大型火力发电机组脱硫系统的烟气换热器(gasgasheater,GGH)容易积垢堵塞,严重影响锅炉的安全运行,必须对其进行清洗除垢。为此,介绍了清洗火电厂脱硫系统GGH的专用化学WP-T04清洗剂的清洗原理、清垢方法、清洗工艺,并以静态、动态试验验证清洗剂的清洗效果,以腐蚀试验说明清洗剂对脱硫装置无腐蚀作用。该清洗方法在广东某火电厂的应用取得良好效果。 相似文献

介绍了电厂凝汽器不停机清洗工艺的研究成果。通过模拟试验的方法研制出适用于电厂凝汽器不停机清洗的专用清洗剂,在此基础上,对清洗工艺参数作了全面的研究分析。研究结果和清洗实践表明,研制的不停机专用复合清洗剂具有高效无毒,对钢管、钢材、水塔、填料等腐蚀性小等特点。利用该清洗剂对电厂凝汽器不停机实施清洗效果好,经济效益显著,不会对汽水系统产生不良影响,对环境污染小。 相似文献

The chemical cleaning of glass constitutes an extremely complicated problem, since its exposure to chemical attack by either water, acid, alkali salt solutions or even gases in the atmosphere may result in corrosion. In reality, corrosion generally occurs in a combination of ways simultaneously. This is particularly true with respect to industrial chemical cleaning of glass lenses, in which the absolute cleanliness (and spotlessness) of the surface of the lenses is the primary condition for further processing and/or fitness to the ultimate use. This paper presents data of a selected industrial field study (in vivo conditions) in which an application, optimization, and assessment of the chemical cleaning process (and its results) of glass lenses involving various surfactant-based formulations has been carried out. With a high level content of polyphosphates (i.e., sodium tripolyphosphates), the phosphate ester-based formulations were found to perform better than formulations based on other classes of surfactants (i.e., anionics and nonionics). The best results were achieved with 2.5–3.5% solutions of the formulation that contained ca. 3% of surface active agent. The optimal ratio of alkali-phosphate in the formulations was found to be in the range of 1:1.7–1:2.4. The results are discussed and conclusions with regard to the “real world” of such industrial processes have been drawn. 相似文献

Abstract Interactions of selected cleaning agents with clean Amicon PM-10 membranes were determined by water flux measurements. The membranes were contacted with the cleaning agents at various concentrations for 2.5-60 min. Modes of contact studied included the “static mode” (no overpressure) or ultrafiltration at 3.5 kg/cm2 pressure. Several cleaning agents increased the membrane water flux, due to the apparent wetting effect exhibited by solutions above their critical micelle concentrations. Surface tension measurements indicated the persisting presence of these surfactants in the water permeate. 相似文献

The origin and distribution of oil stains have been analysed. During the last ten years oil stains have become slightly less prevalent, but dirty knots in continuous–filament fabrics and spinning stains in spun fabrics still present a serious problem. Suggestions are made as to how the manufacturers could improve the cleanliness of filament fabrics. The main factors impeding the removal of oil stains are: long time of storage, heat setting, and inaccessibility of the dirt. The relative merits of different hand–cleaning appliances (cleaning pen, spray gun, and vibrators) are discussed, and it is stated that hand cleaning (with agitation) is much more effective than spotting with a brush. Suitable agents are suggested for spotting and pad–scouring. The paper explains how cleaning patches are formed and how to eliminate them, as well as giving the costs of the materials required. Methods and recipes for improved scouring of fabrics which have not been hand cleaned are given, and the technique of stain removal from finished cloth and from cloth finished in loomstate is described. 相似文献
