产品概念设计方案对产品质量有决定性影响,为提高产品质量,产品概念设计方案鲁棒性研究就显得很有必要了.在分析公理设计理论的基础上,提出了基于公理设计的功能鲁棒}生原理和补偿原理,用以提高设计方案的鲁棒性,并以全断面岩石掘进机(Full Face Rock Tunnel Boring Machine,IBM)主机概念设计为例进行了说明.实例结果表明,概念设计方案鲁棒fl龈高为后续设计和产品质量打下坚实基础,提高了产品的鲁棒性. 相似文献

为使产品创新过程中概念设计方案的评价决策充分考虑客户的需求偏好特征,提升客户的综合满意度,提出一种基于客户聚类分析的产品概念设计方案评价决策新方法。该方法首先基于客户对各设计方案的需求偏好信息,通过利用图论工具并对无向图连通子图的输出完成需求偏好相似客户的聚类;其次考虑到产品设计成本与客户满意度之间的矛盾,通过建立客户聚类评价准则确定最佳聚类结果;然后结合优势数分析的方案评价排序方法,实现各客户聚类所对应最优产品概念设计方案的评价决策;最后重点考虑新增客户的快速聚类及需求方案的推荐实现流程。以电冰箱产品创新过程中概念设计方案的评价决策为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

为消除产品概念设计过程中可能产生的二层问题的负面影响,提出了一种基于质量功能配置与创造性解决问题理论的三种技术工具综合的产品概念设计方法。该方法通过质量功能配置的质量屋分析确定需要改善的零部件;在对零部件进行负相关分析的基础上,应用创造性解决问题理论技术工具提出解决一对质量特性负相关的方案;然后通过多次循环的质量功能配置分析与创造性解决问题理论技术工具应用,预测可能产生的二层问题并降低其负面影响,进而形成有效的产品概念设计方案。通过在某全自动洗衣机研发过程中的实际应用,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。 相似文献

针对现有的产品设计主要是基于功能的设计,但功能只能对产品中存在输入输出状态转变的部分进行设计,固而无法表达一些非功能性信息的问题,鉴于可供性可用于表达与产品相关的各实体间的非功能性关系,对结合可供性与传统基于功能的设计求解方法进行了研究,通过综合物-场可供性模型等分析工具形成了开发设计系统的关键技术,在此基础上开发了面向产品概念设计阶段的改进产品原理方案的设计系统,探讨了物-场可供性的实现方法,并以玻璃清洁器方案设计为例与传统基于功能设计方法进行了对比。研究结果表明,考虑可供性后的设计系统生成的设计方案更理想。 相似文献

为了探索产品概念设计的新思路,将情景引入产品概念设计过程中,提出一种基于情景和TRIZ的产品概念设计过程模型.明确产品情景的构成和关键要素,形成产品情景作用信息的提取过程,通过关键情景要素类比发现产品概念设计可参考的原型产品,并根据预期情景信息与原型产品情景作用过程的匹配性发现问题,借助TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)工具求解问题,最后经汇总优化后获得创新的概念设计方案.利用所提方法形成一种气吸式枸杞采摘机的概念设计方案,从而验证了该方法的有效性. 相似文献

Computer-aided conceptual design (CACD) aims to increase efficiency and quality of design work but with little essential progress due to the gap between abstract concept and detailed structure. In order to tackle the problem concerned with conceptual design process and automation, this paper introduces the concept of functional surface as the information carrier to link together product function and structure and describes a product genetic model to represent and organize product information. Functional surface is used to formalize the product gene, a varied-length coding scheme for functional surface and product gene is proposed, and the design process model for conceptual design is established based on product gene. 针对大批量定制环境下的面向订单设计(ETO)产品,在分析其特点的基础上,给出了实现其大批量定制的产品开发设计系统框架,并对其中关键技术进行了研究。提出利用事物特性表技术进行面向产品族的模块化产品开发,建立基于产品族的产品主结构模型用于配置设计,建立基于零件族的零部件主模型用于变型设计,通过标准化和模块化等手段,使产品及其零部件的客户订单分离点后移,从而实现满足ETO产品快速设计的需要,在保证产品质量的同时,降低产品成本。以工业汽轮机汽缸为例说明了方法的可行性。 相似文献

In general, it is difficult to select a satisfactory product concept because the information in the early stage of design process is subjective, qualitative, and even uncertain to design engineers. The correlations among engineering characteristics for a product concept also increase the complexity of conceptual design. Moreover, it becomes important to consider not only customer requirements but also product lifecycle requirements. In spite of these problems, the resources that can be allocated in the product development are limited so that a company should select the most satisfactory product concept within its available resources. Therefore, it is useful to develop a new method for efficiently supporting conceptual design under this complex design environment. To this end, this study proposes a decision support method with extended house of quality (HOQ). With the proposed method, the best product concept and the associated investment allocation can be decided concurrently under consideration of product lifecycle factors and resource constraints. As a mathematical model combined with the extended HOQ, a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is defined and three heuristic search algorithms are developed.
