钛对冷轧超低碳搪瓷钢鳞爆性的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
在相同轧制工艺和不同退火温度条件下,研究了添加钛的冷轧超低碳钢的氢渗透性和搪瓷的鳞爆性.研究发现,含钛的钢搪瓷鳞爆现象较轻;当退火温度提高到750℃时无鳞爆出现.显微组织分析表明,含钛钢中生成了钛化物相,并且随着退火温度的提高,钛化物析出量增多.氢渗透曲线测试证明,氢穿透时间和氢陷阱系数明显高于不含钛的钢.此外,随着退... 相似文献

Alumina coating is used to improve the performance of high-temperature oxidation resistance,which can be fabricated on the surface of hydrogen resistance steel by two methods,thermal oxidation of arc ion plated Al coating and reactive magnetron sputtering.Elemental composition,structures and surface morphologies of the coating were analyzed and compared in this paper.The surface of the coatings,which was made by the first method,was composed of α-Al2O3 phase and internal was Fe-Al alloy phase.The Alumina coatings made by the second method were amorphous.In addition,appearances of Alumina coatings fabricated by these two methods were quit different,which were grey and transparent respectively.Both of the two kinds of coatings meet to the needs of high-temperature oxidation resistance. 相似文献

研究了强度级别为1900MPa的新型马氏体不锈钢在经过不同制度的热处理后的微观组织及其对铜力学性能的影响。试验钢经1000℃固溶处理后在基体上有一种富Mo的析出物生成,这种析出物降低了钢时效后的韧性。经1000℃,1050℃固溶处理+负温处理后,试验铜在535℃时效处理时强度均达到最大值,原因是在高密度位错的板条马氏体和残余奥氏体基体上析出均匀弥散、细小的强化相。随着时效温度继续升高强度开始下降,其原因有二,其一析出相聚集长大,破坏了与基体间原有的共格关系;其二逆转变奥氏体转变量的增加。 相似文献

The Mg-Ni hydrogen storage alloys were prepared using the laser sintering technology.The effects of laser sintering power on the phase component and the weight loss of Mg element for the Mg-Ni alloys were investigated.The samples P1,P2 and P3 consisted of five phases:Mg2Ni,MgNi2,Mg,Ni and MgO.The weight loss of Mg element remarkably increased at 1200 W.The addition of extra Mg significantly promoted the reaction between Mg and Ni.Mg2Ni,MgNi2,and a small amount of Ni and MgO phases were present in the samples PM (pestle milling) and BM (ball milling).The sample PM has a homogeneous microstructure,and the contents of Mg2Ni and MgNi2 were approximately consistent with those of the Mg-Ni alloy under the equilibrium conditions.The maximum hydrogen storage capacity of the sample BM was 1.72 wt.% and the sample can be activated easily at 573 K (only 3 activation cycles). 相似文献

制备了Ti-25V-15Cr-0.2Si和Ti-25V-15Cr-2Al-0.2Si2种阻燃钛合金,分别测试其在不同热暴露和蠕变工艺条件下的热稳定性能和蠕变性能,并观察了组织。结果表明,Al元素提高了Ti—V-Cr系阻燃钛合金的室温力学性能,降低了热稳定性能和抗蠕变性能;在实验的热稳定和蠕变工艺参数下,2种合金中只存在a相和Ti5Si3相,没发现其他过渡相和中间化合物;在热暴露和蠕变过程中,组织稳定性降低,Al元素的添加促进了a相和Ti5si,相的析出,降低了Ti-V-Cr系阻燃钛合金抗蠕变性能和热稳定性能。 相似文献
