油脂厂排放的废水中的污染物质以有机物为主,属有机型工业废水.废水的污染物浓度高、强度大.在工艺设计中,采用了具有独特设计的"除皂"处理工艺,解决了油脂废水处理中的一个难题.通过采用物化-生化组合工艺处理该废水,其结果表明:在油脂精炼进水CODcr≤10 740mg/L、SS≤6 700mg/L、植物油≤2 440 mg/L的情况下,油脂废水出水的指标分别为CODcr≤22 mg/L、SS≤5.0 mg/L、植物油≤1.0 mg/L,出水各项指标均可达到广东省<水污染排放限值>(DB-44/26-2001)第二时段的一级标准.  相似文献

介绍了CAF气浮-水解酸化-SBR工艺处理油脂精炼加工废水的工艺设计和运行效果.该工艺具有处理效果好、能耗低、易管理等特点.在进水CODCr为13 000 mg/L,BOD5为7 000 mg/L,SS为600 mg/L,总磷为30 mg/L,油脂为400 mg/L的条件下,经过本系统处理后,平均出水CODCr小于150 mg/L,BOD5小于50 mg/L,SS小于120 mg/L,总磷小于0.5 mg/L,油脂小于2 mg/L,出水水质达到GB 8978-1996<污水综合排放标准>的Ⅱ级标准.  相似文献

对光合细菌与小球藻复合处理豆制品有机废水进行了研究.结果表明,第一步用光合菌处理后,CODcr、BOD5分别降至250mg/L和185mg/L,平均去除率分别达89.3%和90.9%;第二步用小球藻与光合细菌的混合液处理后,CODcr和BOD5分别降至84mg/L和51mg/L,平均去除率分别达66.4%和72.4%.两步复合处理的CODcr、BOD5的总去除率分别达到96.4%和97.5%.  相似文献

介绍了竹材用于CTMP的现实意义.通过对竹材CTMP高浓废水污染特征的分析表明:在我国分布较广泛的慈竹.CTMP废水的CODcr、BOD5、SS发生量分别达到300.37、101.33,56.68 kg/t浆;废水中的总氮含量达到20.93 kg/t浆,进行实验室小试,在废水CODcr、BOD5、SS分别为7320、2496、1308 mg/L时.通过预处理、厌氧、好氧(必须考虑采用脱氮工艺)联合处理,总CODcr去除率可达97.65%,表明采用以厌氧和好氧联合处理为核心的工艺处理该种废水是可行的.  相似文献

采用厌氧-生物接触氧化工艺处理屠宰生猪过程中产生的废水,废水进口CODcr、BOD5、NH3- N、SS、动植物油浓度分别为15 0 0~30 0 0 m g/ L、85 0~2 0 0 0 mg/ L、2 .4~3.0 mg/ L、80 0~5 0 0 0 mg/ L、70~2 0 0 mg/ L,经处理后废水达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》GB1345 7- 92一级排放标准,除NH3- N在厌氧过程中浓度升高外,其余污染物去除率均大于98.5 %。  相似文献

广西某科研单位中试车间所排放废水具有流量小、浓度较高、间歇性排放等特点,针对此类特点的废水采用间歇性操作的SBR工艺进行处理,经处理后,监测结果显示出水CODcr、BOD5分别为2530mg/L、8.030mg/L、8.09.2mg/L,水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。  相似文献

啤酒厂废水来自不同的啤酒生产车间 ,其污染程度存在着相当大的差别。根据这种特点 ,采取先高浓度废水厌氧UASB处理 ,后再与其它低浓度废水混合进行生物氧化处理。运行结果表明 ,处理后废水的CODcr、BOD5、SS和pH分别为 131mg/L、2 9.2mg/L、10 2mg/L和 7.6 5 ,低于国家排放二级标准 ,且运行费用明显降低 ,沼气易于回收  相似文献

制浆造纸废水是一类成分复杂、难处理的高浓废水,探索、研究其深度处理技术十分迫切.本研究利用AB池、改良型卡鲁塞尔氧化沟和高效浅层气浮组合技术处理废水(废水的SS、CODCr和BOD5分别为900 ~ 1100 mg/L、1200~1800 mg/L和600~900mg/L)可使SS、CODCr、BOD5的去除率分别达到97%、95%、97%,出水的SS、CODCr、BOD5分别为30mg/L、90 mg/L、20 mg/L,符合《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544-2008).  相似文献

采用UASB厌氧反应器与SBR好氧反应器对OCC制浆造纸废水进行了处理,旨在使废水排放或回用于生产。实验结果表明,UASB反应器和SBR反应器在水力停留时间(HRT)均为1d时,废水CODCr理论总去除率可达71.3%,BOD5去除率97.9%,实验过程中废水的CODCr由5800mg/L降低到1208mg/L,BOD5由2200mg/L降低到47mg/L,可回用于制浆车间。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
