The use of a measurement matrix operator is considered for modeling the influence of the environment. It is shown that it is possible to construct a set of power scales by utilizing this operator. A cubic scale enables the Periodic System of the chemical elements to be reproduced.

An approach is given to planning measurement monitoring methods for establishing how well complicated objects meet the requirements of standardization documents, which is based on computer simulation. Estimating the Quality of the Result of Measurements

It is shown that the area of application of the concept of measurement uncertainty is limited only to cases in which the instrumental error of the measuring instruments forms a negligibly small part of the measurement error. Procedures are discussed for the metrological support of computer codes.

A Development Method For Image Quality Measurement Using the Cumulative Line Spread Function

The cumulative line spread function （CLSF） is a good category to evaluate the quality of the lens. It was measured during construction an optical test system by applyit~g a new experimental metlxod using a scanning slit of variable width. The energy distribution is then obtained at the best image plane of focus for different focal numbers （of the lens under test）. The measured results showed a good agreement when it compared with the a previous calculated values.
