Recent developments in heterogeneous identity federation systems have heightened the need for the related trust management system. The trust management system evaluates, manages, and shares users’ trust values. The service provider (SP) members of the federation system rely on users’ trust values to determine which type and quality of service will be provided to the users. While identity federation systems have the potential to help federated users save time and energy and improve service experience, the benefits also come with significant privacy risks. So far, there has been little discussion about the privacy protection of users in heterogeneous identity federation systems. In this paper, we propose a trust value sharing scheme based on a proxy ring signature for the trust management system in heterogeneous identity federation topologies. The ring signature schemes can ensure the validity of the data and hide the original signer, thereby protecting privacy. Moreover, no group manager participating in the ring signature, which naturally matches with our decentralized heterogeneous identity federation topologies. The proxy signature can reduce the workload of the private key owner. The proposed scheme shortens the calculation time for verifying the signature and then reduces the overall time consumption in the process of trust sharing. Our studies prove that the proposed scheme is privacy-preserving, efficient, and effective.  相似文献

目的 建立跨境电子商务的服务设计模型,以增强跨境电商消费者的信任度和满意度,提升消费者的购物体验。方法 根据利益相关者信任框架模型等理论以及服务流程共提取了16个服务设计要素。依据服务设计要素类别将16个服务设计要素归为4类,建立设计要素与用户信任之间的假设关系,通过量表问卷调研对假设进行验证。结论 13个服务设计要素与用户信任显著正相关,通过虚拟的设计实践验证了以上设计要素对跨境电商信任的作用。  相似文献

目的对移动互联网电商平台建立稳定长久的用户信任,在提高用户粘性的同时达成将普通用户转变为忠实用户。方法了解影响人对网站信任产生的因素,并关联成功案例分析获得各设计要点,根据要点提炼归纳指导移动互联网外卖产品营造用户信任感的产品思路与设计方法。结论持久稳定的用户信任不单单在主观感知方面,更多在于客观认知上,将UGC理念的引入、关键信息外露、提高用户参与及利用社交关系等对平台建立持续的信任具有积极的作用。  相似文献

Logistics outsourcing is prevalent in today's business world as a strategy to obtain competitive advantages. As in other relational exchanges, it is imperative to understand how to alleviate opportunistic behaviour in logistics outsourcing relationships. Using China's burgeoning logistics industry as a backdrop, and drawing on social exchange and transaction cost theories, this study examines how relational norms and trust mitigate opportunistic behaviour and how environmental uncertainty moderates the effects of norms and trust from logistics users’ perspective. Employing data collected from 119 manufacturing and service firms in China, we empirically test the proposed model and find that trust and norms are effective safeguards in reducing the opportunistic behaviour of logistics service providers, particularly in highly uncertain environments.  相似文献

基于信任形成机制及消费者购买决策过程.建立了虚拟社区的信任模型,并选取淘宝社区成员作为调查对象,共收集376份有效问卷.数据分析表明.熟悉、感知的相似性,结构保证和信任倾向是对虚拟社区成员间信任建立的重要影响因素.成员间的信任影响成员对商家或虚拟社区提供商的信任.同时影响成员从社区获取产品信息的意向,这种意向和对商家或虚拟社区提供商的信任又最终对成员从社区或商家处购买产品的意向产生正向影响.  相似文献

Live e-commerce shopping has attracted widespread attention in the global market, and China is the markets with the most active users. Despite the exponential growth of live e-commerce shopping, there are still challenges to understand the customer psychological determination mechanism. We proposed an extended theoretical model from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and performed a cross-sectional survey of the e-commerce consumers. In total, 972 valid responses were collected from four cities in mainland China. Structural equation modeling was used to investigate the factors that influence consumers to adopt live e-commerce shopping. The empirical results confirm the theoretical model explains 78.5% of participants’ behavioral intention and 79.2% of use behavior. Performance expectancy (β = 0.325), effort expectancy (β = 0.202), facilitating conditions (β = 0.097), hedonic motivation (β = 0.213), habit (β = 0.228), and trust (β = 0.218) are significantly related with behavioral intention, while social influence (β = −0.036) and price value (β = 0.022) are not significant factors. Facilitating conditions (β = 0.206), habit (β = 0.203), trust (β = 0.392), and behavioral intention (β = 0.317) are the significant determinants of use behavior toward live e-commerce shopping. Four demographic variables, including gender, age, education, and income, release the significant moderating effects in the theoretical model. This research helps e-commerce platforms and retail stores develop effective strategies to activate consumers' adoption of live e-commerce shopping.  相似文献

构建了制造商与供应商间信任关系、IT匹配、信息共享、制造商运营绩效之间关系的理论模型。通过对广东省珠三角地区272家制造企业进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对提出的假设及概念模型进行检验。研究结果显示,能力信任对善意信任有着显著的正向影响;善意信任对信息共享、IT匹配有着显著的正向影响,但能力信任对信息共享、IT匹配的影响并不显著;IT匹配对信息共享和制造商运营绩效都有着显著的正向影响;信息共享对制造商运营绩效有着显著的正向影响。研究表明,企业不仅要通过加强对IT匹配的投资来改善信息共享及运营绩效,还要善于建立供应链伙伴间信任关系来提高信息共享及运营绩效水平。  相似文献

目的无人驾驶技术发展迅猛,拥有广阔的市场空间前景,而用户对无人驾驶的信任问题将成为未来技术推广的瓶颈。从用户体验角度出发,对无人驾驶信息多通道表达方式进行研究,使用户能更高效地获取信息,从而提高用户对无人驾驶汽车的信任度。方法通过对比分析有人驾驶和无人驾驶下的信息传递过程,找出在信息传递中用户对无人驾驶产生信任问题的原因。基于各感官通道信息表达特点,分析不同驾驶情景下信息传递的强度需求。运用多通道的信息表达方式,阐明适用于具体驾驶情景的多通道组合,并选取视听多通道作为实验对象,验证该多通道组合信息传导对提高信任度的有效性。结果视听多通道实验证明在可预设和不可预设两种驾驶情境下,单一视觉通道表达信息对信任影响差别不明显,而视听通道组合表达信息对信任影响差别明显,相比可预设驾驶情境,在不可预设驾驶情境下视听通道组合能获得更多的信任。结论针对具体驾驶情景运用恰当的多通道组合表达出合理的信息强度能够有效地提升无人驾驶信任度。  相似文献

Electronic supply chain management (eSCM) has become a popular Web-based seamless supply chain process. Given that Chinese firms are important parts of global supply chains, it is imperative to investigate factors that would affect eSCM adoption in China. In this study, we examine the impact of three power sources – non-mediated, coercive-mediated and reward-mediated power – on the three dimensions of trust – competence, goodwill and contractual – and their influence in turn on a firm’s eSCM adoption intention in China. We collected data through a survey of 131 manufacturing and service firms in China. Our results show that non-mediated power is positively associated with competence and goodwill trust but negatively related to contractual trust. Coercive-mediated power only negatively affects competence and goodwill trust. Reward-mediated power does not affect any type of trust significantly. The results also provide empirical support for the positive effects of competence and contractual trust on the intention to adopt eSCM. This paper contributes knowledge about the power–trust relationship in China from a supply chain perspective and presents a multi-dimensional explanation of the relationships between power, trust and intention to adopt eSCM.  相似文献

While digitization of music, particularly streaming services, has gained increasing popularity, it has also led to a steady decline in the revenues of recorded music industry. This is causing strong concern regarding a potential collapse of the music industry comparable to other print media industries such as newspaper and book publishing.However, recent changes in the music industry initiated by a resurgence of the live music industry are giving rise to some expectations for the survival and growth of the music industry. The parallel paths of increasing popularity of streaming services and a resurgence of live music suggest that these two dynamics are working together in a co-evolutionary way toward the sustainability of the music industry.This paper attempts to elucidate the co-evolutionary dynamism between the increasing popularity of streaming music and the resurgence of live music.An empirical analysis of monthly trends over the period of the last three decades in the US music industry by its sectors revealed that (i) the co-evolution between streaming and live music industries has functioned well over the last few years, (ii) the live music industry has incorporated a self-propagating function by assimilating innovations previously initiated by digital music, (iii) given the above co-evolution, the recent resurging trend in the music industry can be sustained, (iv) the advancement of digital innovations such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, fintech, virtual reality, big data, and social media by enabling such coevolution have transformed the live music industry into a “live-concert-streaming music industry” (LCSMI) that further enabling the participative creativity of its stakeholders. For these collaborative and cultural industries to function in harmony, trust between its participating stakeholders is very crucial.This analysis suggests the significance of a trust-based ICT-driven disruptive business model (IDBM) with a consolidated challenge for social demand (CCSD) for the development of cultural industries.  相似文献

目的 随着科技和数字化的发展,消费金融信息产品在现代经济和金融体系中扮演着愈发重要的角色。本文旨在探究消费金融信息产品用户体验因素,优化体验设计与评价方法。方法 基于用户动态信任需求,以在校大学生为调研对象发放问卷,以284个有效数据为研究样本,使用SPSS软件进行量化分析,基于数据结论进行消费金融产品交互设计,并从动态信任视角构建消费金融信息产品设计评价模型。结果 依据产品评价多层次指标模型,获取设计与评价指标权重,并得出消费金融信息产品体验的总体评分。结论 结合用户动态信任视角对消费金融信息产品进行设计与评价,可有效地对产品进行量化设计与检验,强化产品与用户间的信任关系,在动态交互过程中获取用户变化的需求,改善人机信任关系,提高产品的持续改进能力。  相似文献

In mobile cloud computing, trust is a very important parameter in mobile cloud computing security because data storage and data processing are performed remotely in the cloud. Aiming at the security and trust management of mobile agent system in mobile cloud computing environment, the Human Trust Mechanism (HTM) is used to study the subjective trust formation, trust propagation and trust evolution law, and the subjective trust dynamic management algorithm (MASTM) is proposed. Based on the interaction experience between the mobile agent and the execution host and the third-party recommendation information to collect the basic trust data, the public trust host selection algorithm is given. The isolated malicious host algorithm and the integrated trust degree calculation algorithm realize the function of selecting the trusted cluster and isolating the malicious host, so as to enhance the security interaction between the mobile agent and the host. Given algorithm simulation and verification were carried out to prove its feasibility and effectiveness.  相似文献

构建了供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同之间关系的理论模型。以广东省珠三角地区141家制造企业为调查对象,利用结构方程模型对供应链伙伴间资源依赖、信任、关系承诺与信息系统协同之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果发现供应链伙伴间资源依赖程度对信任与关系承诺均有显著的正向影响,但对跨组织信息系统协同的正向影响并不显著。另外,研究还发现供应链伙伴间信任水平对关系承诺与跨组织信息系统协同均有显著的正向影响,然而关系承诺对跨组织信息系统协同则没有显著的正向影响。研究告诉企业管理者,在选择合作伙伴时应该着重考虑彼此之间的资源互补性与相互依赖性,并高度重视人际关系网络的构建,提高供应链伙伴间相互信任水平,从而可以更好地进行跨组织的信息系统协同。  相似文献

Trust has become an increasingly important issue given society’s growing reliance on electronic transactions. Peer-to-peer (P2P) networks are among the main electronic transaction environments affected by trust issues due to the freedom and anonymity of peers (users) and the inherent openness of these networks. A malicious peer can easily join a P2P network and abuse its peers and resources, resulting in a large-scale failure that might shut down the entire network. Therefore, a plethora of researchers have proposed trust management systems to mitigate the impact of the problem. However, due to the problem’s scale and complexity, more research is necessary. The algorithm proposed here, HierarchTrust, attempts to create a more reliable environment in which the selection of a peer provider of a file or other resource is based on several trust values represented in hierarchical form. The values at the top of the hierarchical form are more trusted than those at the lower end of the hierarchy. Trust, in HierarchTrust, is generally calculated based on the standard deviation. Evaluation via simulation showed that HierarchTrust produced a better success rate than the well-established EigenTrust algorithm.  相似文献

本研究构建了供应商与客户间的多维度信任、承诺与信息共享之间关系的理论模型,并以珠三角地区189家制造业为研究对象,运用结构方程模型对多维度信任、承诺与信息共享之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明,供应商与客户之间的能力信任对计算性承诺与情感承诺有显著的正向影响,对信息共享的影响并不显著;善意信任对情感承诺与信息共享有显著的正向影响,但对计算性承诺的影响并不显著;计算性承诺与信息共享有显著的负向影响,但对信息共享的影响不显著。根据上述实证研究结论,本研究结合中国特殊的文化背景给出相关的管理启示。  相似文献

对组合服务信任度评估问题进行了研究。基于信任的不确定性和模糊性,给出了信任度的离散化表示方法;借助于贝叶斯网络的强大的推理能力,给出了组合服务的贝叶斯网络模型以及组合服务模型到贝叶斯网络的转换规则,利用贝叶斯网络的正向推理机制设计了基于贝叶斯网络模型的组合服务信任度评估方法。通过一个组合服务的买例,说明了组合服务的贝叶斯网络模型及其基于贝叶斯网络的组合服务信任度评估方法的使用方法。该评估方法基于信任的模糊性和不确定性,更符合信任的本质并易于实现。  相似文献

There has been enormous increase in transactions and cooperative-computing services on the internet. This is both a technical and a social phenomenon. Transactions and services over the internet have global reach and users, known or unknown to the service provider, might be interested in availing access or participating in the cooperative transaction in a distributed manner. Thus, it is very important for service providers to identify and establish trustworthiness of potential collaborators, which they do by writing contracts (e.g. access control, security policies; the words contract and policy are used interchangeably) without violating the privacy and confidentiality laws that prevail across geographical boundaries. But as the system becomes complex and dynamic, contractual incompleteness arises since it becomes cumbersome to mention potentially large set of outcomes of the user's choice of action. Trust plays a crucial role in the design of optimal contracts; not all the relevant, valuable information on the user's choice of action is incorporated in the equilibrium contract. It may also be noted in that traditional transactions, the notion ofseeing is believing plays a vital role. However, in e-transactions, this is not the case. The challenge is to see how in such a scenario trust can indeed be generated. Note that the presence of trust facilitates cooperative behaviour and allows for exchange to occur in situations where its absence would preclude trade. In this paper, we shall present a comparative analysis of various approaches of trust management in practice that integrates technology with other factors. We shall also bring out the relative deficiencies and how these issues are tackled in our ongoing work that facilitates execution of optimal contracts.  相似文献
