五层共挤阻隔薄膜的结构、性能、工艺及表征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
介绍了以聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙6、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物四种聚合物原料作为多层共挤复合膜的材料进行挤出成型制备高阻隔性的薄膜,其中以PA6和EVOH作为阻隔薄膜的阻隔层材料,将聚乙烯作制备阻隔薄膜的热封层材料。分别通过热重分析、流变性能测试详细讨论了各种聚合物原料的热稳定性、热流变性能等,并在此基础上探讨了五层共挤流延膜的加工工艺,而后又对制备得到的六种五层共挤流延膜的力学性能及阻隔性能进行了详细表征。 相似文献

通过硅烷交联聚乙烯与尼龙6共混制备阻隔材料,研究了硅烷交联聚乙烯的交联时间及尼龙6含量对复合材料阻隔性能、力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:随着交联时间的增长,材料的阻隔性能有所提高,当交联时间为6h时,表现出良好的阻隔性能;尼龙6含量对材料的阻隔性能和力学性能具有双重影响,当尼龙6含量为16%时,阻隔材料综合性能较好。 相似文献

将PA66和PA12T熔融共聚,制备的共聚物可用作阻隔材料,研究了共聚物的制备和成膜工艺.试验表明,相比于单一尼龙,共聚物的熔点和黏度降低,更有利于成型加工,为后期进行阻隔性能测试以及其他性能的测试打下基础. 相似文献

由乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐共聚物(CP)与共聚尼龙(COPA)在双螺杆挤出机中进行反应共混制备改性共聚尼龙(MCOPA)。采用MCOPA/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料制备高阻隔性中空吹塑瓶。对制品的加工工艺、阻隔性能、形态结构等进行了研究。结果表明,加工工艺对制品阻隔性能会有很大的影响。同时形态分析表明.吹塑瓶瓶口、瓶身、瓶底各个部位的横断面和纵断面都具有清晰、连续的层状结构。 相似文献

The barrier property of polypropylene (PP)/polyamide (PA) blend film produced by the extrusion casting film process was studied
by investigating the effects of rheological properties of each components, compatibilizer content, screw rpm, and the absorbed
moisture, and by performing morphological analysis and permeability modeling. The oxygen barrier property of blend film with
ellipsoidal structure of PA dispersed phase was significantly improved by a factor of 5.4 with the addition of only 20 wt%
PA, when compatibilizer was added by the content of 7 phr and the PP matrix resin and process condition was selected to induce
lower viscosity ratio less than unity. Using Fricke’s model with the value of 19.6 of aspect ratio of the ellipsoid, the permeabilities
of blend films as a function of PA content could be predicted and exhibited a good agreement with the experimental results.
The absorbed moisture had a significant influence on the barrier property of the PP/PA blend system, suggesting that the hygroscopic
PA resin should be incorporated with the high water barrier PP resin by the amount below about 20 wt% to minimize the deterioration
of the barrier property in the humid atmosphere. 相似文献

The objective of this research is to study the effect of using maleic anhydride‐grafted polyethylene‐octene elastomer (POE‐g‐MA) as a compatibilizer on nylon 6/acrylonitile‐butadiene‐styrene (ABS) copolymer blends. With POE‐g‐MA, nylon 6/ABS at a blending ratio of 80/20 showed an optimal result in modified impact property. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that the particle sizes of ABS in the dispersed phase diminished as the amount of the added compatibilizer (POE‐g‐MA) increased. The compatibilizer reduced the surface tension between nylon 6 and ABS, thus increasing the compatibility of the two phases. Furthermore, studies of the rheological behavior of the system showed that the shear viscosity of nylon 6/ABS blends also increased with the introduction of POE‐g‐MA. Finally, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) experiments showed that adding POE‐g‐MA dramatically improved the impact strength of the blends at room temperature and low temperatures. Polym. Eng.
