焊接残余拉应力是引起混流式转轮疲劳断裂的重要原因之一,焊接残余压应力的存在能够有效提高焊接结构的抗疲劳性能.文中对原有及优化焊接工艺下的转轮出水边易开裂区域的焊接残余应力分布进行了测试分析,并对局部加热及锤击处理对应力场分布的影响进行了研究.结果表明,通过优化焊接工艺可以对转轮的残余应力场分布进行调控,叶片出水边焊缝区域的残余拉应力明显降低,而且转变为压应力,采用局部加热和锤击可以明显降低转轮易开裂区域的残余拉应力值,进一步促进高压应力区域的形成,实现转轮易开裂区域的压应力化,从而提高转轮的抗疲劳性能. 相似文献

焊接残余拉应力的存在是引起混流式转轮疲劳断裂的重要原因之一,焊接残余压应力的存在能够有效提高焊接结构的抗疲劳性能.采用数值模拟方法对混流式转轮焊接残余应力场进行了模拟,转轮出水边焊缝区域存在较高的残余拉应力,适当减小出水边焊段长度,可有效降低残余拉应力峰值.对转轮原有及优化焊接工艺下的焊接残余应力场进行了测试分析.结果表明,通过优化分段焊接工艺可以对转轮的残余应力场分布进行调控,叶片出水边焊缝区域的残余拉应力明显降低,并转化为压应力,实现了转轮易开裂区域焊接残余应力的局部压应力化,从而有效提高转轮的抗疲劳性能. 相似文献

混流式转轮叶片出水边焊接接头区域存在的较高残余应力是导致转轮疲劳开裂的重要原因,混流式转轮焊后及热处理后的焊接残余应力测试已经成为转轮制造过程中的必要工艺,其测试精度及效率对转轮制造质量及效率有重要影响.根据转轮的结构特点研发了新型残余应力测试装置,并根据转轮疲劳开裂的特点确定了针对混流式转轮焊接残余应力测试的新方法,实际应用试验结果表明测试所得结果能够真实反映热处理前后转轮易开裂区域的残余应力分布情况.新型测试设备及方法完全适用于混流式转轮的残余应力测试,而且具有非常高的测试精度及效率. 相似文献

Corrosion has a significant impact on the life cycle cost of military aircraft. Fleet experiences show that structural areas around joining elements (rivets, bolts) and faying surfaces are particularly sensitive to corrosion. During the repair currently performed the corrosion usually is blended out, the surface protection applied, the fastener inserted and a new top coat applied. Blending out corrosion often results in a reduction of fatigue life. To restore fatigue life the induction of compressive stress in the area affected is common practice. It is generally accepted that the induction of compressive residual stress extends fatigue life but its impact on the overall corrosion behaviour of alloys is discussed controversially in the literature. For this reason the influence of compressive residual stress on the corrosion behaviour was investigated in a joint experimental project. The compressive residual stress was introduced in different ways on laboratory scale and the specimens artificially weathered to simulate the effect of corrosion. 相似文献

针对球罐局部热处理缺少标准支持问题,采用数值模拟方法分析了加热面积大小对焊接残余应力清除效果的影响.结果表明,局部加热过程本身引起的热应力是影响局部热处理效果的控制因素;工程中经常采用的局部热处理工艺,由于加热面积太小,不会取得理想的应力消除效果;增加加热面积可有效提高残余应力消除率,采用足够大的加热面积可达到整体热处理的效果.但局部热处理加热面积的选择会受到球罐体积和壁厚的显著影响,对于相同的残余应力消除率期望值,较大的体积和壁厚均需要采用较大的加热面积. 相似文献

ABSTRACTTo understand the cause of compressive residual stress in welded joints, we analysed by numerical analysis the effect of welding pass sequence using low transformation temperature (LTT) welding materials on residual stress around the weld toe of boxing fillet welded joints. It was determined by numerical analysis that the produced compressive residual stress and the influence of the stiffeners are reduced in the equivalent position of the weld toe in a fillet welded joint because of the influence on the behaviour of the stiffener in the weld being due to residual stress distribution around the weld toe. The residual stress reduction method of extending the length of the welded bead and releasing the weld toe from the stiffener, similar to the concept of discarding a bead to reduce tensile residual stress, was effective in fillet welded joints. Numerical analysis of the relationship between residual stress around the weld toe and width of the weld bead in the bead-on-plate welding model clarified that compressive residual stress can be introduced around the weld toe by having a wide width weld bead. In addition, a fully penetrated welded joint was very effective for causing compressive residual stress around the weld toe. 相似文献
