对双生表面活性剂与烷基多苷不同配比体系表面张力,临界胶团浓度、去污性及泡沫性的实验结果表明:在烷基多苷中加入少量双生表面活性剂后,体系表面活性、去污力显著提高,而泡沫性表现特殊;当双生表面活性剂烷基多苷摩尔比增加到1:10时,产生协同效应,此时Y cmc和cmc值分别下降到26.3mN·m-1和0.43mM,低于各单一组分,而与标准粉去污力比值达1.5。双生表面活性剂有助于调节烷基多苷泡沫性,拓宽洗涤配方范围。  相似文献

表面活性剂的许多特性在单独使用时往往不能充分发挥。但当一种表面活性剂与其他表面活性剂复配时 ,溶液的物理化学性质会发生明显的变化 ,其表面活性优于各个组分的性能。从表面活性剂复配着手 ,选择阴离子型表面活性剂仲烷基磺酸钠 (SAS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 (AES)和非离子型表面活性剂烷基多糖苷 (APG)进行复配实验。改变不同表面活性剂之间的配比 ,通过对临界胶团浓度 (CMC)的分析研究 ,解释了胶团的形成过程和胶团的具体组成。APG SAS、APG AES体系分子间相互作用系数 βm 为负值 ,表明它们在胶团中分子间的相互作用比同种分子间的相互作用要强 ;而且| βm|的值在 3附近 ,表明APG SAS、APG AES体系分子间存在中等强度的相互作用 ;同时在形成胶团能力方面符合增效作用判断准则 ,这些结论将有助于实际配方的确定  相似文献

The higher alkyl polyglucosides are a new class of nonionic surfactants which can be formulated to give properties ranging from soft greases to hard glassy water-soluble solids melting from about 30 C to above 300 C and which are insoluble in common organic solvents. The aqueous solutions do not exhibit inverse solubility with temperature or concentration. They show low eye and skin irritation and a very low degree of toxicity (LD50 greater than 35 g/kg). They have a bland taste, are good foamers with low surface tension, are compatible with inorganic detergent builders, and are biodegradable. They show good functionality in various applications such as detergents, food emulsifiers, cosmetic surfactants, pharmaceutical granulating agents and industrial emulsifiers.  相似文献

The potential hazard of a carbonate-based, phosphate-free detergent was compared with that of a variety of granular and liquid phosphate detergents. Evaluations were made using methods prescribed by the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA) and others designed to more closely approximate exposure in actual use. Some phosphate products produced esophageal and gastric mucosal irritation similar to that produced by the nonphosphate detergent, while others caused varying, lesser degrees of injury. The nonphosphate detergent, as well as several phosphate products, was seriously irritating to the unwashed eye at required FHSA test levels. Under more realistic conditions, eye irritation was reduced significantly. Skin irritation by the nonphosphate product was comparable to that by phosphate detergents, and in some cases was lower. In skin irritation tests with human subjects, results with the carbonate detergent were equal to or lower than those obtained with phosphate detergents. The carbonate detergent was found not to be phototoxic, nor a contact- nor photo-sensitizer. Total alkalinity was shown not to correlate with the severity of tissue injury in either test animals or in man. In recent years there has been increasing use of antibacterial agents employed in toilet bars to provide deodorant and degerming activity. The common desirable properties of these agents are antibacterial activity at low concentrations, skin substantivity, acceptable color and odor, compatibility with the vehicle, and low irritation and sensitization potential. Bacteriostats used for such pruposes are principally bisphenolies, halogenated salicylanilides, and halogenated carbanilides. Methods for assessing their effectiveness and safety are discussed. The polybrominated salicylanilides represent a versatile group of bacteriostats which enjoys increasing acceptability in toilet bars and also provides benefits in such household products as liquid detergents, granulated detergents, hard-surface disinfectant cleansers, and aerosol disinfectant sprays.  相似文献

在烷基葡糖多苷 (APG)合成反应研究的基础上 ,探讨了葡萄糖与脂肪醇反应直接合成APG的反应机理 ,提出了直接法合成APG时葡萄糖浓度cA 和反应时间t的反应动力学模型为 :ln(cA- 0 0 0 0 2 5 ) =- (Kt +2 0 8)。同时 ,以APG为主要原料〔w(APG) =10 %~ 15 %〕 ,通过多种表面活性剂的复配及添加特效吸附渗透剂 ,研制开发出一种适宜于各种行业工人使用的劳保浴液 ,产品集净洗、调理、护肤、洗发等多种功用于一体。该浴液经推广应用 ,并采用“模糊数学综合评价法”对其质量进行评判 ,证明APG复配产品的质量性能优异  相似文献

Sodium laureth sulfate and amino acid type surfactants have been categorized as low‐skin irritation chemicals based on results of previous skin irritation tests. However, detergent‐induced skin irritation still occurs. Detergents with a low‐skin irritation effect are required, since the number of cosmetics for sensitive skin has increased. Therefore, an in vitro method of testing the safety of cosmetics for sensitive skin is required. Skin irritation by anionic surfactants was investigated to determine the effect of laureth‐3 carboxylate (polyoxyethylene lauryl carboxymethyl ether) amino acid salt on skin irritation. In addition, sodium laureth sulfate and amino acid type surfactants, regarded as low‐irritation surfactants, were also tested for skin irritation. The skin irritation effect of laureth‐3 carboxylate lysine salt (Surfactant 1 ), sodium laureth sulfate (Surfactant 2 ), and sodium N‐lauroyl glutamate (Surfactant 3 ) were investigated using a reconstructed human cultured epidermal model, LabCyte EPI‐MODEL24 6D. Cell viabilities of cultured epidermal cells exposed to Surfactant 1 (5.0 % aq.), Surfactant 2 , and Surfactant 3 were 82.0, 45.0 and 19.1 %, respectively. There were significant differences in cell viability upon exposure to 5.0 % aqueous test solutions of the three test chemicals. The results of the current investigation indicate that Surfactant 1 has a low skin‐irritation effect.  相似文献
