铜对高硼铁基轴承材料组织及摩擦学特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用粉末冶金压制烧结工艺制备了含铜量不同的高硼铁基自润滑轴承复合材料,并在HDM20型端面摩擦磨损试验机上对其进行了验证试验,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪分析了铜对高硼铁基烧结轴承材料组织结构、摩擦磨损特性的影响及作用机理。结果表明:铁基烧结轴承材料内部形成的硼化物会使基体结合强度变差,劣化其力学及摩擦学特性;而铜能在高硼铁基复合材料中形成合金相,起到"黏结"作用,铜的质量分数为20%时材料内部组织的结合强度、密度及硬度协调适宜,综合摩擦学性能优良。  相似文献

The unlubricated tribological characteristics of coating layers containing an Fe-based amorphous matrix have been investigated in air using an alumina ball with a diameter of 3.1 mm. From the ball-on-disk test system, the friction coefficient could be measured for up to 3,000 seconds. The temperature changes on the worn surfaces were also simultaneously measured using an infrared thermometer. Three different types of coating layers having an Fe-based amorphous matrix, an Fe-based amorphous matrix with embedded Ni-based self-fluxing alloy particles, and an Fe-based amorphous matrix with embedded WC particles were prepared through a high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) process. Although the coating layers have certain levels of porosity, unique frictional characteristics attributed to the amorphous matrix were observed during the friction tests. Compared with conventional bearing steels such as AISI 521000 (Hv=840), excellent tribological and wear characteristics were obtained, demonstrating that an Fe-based bulk metallic glass powder is a viable engineering material for practical anti-wear coating applications.  相似文献

In the past decade Fe-based bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) have attracted increasing attention due to their beneficial properties, including high glass forming ability (GFA), high strength and hardness and high fracture toughness in both fundamental science and engineering application. Most research using these materials has been conducted at room temperature environment, and research that assesses their behavior especially at high temperature has been scarce. We present the results of high temperature effect on the friction and wear behavior of Fe-based bulk metallic glass (BMG), and we tested that this material may satisfy wear and oxidation resistance at high temperature as well as to explore the high temperature wear mechanism of the Fe-based BMG. The dry sliding tribological behaviors of Febased BMG against Si3N4 ceramic were conducted with a pin-on-disc friction and wear tribometer. The morphology of the worn surfaces of Fe-based BMG was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the chemical composition characterized with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) to observe the wear characteristics and investigate the wear mechanisms. The overall average friction coefficient value generally decreased with increasing temperature, and the glass transition and the formation of protective oxide film played an important role in the tribological behavior of BMG. The wear resistance of Fe-based BMG was not only from their hardness but also from the formation protective oxide layer. Analysis of the worn surface revealed abrasion, plastic deformation and oxidation during sliding test.  相似文献

利用电弧喷涂技术在45#钢基体上制备了Fe基非晶合金涂层。与YG8球配副,在干摩擦条件下对涂层与45#钢的摩擦磨损性能进行了对比研究。采用XRD、扫描电镜及显微硬度计等分析仪器对涂层组织结构及磨损形貌进行表征。结果表明:涂层中含有非晶相,孔隙率较少,涂层平均硬度高达HV1124。与45#钢相比,涂层的摩擦因数较小,耐磨性明显高于45#钢基体,其磨损机制以片状剥落为主。  相似文献

研究了不同含量富Ce混合稀土(Re)在不同烧结温度下对含有质量分数为2%的TiH2和不含TiH2的铁基胎体显微组织和力学性能的影响.实验结果表明铁基胎体的抗弯强度和硬度随混合稀土含量的增加而增加,抗弯强度增加的幅度比硬度增加的幅度大,同时稀土元素在不含TiH2的Fe基胎体中的作用比在含有TiH2的Fe基胎体中的作用显著.在含TiH2的Fe基胎体中,当稀土质量分数为0.5%时,胎体的抗弯强度达到最大值,抗弯强度的最大值增幅为12.4%;在不含2%(质量分数)TiH2的Fe基胎体中,当稀土质量分数为1.1%时,胎体的抗弯强度达到最大值,抗弯强度的最大增幅为35.1%.不含TiH2的铁基胎体的抗弯强度高于含有2%(质量分数)TiH2的铁基胎体,而且两种胎体抗弯强度的差距随着稀土含量的增加而不断增大,二者之间抗弯强度的最大差值约230 MPa.添加微量的稀土使铁基胎体的孔隙率降低,晶粒细化,而添加TiH2使铁基胎体的孔隙率增加,并在组织中出现粗大的脆性相.  相似文献

使用数字化分析系统代替人眼视觉判断,将合金钢中V元素谱图转变为数字化的电子谱图,解决了谱图的量化分析和记录难题.选用合金钢中V元素V437.92nm和V487.55nm分析谱线组进行数字化分析测定,兼顾了Cr、Mo、Ni和W等元素的测定,可以实现同一视场中多种元素同时快速分析.分别选用V437.92nm和Fe437.59nm作为分析谱线和比较谱线,对4种不同V元素含量的合金钢标准样品进行了定量分析探索,数据显示分析谱线和比较谱线的强度比值与V元素含量成正比关系.结果表明,数字化技术保持快速分析特点的同时可以达到定量分析目的,能够有效解决合金钢中V元素的快速定量分析及材料牌号鉴别问题.  相似文献

采用响应曲面法中的Box-Behnken 实验设计方法(BBD),设计出四因素三水平的Fe基非晶合金涂层切削力实验方案,研究切削参数(切削速度、进给量和切削深度)和刀具结构参数的变化对Fe基非晶合金涂层切削力的影响规律和影响因素,运用方差分析法获取了影响切削力分量的显著性水平,得到低切削速度下Fe基非晶合金涂层的最佳切削工艺参数。通过对实验数据的多元二次拟合,建立了Fe基非晶合金切削力最小二乘回归预测模型,并通过实例验证了Fe基非晶合金涂层切削力预测模型的可行性和实用性。  相似文献

以H08A为焊芯,以钛铁、钒铁和石墨等为药皮组分,利用焊接电弧高温冶金反应,在Q235基体上制备TiC-VC复合超硬颗粒增强Fe基熔敷层。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、透射电镜、能谱分析仪及磨损试验,研究了熔敷层的组织、性能及组分加入量对熔敷层性能的影响。研究结果表明:冶金反应形成的TiC-VC颗粒尺寸细小,且弥散分布在基体上;熔敷层硬度在HRC55以上,具有很高的耐磨性和良好的抗裂性;钛铁、钒铁及石墨加入量(质量分数)分别为15%~18%、12%~14%和8%~10%时,熔敷层具有良好的耐磨性能和抗裂性能。  相似文献

A dry-type pulse transformer based on Fe-based nanocrystalline core with a load of 0.88 nF, output voltage of more than 65 kV, and winding ratio of 46 is designed and constructed. The dynamic characteristics of Fe-based nanocrystalline core under the impulse with the pulse width of several microseconds were studied. The pulse width and incremental flux density have an important effect on the pulse permeability, so the pulse permeability is measured under a certain pulse width and incremental flux density. The minimal volume of the toroidal pulse transformer core is determined by the coupling coefficient, the capacitors of the resonant charging circuit, incremental flux density, and pulse permeability. The factors of the charging time, ratio, and energy transmission efficiency in the resonant charging circuit based on magnetic core-type pulse transformer are analyzed. Experimental results of the pulse transformer are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. When the primary capacitor is 3.17 μF and charge voltage is 1.8 kV, a voltage across the secondary capacitor of 0.88 nF with peak value of 68.5 kV, rise time (10%-90%) of 1.80 μs is obtained.  相似文献
