甘肃肃北某铁矿嵌布粒度细,铁矿物分布粒度小于70μm;矿石中磁性铁矿物占64.29%,弱磁性铁矿物占30.68%,这给铁矿物的有效分选带来难度。针对该矿石特点,创新性的采用“三段磨矿—弱磁选—中矿强磁抛尾后焙烧—再磨弱磁选”的工艺流程进行选铁试验,结果为:铁精矿品位63.50%、回收率52.73%,铁富集物品位41.85%、回收率28.87%。尾矿品位降至8.25%。   相似文献

辽宁某钼尾矿粒度较粗,+0.074 mm占75.16%,铁品位为7.26%,铁主要以磁性铁形式存在,在0.074~0.038 mm粒级有一定的富集现象。对该尾矿进行了磁性铁矿物选矿回收试验。结果表明,试样采用一段弱磁选、一段中磁选、中磁选精矿再磨后二段弱磁选、两段弱磁选精矿合并后磁悬浮精选机精选,可获得铁品位59.12%、铁回收率为70.05%的铁精矿。  相似文献

巴西某铁英岩矿石属粉砂质石英铁矿石,工艺类型为高硅、低硫、低磷、酸性、弱磁性铁矿石,铁矿物粒度嵌布不均匀、粒径相差悬殊,主要工业矿物为磁铁矿、假象赤铁矿、赤铁矿。为给该资源的开发提供技术依据,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了选矿工艺流程试验。结果表明,矿石采用连续磨矿(-200目占85%)—弱磁选—强磁选—强磁选精矿1粗1精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路反浮选流程处理,最终可获得产率为44.41%、铁品位为66.62%、铁回收率为86.20%的铁精矿,试验指标良好。  相似文献

针对西北某铁矿矿物组成、嵌布关系复杂及嵌布粒度较细的特点,进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明:原矿在焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间50 min条件下,进行中性焙烧后,再经磨矿-弱磁选-弱磁选尾矿强磁选流程处理后,可获得铁品位为66.85%、回收率为45.67%的弱磁选精矿和铁品位为62.80%、回收率为38.98%的强磁选精矿,综合精矿铁品位为64.92%、回收率为84.65%。  相似文献

某铁矿含铁25.78%、含铜0.24%、含锌0.33%,铁矿物品位低、嵌布粒度细,采用一次性磨矿-磁选的选矿工艺,难以获得品位大于60%的铁精矿,伴生的低品位铜、锌矿物也一直未能有效回收。本文采用再磨-弱磁选-浮选的选矿工艺,对该矿石进行了铁、铜、锌的综合回收试验研究。结果表明:采用磨矿细度-0.074mm含量75.25%、再磨细度-0.043mm含量95.30%的铁粗精矿再磨-磁选工艺回收铁矿物;石灰、水玻璃、硫化钠为调整剂,DY1和乙黄药为组合捕收剂浮选回收铜矿物;硫酸铜为活化剂、丁黄药和2~#油为组合捕收剂浮选回收锌矿物,获得了铁精矿品位66.02%、回收率80.22%,铜精矿品位19.03%、回收率55.60%,锌精矿品位48.20%、回收率65.88%的试验指标,使该矿石中的铁矿物、伴生铜矿物和锌矿物均得到了有效的回收,为提高难选低品位铁资源综合利用率的研究提供了技术借鉴。  相似文献

国外某微细粒嵌布的赤铁矿石中有回收价值的元素是铁,含量为44.08%,FeO含量仅为0.14%,主要脉石矿物成分SiO_2和Al_2O_3含量分别为13.44%和5.80%;主要铁矿物为赤铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英;矿石中99.10%的铁为赤(褐)铁。对悬浮磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺加工、处理矿石的可行性进行了研究。结果表明,在给料粒度为-0.074 mm占55%,焙烧温度为560℃,CO的浓度为30%,还原时间为20 min,弱磁选给矿粒度为-0.038 mm占95%条件下处理矿石,可获得铁品位为58.29%、铁回收率为91.45%的精矿。悬浮磁化焙烧—弱磁选工是实现该类型铁矿石开发利用的有效工艺。  相似文献

某铁矿石主要有用铁矿物为磁铁矿但嵌布粒度微细,选别比较困难。为了给该类矿石的经济高效开发利用提供技术依据,进行了原矿筛分分级-干式磁选-粗粒湿式磁选-三段阶段磨矿-弱磁选和原矿筛分分级-干式磁选-粗粒湿式磁选-两段阶段磨矿-磁选-细筛分选-筛下磁选柱精选-中矿再磨-磁选两个工艺流程试验。对比试验结果表明,采用原矿筛分分级-干式磁选-粗粒湿式磁选-两段阶段磨矿-磁选-细筛分选-筛下磁选柱精选-中矿再磨-磁选工艺流程在最终磨矿粒度为-0.043 mm 80%时,可以获得精矿产率为20.20%,铁品位为65.48%,其中磁性铁品位为64.78%,铁回收率为58.15%,磁性铁回收率为94.72%的选别指标。  相似文献

为了给大规模合理开发本钢集团贾家堡子铁矿8号矿体矿石资源提供技术依据,针对该矿石磁铁矿嵌布粒度微细的特点,采用大块干式磁选抛废-单一弱磁选和大块干式磁选抛废-弱磁选-反浮选两种工艺流程进行了选矿试验。结果表明:前者在-0.030 8 mm占90%的最终磨矿细度下,可获得铁品位为65.76%、回收率为75.93%的铁精矿;后者在-0.043 mm占90%的最终磨矿细度下,可获得铁品位为65.47%、回收率为74.43%的铁精矿。两流程技术指标相近,采用哪种流程取决于技术经济比较。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
