微矿粉对新拌混凝土流变性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以微矿粉为混凝土的特殊掺和料等量替代20%-50%的水泥,研究微矿粉对新拌混凝土流变性能的影响。研究结果表明,优化微矿粉细度和选择适当的掺量不但可以节约水泥,改善新伴混凝土的流动性,而且可以大大减少坍落度损失。  相似文献

研究了平均粒径0.1-11.2μm的5种不同矿物细掺料部分取代水泥对高性能混凝土流变性能的影响。其中,粉煤灰(FA)及两种细粉煤灰(FFA)以单独取代水泥的方式摄入,而矿渣(BFS)和硅灰(SF)则以三元复合胶结料的方式掺入。混凝土拌和物的流变性能由自行设计开发的BMH流变仪测试。对新拌高性能混凝土的超塑化剂掺量、流动阻力、扭矩粘度、工作性经时损失及抗泌水等性能进行了研究。指出掺不同粒径矿物细掺料的三元复合胶结料能够很好地改善高性能混凝土拌和物的工作性。  相似文献

研究了废黏土砖粉部分取代水泥对混凝土性能的影响,包括抗压强度、抗折强度和收缩等性能。掺加砖粉的再生混凝土强度与普通混凝土相差不大,甚至高于纯水泥混凝土。废黏土砖粉对混凝土的收缩性能也有一定的改善。试验结果表明,废黏土砖粉可以作为混凝土掺量部分替代水泥而不降低混凝土的性能。  相似文献

合理控制水泥混凝土的机制砂掺量是改善混凝土工作性能的有效措施。文章结合潍坊地区实际工程,研究机制砂掺量对水泥混凝土性能的影响,在相同水灰比下向天然河砂中掺配5种比例的机制砂,制备水泥混凝土试块,测试其和易性和抗压强度。结果表明:机制砂掺配比例为50%时,坍落度下降速率最快,初期坍落度相对于未掺配机制砂的混凝土减少了11.9%,1 h后坍落度减少了15.7%,但仍能满足坍落度要求;水泥混凝土7、28 d的抗压强度相对于未掺机制砂的水泥混凝土分别提高了约3.4%、5.5%;综合考虑和易性、抗压强度以及经济性,推荐机制砂掺配比例≤50%。  相似文献

采用掺I级粉煤灰、PVA纤维和聚羧酸类超塑化剂的"三掺技术"配制了船闸闸室墙耐撞磨高性能混凝土,研究了水泥品种、粉煤灰掺量和有机纤维对混凝土耐撞磨性能的影响规律.结果表明:掺PVA纤维可明显改善混凝土的耐撞磨性能和抗冲击性能;采用的船闸工程混凝土耐撞磨性能试验方法用于混凝土耐撞磨性能的测定和评价是可行的.  相似文献

为探讨陶泥作为辅助胶凝材料对混凝土抗冻性能的影响,采用快冻法进行混凝土抗冻试验.设计两类混凝土,即未掺引气剂和掺引气剂,每类中分别包含12组混凝土,其中,基准混凝土1组,陶泥和粉煤灰分别取代水泥10%,20%,30%,40%的混凝土各4组;陶泥和粉煤灰共同取代水泥(10%(陶泥)+20%(粉煤灰),20%(陶泥)+10%(粉煤灰),20%(陶泥)+20%(粉煤灰))的混凝土3组.试验结果表明:未掺引气剂时,以陶泥取代水泥量30%的混凝土抗冻性能最佳,其他取代量的混凝土抗冻性能与基准混凝土抗冻性能相当;取代水泥量为20%时,陶泥混凝土抗冻性能略低于粉煤灰混凝土抗冻性能,其他取代量时,陶泥混凝土抗冻性能与粉煤灰混凝土抗冻性能相当;复掺陶泥和粉煤灰的混凝土的抗冻性能与相同取代量的单掺陶泥或粉煤灰的混凝土的抗冻性能相当;掺加引气剂可以显著提高陶泥混凝土的抗冻性能.故陶泥取代水泥后,混凝土抗冻性没有降低,并且在某些取代量时有所提高.  相似文献

The adsorption of superplasticizers in fly ash blended cement paste and its rheological effects were investigated.It is shown that the absorption of superplasticizer on portland cement particles is very different from that on fly ash particles.The fly ash particles have smooth surfaces and are negatively charged,so its adsorption capacity is weaker than the portland cement particles.The amount of adsorbed SP in the fly ash blended cement paste depends highly on the replacement proportion of portland cement with fly ash,and to a much less extent on the nature of the fly ash.However,the amount of adsorbed superplasticizer does not correspond well the ζ-potential of the solid particles,due the strong adsorbing capacities of the Portland cement particles.When fly ash replaces portland cement in the paste,the rheological behavior is radically changed,which is closely related to the fineness and density of the ash.The packing and agglomeration of the solid particles are the controlling factors on the rheological parameters of the fresh paste,instead of the amount and type of adsorbed superplasticizer.  相似文献

文章采用超细粉煤灰与硅灰的复合技术配制多孔水泥混凝土水泥浆体试件.通过与双掺硅灰和减水剂、双掺粉煤灰和减水剂以及复合掺粉煤灰、硅灰和减水剂的情况对比,系统研究了硅灰粉煤灰作为外掺挤对多孔水泥混凝土水泥浆体的强度的影响.实验结果表明,由于硅灰与超细粉煤灰的复合,在水泥浆体形成过程中,这2种材料充分发挥了各自的功能效应,使得多孔水泥混凝土水泥浆体的强度性能显著提高.文章通过扫描电镜试验,剖析了超细粉煤灰与硅灰复合效应的机理,论证了用超细粉煤灰和硅灰以及减水剂复合配制多孔水泥混凝土水泥浆体的可行性.  相似文献

去除普通混凝土中的粗骨料以提高匀质性,同时在水泥基体中复合使用粉煤灰、硅粉和高效减水剂,并掺加微细纤维以增强韧性和延性,可以获得超高性能的水泥基纤维增强材料。通过试验结果表明:以水胶比为0.16,配制出流动性良好的混凝土,达到抗压强度230MPa、抗折强度50MPa。  相似文献

The shrinkage behavior of high performance cement concrete made from Portland cement, ultra fine granulated blast furnace slag and pulverized fly ash with addition of superplasticizer at different temperatures from ambient temperature to 120 ℃ under different seuliug conditions was investigated by means of length change measurement on cylindrical concrete specimens along with curing age. Results show that drying shrinkage deformations of titled concrete specimens increased rapidly as the curing temperature rose. The development of dryiing shrinkage deformatian can be efficiently controlled with the aid of aluminum tape sealing as compared with the unsealed specimens, especially when the curing temperature is below 60℃ , although it will increase dramatically when the curing temperature is elevated to above 90%" . Polymer coating on concrete specimens showed a similar effect on the control of drying shrinkage as the sealing operation with aluminum tape.  相似文献

Circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) ash exhibits the desirable pozzolanic activity which makes it a potential supplementary cementitious material to replace cement for concrete production. However, the high unburnt carbon content and porous surface structure of CFBC ash may adsorb water reducer and thereby significantly reduce the efficiency of water-reducing agents. The adsorption mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in CFBC ash-Portland cement paste was investigated by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, and the conception of "invalid adsorption site" of CFBC ash was presented. The results show that the adsorption behavior of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in coal ash-Portland cement paste can be described by Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation. The adsorption capacity of CFBC ash-Portland cement paste is higher than that of pulverized coal combustion (PCC) fly ash-Portland cement paste. Moreover, the adsorption amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer increases with the ratio of ash-to-cement in the paste. At last, the fluidity of CFBC ash-Portland cement paste is lower than that of the PCC fly ash paste. This work suggests that when CFBC ash is used as concrete admixture, the poor flowability of the cementitious system due to the high adsorption of water and water-reducing agent should be taken into consideration.  相似文献

复合水泥对混凝土性能的影响,尤其是耐久性能的影响,一直是人们普遍关心的问题.通过混凝土抗压强度试验和混凝土耐久性加速试验,对以粉煤灰作为主要混合材的复合水泥配制的混凝土的综合性能进行了研究.研究表明,复合水泥基混凝土3d,28d强度大于粉煤灰混凝土,和同强度等级的普通硅酸盐水泥基混凝土较为接近,而抗氯离子渗透性能则明显优于普通水泥基混凝土和粉煤灰混凝土.用粉煤灰作为主要混合材的高性能复合水泥来配制混凝土,是改善混凝土综合性能的非常有效的方法.  相似文献

The effects of fly ash on the compressive strength, pore size distribution and chloride-ion penetration of recycled aggregate concrete were investigated. Two series of concrete mb:tures were prepared. The concrete mixtures in series I had a water-to-binder ratio and a cement content of 0.55 and 410 kg/ m^3 , respectively. The concrete rnixtures in series II had a water-to-binder ratio and a cement content of 0.45 and 400 kg/ ml respectively. Recycled aggregate was ased as 20% , 50% , and 100% replacements of natural coarse aggregate in the concrete mixtures in both series. In cutdition, fly ash was used as 0% , 25% and 35% by weight replacements of cement. The results show that the compressive strengths of the concrete decreased as the recycled aggregate and the fly ash contents increased. The total porosity and average porosity diameter of the concrete increased us the recycled aggregate content increased. Furtherrruore , an increase in the recycled aggregate content decreased the resistance to chloride ion penetration. Nevertheless, the replacement of cement by 25% fly ush improved the resistance to chloride ion penetration and pore diameters and reduced the total porosity of the recycled aggregate concrete.  相似文献

影响混凝土外加剂与水泥相容性问题的因素很多,混和材的种类和掺量是其中之一。以减水剂为例,其在水泥混凝土应用中存在饱和点,通过饱和点的变化可判定水泥与减水剂的相容性好坏,采用不同混和材掺量、不同高效减水剂掺量的水泥净浆试验,进行5 min、30 min、60 min的净浆流动度的测试及饱和点的确定,结果表明,加入混合材后改善了水泥与高效减水剂之间的相容性,少量粉煤灰可以提高浆体的初始流动度,改善流动度经时损失。  相似文献

采用赛马普通硅酸盐水泥和石嘴山电厂细磨粉煤灰,激发剂,开展了高掺量粉煤灰混凝土的试验研究。分析了粉煤灰混凝土的强度机理.结果表明:粉煤灰掺量为50%时,粉煤灰混凝土的工作性和强度均能满足C20~C30混凝土的要求;粉煤灰掺量≤40%时,粉煤灰混凝土强度明显地优于纯水泥的混凝土.  相似文献

Molecular structures of polycarboxylate(PCE) superplasticizer significantly affect the rheological properties of cement paste. Consequently, we employed self-synthesized PCE copolymers with different carboxylic densities to investigate their influence on the rheological behavior of cement paste. Three typical rheological models were applied to analyze the rheological properties, including Power-law model, Bingham model as well as Herschel-Buikley model. In addition, the thixotropical performances of cement paste in the presence of PCE with different carboxylic densities were investigated. The results show that the carboxylic density of PCE greatly influences the dispersing performance of PCE superplasticizers. As carboxylic density increases, the dispersing capability of PCE improves, and P(PEG1-AA6) possesses the strongest dispersing capability, the initial fluidity and 1 h fluidity of cement paste are both the highest, and cement paste has the lowest viscosity and the smallest hysteresis loop.  相似文献
