针对通用计算机消像旋处理实时性差和性价比低的特点,提出了采用C6455 DSP芯片为核心处理器,研究设计了基于C6455 DSP的消像旋实时图像处理系统,实现了图像数据的采集、消像旋处理、输出等一系列功能。结果表明,该系统实时性好,图像显示效果良好,并已成功应用于某光电系统的消像旋处理中。  相似文献

当探测器置于旋转平台下方时,由于平台的旋转,在探测器像面上接收到的像将按一定规律作旋转运动.根据系统基本结构,分析了成像系统的光学传输成像模型,提出了数字消像旋的简易方法,对图像处理系统的实际输出结果进行处理,而不需要采用光学消像旋和电子图像消像旋等方法,提高了系统探测处理的实时性,降低了系统设计的难度,具有较强的实用性.  相似文献

本文运用ADAMS软件对一种机械臂关节的虚拟动力学模型进行了建模,建模过程中充分考虑了齿轮的啮合刚度、运动副之间的阻尼、负载惯量、传动比以及齿轮间隙等因素。其中,齿轮的啮合刚度和负载惯量对机械臂关节的频率特性起关键性作用。研制了机械臂关节的样机。为了改善机械臂关节机电系统的伺服特性,利用ADAMS-SIMULINK联合仿真建立了机械臂关节的伺服控制模型,将关节的ADAMS动力学模型中的传感器和执行器参数直接嵌入到MATLAB环境中,形成伺服控制系统设计。通过比对样机的实验数据,对虚拟样机参数进行了优化。所以,机械臂关节的复杂动力学模型可以用于指导关节的设计、仿真和试验。  相似文献

针对航空遥感器前端扫描反射镜旋转带来的像旋,提出了一种焦平面与扫描反射镜同步旋转的消旋方法。利用矢量法对像旋的方向进行了详细计算,得出消旋方向与扫描反射镜旋转方向相反的关系,提出了一种双轴系齿轮联动、双电机伺服控制的消旋方法,该方法精度高、像旋残留少,并对轴系的回转精度、齿轮的传动精度、双电机的伺服控制精度进行了检测。检测结果表明:轴系的回转精度为0.8″,齿轮的传动精度达到34″,双电机伺服控制精度优于1′。试验结果表明,用此种方法进行消旋,像旋的残留仅为0.03 mm,经过某项目成像验证,得到的图片便于拼接应用。  相似文献

This paper presents the discrete-time LQG/LTR design of a disk drive track following servo system. The servo compensator designed through linear-quadratic Gaussian control combined with loop transfer recovery (LQG/LTR) consists of a Kalman filter for state estimation and state feedback for control. The desired tracking servo performance is first formulated through a frequency shaped return ratio of the Kalman filter and subsequently recovered at the output of the plant/compensator loop through the automatic design of a discrete-time linear quadratic (LQ) regulator. Particular attention has been given to modeling the calculation time delay and bias force estimation. The excellent robustness and performance characteristics of a continuous time LQG/LTR design are theoretically unachievable due to the extremely low sampling rate and nonminimum phase plant characteristics. However, both time and frequency domain simulations show that reasonable stability margins and performance can still be recovered. This technique nearly eliminates all the trial and error typical of a conventional pole placement design of a similar system. The direct discrete-time design can handle extremely low sampling rates associated with embedded servo systems. Phase-locked loop (PLL) is a technique which has contributed significantly toward the technology advancement in communication and motor servo control systems in the past 30 years. Inventions in PLL schemes combined with novel integrated circuit (IC) technology have made PLL devices important system components. The development of better modular PLL ICs is continuing. As a result, it is expected that they will contribute to the improvement in performance and reliability of future communication systems. They will also contribute to the development of higher accuracy and higher reliability servo control systems, such as those involved in machine tools. This paper deals with the problem of mechanical resonance in modern servo drive systems having the speed control loop bandwidth and resonance frequency above 100 Hz. To enable the extension of the range of stable gains in the presence of flexible coupling, a simple and straightforward modification of the speed loop controller is proposed in order to augment the performance of present speed controllers and to make them accordant with mechanical structure suffering from the compliance problem. A rear steering system can improve vehicle stability by actively controlling the rear wheel angles. For designing the rear steering system, environmental conditions, performance deterioration due to aging and component variation as a result of manufacturing tolerance under mass production must be taken into consideration. We have applied two-degree-of-freedom (2DOF) feedback control with feed-forward control for the motor servo control so that the rear steering actuator can track the target rear steering angle accurately and stably. The control system is designed based upon a nominal mathematical model and its variation range.As a result, the rear steering actuator can be controlled with excellent performance and high reliability. This paper describes the mathematical model construction in the frequency domain and a robust motor servo controller design based on 2DOF feedback control with feed-forward control.  相似文献

在交流伺服系统中,对电机编码器反馈的正交脉冲信号进行分频,并发送至上位机对构成全闭环系统非常必要。为了能够实现对编码器正交脉冲信号的分数分频,并保证分频得到的脉冲方向正确,数量符合要求,仍以正交形式反馈给上位机,本文研究了伺服系统中分数分频的基本原理及分频过程,采用Altera公司的QUARTUS II软件和CPLD产品EPM1270进行设计,通过软件仿真和实验测试,证明分频器在伺服系统中应用的可行性,有较强的工程应用价值。  相似文献

This paper presents a method of contour control of mechatronic servo systems by using neural networks. The neural network learns the inverse dynamics of the mechatronic servo system. The input data for the mechatronic servo systems are modified from objective trajectories by using the neural network. The Gaussian network is adopted to construct the inverse dynamics of the mechatronic servo system because the Gaussian function is well defined, and its structure and initial parameters can be systematically selected such that the initial network approximates the inverse dynamics of the mechatronic servo system. The actual input/output data of the mechatronic servo system are used for the learning of the Gaussian network. This paper proposes a new robust tracking servo system for the optical disk recording system with feedforward controller based on the prediction of the tracking error. In optical recording systems, the feedback servo system must suppress the influence of force disturbance and parameter variation. To overcome this problem, this paper designs the robust feedback control system by using coprime factorization and disturbance observer. The detecting signal of the optical disk recording system is only a tracking error. Hence, the feedforward controller of the proposed tracking control system is constructed based on both the "zero-phase-error tracking" control theory and the prediction of the tracking error. The experimental results point out that the proposed tracking servo system has a quick and precise tracking response and keeps the residual tracking error below its tolerance.  相似文献

在现代国防军工领域,光电系统被广泛应用于火控、侦察、制导等武器系统中。随着目标机动性能的提升,光电武器系统对其伺服系统动态性能的需求也不断提高,光电伺服系统的带宽也要随之拓展。但机械系统固有特征不会改变,接近或者超过自然机械共振频率的驱动能量就会引起机械谐振。为了提高光电伺服系统性能,需对检测和抑制机械谐振的问题进行研究。首先通过激励信号性质分析,选取性质优良、计算简单的激励信号对光电伺服系统的机械谐振进行参数辨识,然后设计可参数化的陷波滤波器进行在线参数调整,就可实现快速有效地机械谐振抑制。实验结果表明,该机械谐振检测和抑制的方案能够精确地检测机械谐振频率,很好地抑制机械谐振产生的影响,提高光电伺服系统的动态性能。  相似文献

This study deals with how modern control theory can be applied to automotive engine control. Appropriate models are indispensable in the application of modern control theory, the present study achieves engine modeling using physical and statistical approaches. Also, for a concrete application of modern control theory, the present focus is on a torque servo engine, because torque is the output most necessary for an engine. Modern control techniques are used to control a torque servo engine to obtain the most fuel-saving operation possible.
