vulcanizate filled with 10 phr Lig-g-RT obtains the optimum thermo-oxidative aging properties. This functionalized Lig-g-RT not only provides an intramolecular synergistic antiaging effect for SBR vulcanizates and an improvement of filler dispersion, but greatly extends the comprehensive utilization of industrial lignin.  相似文献

The disposal of used car tires has become a major environmental problem, especially in densely populated countries that use motor vehicles as the principle means of transportation. Widespread recycling of waste tires has not taken place because it has not proven to be cost effective. Although there are obvious environmental reasons for recycling waste tires, to date it has not proven to be economically valuable. The aim of this study is to find a more economical way of recycling used car tires. This was done by the “unvulcanization” of vulcanized crumb rubber by two different treatments; chemical treatment with di‐(cobenzanidophenyl)disulfide, and microbial treatment with T. peromatabolis. The experimental results indicate that the processing of crumb rubber, as well as the end‐product properties, were enhanced by both these treatments, with the microbial treatment being the most effective. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 以丁二烯和丙烯腈为聚合单体,添加反应型防老剂进行自由基乳液聚合实验,考查了防老剂的种类和用量对聚合反应、乳液及聚合物性质的影响。结果表明,反应型防老剂对丁腈橡胶的聚合反应有抑制作用;在所选用的3种反应型单体中,NAPM热氧稳定性最好。NAPM较适宜的用量为1.75%。  相似文献

Due to low thermal stability, poor migration, and extraction resistances, the antioxidant with low molecular weight is easy to physically lose during processing and long‐term service, and its applications are severely restricted. To increase the molecular weight of antioxidant is one of the promising methods to overcome such drawbacks. In this study, the extraction resistance of a macromolecular antioxidant, namely polyhydroxylated polybutadiene containing thioether binding 2,2′‐thiobis(4‐methyl‐6‐tert‐butylphenol) (PHPBT‐b‐TPH), was investigated by extraction resistance test and equilibrium swelling experiment. The results exhibited that the PHPBT‐b‐TPH offered much better extraction resistance in natural rubber (NR) than the low molecular weight antioxidant TPH. In addition, the extraction resistance of hydroxyl‐terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and polypropylene glycol (PPG) in NR were also compared to study the extraction mechanism of the PHPBT‐b‐TPH. It was found that the higher molecular weight of PHPBT‐b‐TPH and the co‐vulcanization between PHPBT‐b‐TPH and NR were the main reasons for the excellent extraction resistance. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. p-Phenylenediamine was chemically attached to low molecular weight chlorinated paraffin wax. The polymer-bound p-phenylenediamine was characterized by vapor-phase osmometry (VPO), proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR), infrared spectroscopy (IR), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The efficiency and permanence of the polymer-bound p-phenylenediamine as an antioxidant was compared with a conventional amine-type antioxidant in natural rubber vulcanizates. The vulcanizates showed improved aging resistance in comparison to vulcanizates containing a conventional antioxidant. The presence of liquid polymer-bound p-phenylenediamine also reduces the amount of the plasticizer required for compounding. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 依托对氨基二苯胺和甲基异丁基甲酮一步法合成6PPD的合成工艺,研制出F04型缩合烷基化催化剂。强度试验表明,制备的催化剂使用后强度下降率低、无粉化和使用寿命长。在催化剂作用下,6PPD收率较高,产品合格0过渡期,甲基异丁基甲酮回收率大幅提高。  相似文献
