通过缺锌、过量锌动物模型观察锌对大鼠呼吸道灌洗液中及血浆内皮素含量的影响。结果表明:(1)ZD组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中的ET、肿瘤坏死因子、一氧化氮和肺巨细胞杀菌力均低于自由喂养组。ZE组的NO和BA也低于AL组。(2)ZD组大鼠血浆ET、TNF、NO均低于AL组。ZE组血浆TNF和NO也低于AL组提示缺锌可致支气管肺泡和血浆TNF、NO减少,肺巨噬细胞杀菌活力减弱。  相似文献

用AcorgaM5640萃取剂对硫酸锌浸出液优先萃取分离铜.用二(2-乙基己基)二硫代磷酸(D2EHDTPA)和三辛胺(TOA)协萃体系进行锌、镉分离.应用D2EHDTPA-甲苯体系时,镉完全萃取,但有机相中的镉很难反萃.应用D2EHDTPA-TOA协萃体系时,镉能从硫酸锌溶液中选择性萃取,也能很容易地从有机相中反萃,实现镉与锌的分离.提出了从硫酸锌中性浸出液萃取分离铜、镉的无渣净化新工艺.  相似文献

研究二烷基二硫代磷酸锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和偶联剂Si69并用对于提高全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶抗硫化返原性能和降低填料表面界面能均具有协同作用,有助于促进橡胶与填料的结合,硫化胶生热降低,并较好地平衡了抗焦烧性能和硫化特性。在相同用量下,添加二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的基部胶硫化特性和物理性能与添加促进剂DTDM和WK-7的基部胶相近,硫化胶生热降低,更环保,成本降低。  相似文献

以氰尿酸、氢氧化钙和氧化锌为原料,去离子水为溶剂,分别合成了聚氯乙烯(PVC)用热稳定剂氰尿酸钙、氰尿酸锌。采用元素分析仪(EA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、热失重分析仪(TG)以及扫描电镜(FESEM)对氰尿酸钙/锌进行了表征分析。通过烘箱热老化和刚果红测试考察了氰尿酸钙/锌对PVC制品热稳定性能的影响,并对热稳定机理进行了探究。结果表明,单独加入PVC质量1%的氰尿酸钙或氰尿酸锌,PVC制品的热稳定性要优于加入等量的硬脂酸钙或硬脂酸锌;氰尿酸钙/锌复配后表现出良好的协调作用,氰尿酸钙/锌最佳质量比为3∶1,热稳定时间达28 min,PVC试片在70 min完全锌烧;并且,环氧大豆油(ESBO)是一种非常适合氰尿酸钙/锌体系的辅助稳定剂,能够进一步提高PVC体系的热稳定性能。  相似文献

采用静态热老化、脱氯化氢实验研究了自制的TS-5、TS-7辅助稳定剂在高锌钙比(质量比为1.25/0.25)的热稳定体系中的作用。结果表明:在180℃条件下,以TS-7作为辅助稳定剂制备的PVC试片具有良好的初期白度和较长的锌烧时间;TS-5和TS-7分别与季戊四(醇PER)复配能够综合改善所制PVC试片的热稳定性能,获得了良好的初期和中期(热老化20~30 min)白度和较长的锌烧时间(90 min)。改善了以PER辅助热稳定剂制备的PVC试片锌烧时间短(40 min),以D-山梨醇辅助热稳定剂制备的PVC试片白度不理想的缺点。  相似文献

Water soluble aromatic diazonium double salts, p-diazodiphenylamine chloride zinc chloride (DZS-1) and p-diazoanisol chloride zinc chloride (DZS-2), have been evaluated as photobleachable dyes for contrast enhancement lithography. After testing the bleaching characteristics, aqueous solutions of DZS-1 and poly(vinyl alcohol) were used as a contrast enhancement material. Thermal stability, resist contrast, exposure parameters and other bleaching characteristics of the photobleachable membranes were investigated. A. commercial i-line photoresist was used to evaluate the contrast ratio of the DZS-1/PVA CEL layer. The contrast ratio obtained in this investigation is 1.67.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of the concentration of zinc hydroxy-stannate and zinc borate on the fire performance of rigid PVC formulations has been investigated. Fire testing was carried out using cone calorimetry as well as the limiting oxygen index (LOI) test. In addition, further testing was done to check that incorporation of the fire retardant additives did not have any detrimental effects on other properties of the formulated PVC, such as heat stability, colour or impact strength. The results demonstrated that zinc hydroxy-stannate is an excellent fire retardant and smoke suppressant at additions levels of 3 parts per hundred parts of PVC. Zinc borate did not have the excellent fire retardant properties of zinc hydroxy-stannate, but was found to be an efficient and cost-effective smoke suppressant, although the presence of free zinc oxide in the sample affected the thermal stability of the formulation.  相似文献

The zinc ion self-crosslinkable polyacrylate latexes (PAs) cured at room temperature were synthesized by seeded semi-continuous emulsion polymerization with zinc oxide (ZnO) as crosslinker. The ZnO and methacrylic acid (MAA) mass contents, method of ZnO introduction in relation to the degree of crosslinking, and the properties of self-crosslinkable latices are examined and discussed. The characterization techniques such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) have been used to determine the structure and properties of PAs. The experimental results show that in a certain range, the average particle size decreases with an increase in the content of MAA, while the latex stability is undoubtedly improved. The optimum mass content of MAA is 12?% of the total monomers. The optimum amount of ZnO needed is 25?% (mole fraction) of MAA, and the optimum temperature of ZnO introduction is 60?°C. TEM analyses show that the latex particles are coarse spherical particles with surface enriched with comprising abundant carboxyl groups, and zinc ions are dissociated as zinc ammine complex in the aqueous phase. FTIR analyses confirm that the chelate crosslinking occurs between zinc ions and carboxylic acid during the film-forming process. The DSC results indicate that the glass transition temperature (T g) of PAs increases as a function of the formation of a coordinate structure, and the obtained film exhibits excellent initial hardness and sandability. TGA analyses demonstrate that the introduction of ZnO evidently enhances the thermal stability of self-crosslinkable PAs.  相似文献

采用静态热老化法、动态热老化法、刚果红变色法、红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热失重分析(TGA)等现代仪器分析方法,评价了多元醇单独使用以及与硬脂酸锌(ZnSt2)复配使用时,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的热稳定作用,并研究其协同作用机理。结果表明,多元醇单独使用时,能吸收聚氯乙烯受热分解产生的氯化氢(HCl),改善PVC的初期着色性,随着多元醇含量的增加,PVC热稳定时间延长。当硬脂酸锌与山梨糖醇复配含量为(0.7/0.4)份时,PVC的静态热稳定时间从15 min增加到21 min,热失重第一阶段试样残留量由44.97%增加到49.78%,表明山梨糖醇与ZnSt2复配能与降解产生的ZnCl2络合,缓解"锌烧"现象,改善了PVC的长期热稳定性。  相似文献

Zinc compounds have a number of beneficial properties for the skin, including antimicrobial, sebostatic and demulcent activities. The aim of the study was to develop new anti-acne preparations containing zinc–amino acid complexes as active ingredients. Firstly, the cytotoxicity of the zinc complexes was evaluated against human skin fibroblasts (1BR.3.N cell line) and human epidermal keratinocyte cell lines, and their antimicrobial activity was determined against Cutibacterium acnes. Then, zinc complexes of glycine and histidine were selected to create original gel formulations. The stability (by measuring pH, density and viscosity), microbiological purity (referring to PN-EN ISO standards) and efficacy of the preservative system (according to Ph. Eur. 10 methodology) for the preparations were evaluated. Skin tolerance was determined in a group of 25 healthy volunteers by the patch test. The preparations containing zinc(II) complexes with glycine and histidine as active substances can be topically used in the treatment of acne skin due to their high antibacterial activity against C. acnes and low cytotoxicity for the skin cells. Dermatological recipes have been appropriately composed; no irritation or allergy was observed, and the preparations showed high microbiological purity and physicochemical stability.  相似文献

以氰尿酸、硝酸镧、氢氧化钠为原料合成了氰尿酸镧,通过刚果红试纸法研究了氰尿酸镧与硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、季戊四醇、β-二酮对PVC热稳定性的协同作用;以协同作用为依据,合成了3组复合稳定剂,并且研究了这3组稳定剂的热稳定性、变色性。结果表明:氰尿酸镧与硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、季戊四醇之间有明显的协同作用,但与β-二酮协同作用不明显;复合稳定剂a在热稳定性试验中比另外两组效果好,而复合稳定剂c在变色性方面比另外两组效果都好。  相似文献
