Porous sol-gel glass of CaO-SiO2-P2O5 system with macropores larger than 100 μm was prepared by adding stearic acid as pore former when the sintering was carried out at 700 ℃ for 3 h. The sol-gel porous glass shows an amorphous structure. The diameter of the pore created by pore former varies from 100 to 300 μm, and macroporous glass has a narrow and small pore size distribution in mesoporous scale. The porosity and pore size ofmacroporous bioactive glass can be controlled.  相似文献

Bioactive glass is well known for its ability of bone regeneration,and sol-gel hioactive glass has many advantages com- pared with melt-derived bioactive glass.3-D scaffold prepared by the sol-gel method is a promising substrate material for bone tissue engineering and large-scale bone repair.Porous sol-gel glass in the CaO-SiO_2-P_2O_5 system with macropores larger than 100μm was prepared by the addition of stearic acid as a pore former.The diameter of the pore created by the pore former varied from 100 to 300μm.The formation of a hydroxyapatite layer on the glass was analyzed by studying the surface of the porous glass by scanning elec- tron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,and Raman spectra after they had been immersed in simulated body fluid(SBF)for some time,and the porous glass shows good bioactivity.  相似文献

Preparation of Hollow Porous HAP Microspheres as Drug Delivery Vehicles   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Hollow HAP microspheres in sub-millimeter size were prepared and investigated as a drug delivery vehicle. The LCB (lithium-calcium borate) glass microspheres, which were made through flame spray process, were chosen as precursor for hollow HAP microspheres. The LCB glass microspheres reacted with phosphate buffer (K2HPO4) solution for 5 days at 37 ℃. During the reaction the Ca-P-OH compound precipitated on the surface of LCB glass microspheres and formed porous shells. Then the microspheres turned to be hollow ones with the same diameter as the glass microspheres after LCB glass run out in the chemical reaction. After heat-treated at 600 ℃ for 4 h, the Ca-P-OH compound became HAP, thus the hollow HAP microspheres were produced. The mechanism of forming hollow HAP microspheres through the chemical reaction between phosphate buffer and LCB glass was confirmed by the XRD analysis. The microstructure characteristics of the hollow, porous microspheres were observed by SEM.  相似文献

Anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) membranes with large ordered pore domains were successfully prepared by adopting the anneal pre-treatment of polycrystalline aluminum sheets. A statistical method with Gaussian distribution was introduced to quantitatively study the size of the domain with ordered pores. The largest average area of ordered pore domains was 2.6 μm2±0.11 μm2. The corresponding AAO membrane was synthesized by aluminum sheets annealed at 893 K for 24 h. 研制出Na2O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2系统玻璃,拉制成一定直径的玻璃纤维,经过热处理分相、酸溶、水洗、烘干,得到了气孔率为25%左右的多孔玻璃纤维。利用多孔玻璃纤维制成的玻璃纤维棉或毡的孔隙的过滤作用,以及纤维内微孔的吸附特性,进行了水中浊度去除效果试验,实验数据表明,水样浊度在9.65~10.90NTU范围内时,利用多孔玻璃纤维处理后浊度去除率在85%以上,达到GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》中的要求,因此本文中制备的多孔玻璃纤维可作为良好的水净化处理材料。  相似文献

Glass fibers, a diameter of 350μm to 500μm, were made of glasses with an initial composition of 66.5SiO_2-25B_2O_3-8.5 Na_2O.Being heated at 580C for 24 hours and leached in HCl solution at 90C for 12 hours, the glass fibers were made into porous glass fibers, pore size in the range 25nm to 35nm. The influence of the glass composition and condition on glass phase separation is discussed. The transparence of the porous glass fibers before and after being charged with sensitive reagents and the anti-resolve characteristics of sensiti≈ed reagent charged were also studied. The results have shown that the transparence of porous glass fibers after being charged with sensitive reagents and the anti-resolve characteristics of sensitive reagents charged in the materials were very well. By combining with special sensitive reagents,the porous glass fibers could be made into a series of fiber optic chemical sensors with different characteristics.  相似文献

A novel method, sputtering K9 glass film, is proposed to solve the surface corrosion of Er-doped phosphate glass during ion-exchange processing for optical waveguide fabrication. The corrosion causes are analyzed to be the intrinsically weak stabilization of phosphate glass structure, hydrophile and weakly acidic property of phosphate radical. Experimental results show that the K9 glass film could not only protect the Er-doped phosphate glass surface from being corroded but also give no influence on the waveguide fabrication. The effect of thickness of K9 glass film on the optical property of waveguide is also investigated and the optimal thickness is found to be 60–80 nm. It provides a good base for further fabrication of active phosphate glass optical waveguide devices. 用氧化铝或堇青石超细粉为骨料,混合玻璃粉,碳粉润滑剂压成坯料,在1250℃时烧成得到表面光滑强度较好的多孔基体.透水率为1000~3000mL/cm2·h,孔隙率为30%~40%.电镜观察表明,表面和断面孔隙为(0.2~6)μm,孔隙大小及分布均匀,是一种能做无机复合玻璃膜的较好的多孔基体.  相似文献

A novel bioactive and bioresorbable PDLLA/chondroitin sulfate/chitosan scaffold was prepared via layer-by-layer(LBL) electrostatic-self-assembly (ESA) and the thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technique. Chondroitin sulfate and chitosan were alternately deposited on the activated PDLLA substrate. The deposition process was monitored by UV-Vis absorbance spectroscopy. After frozen and lyophilized, the scaffold was characterized by attenuated total reflection (ATR)-FT-IR, XPS, SEM and AFM. The results showed that the scaffold was modified uniformly with a dense inner layer with few detectable pores and a porous sponge outer layer with the pore size about 5 μm, there was an obvious across section and the average thickness of each layer was about 9.4 nm.  相似文献

借助于X射线衍射仪、压汞仪、激光导热仪、扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析仪等测试手段,研究了分别含3种不同粒度硅粉(中位径分别为2.3、45.0、115.6μm)焙烧炭砖试样中的孔结构和导热系数的变化。结果表明,含硅粉的炭砖试样经焙烧后内部均生成pSiC、Si2N2O和石英等相,粒度过粗,试样内有单质硅残留;随着硅粉粒度的减小,生成碳化硅晶须的长径比变小。对所选用的3种粒度硅粉,随着硅粉粒度的减小,焙烧后炭砖试样的孔径分布范围逐渐变窄,小于1μm气孔孔容积变大,而平均孔径变小。受炭砖试样组成和孔结构影响,硅粉粒度变小,导热系数下降。细小气孔容积与导热系数呈反比关系,即细小气孔增多,导热系数下降。  相似文献

Relationship between leucite content and compressive strength of K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system dental glass ceramics were investigated. 10 groups of feedstock powder with different compositions were treated according to the same thermal treatment system of leucite micro-crystallization reported in some primary studies. The products of each group were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer, polaring microscope and scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and then the compressive strength was tested by a material testing machine. A direct proportion was found between leucite content and the compressive strength when leucite content was less than 50 vol%, and compressive strength decreased with the increasing of leucite micro-crystals when leucite content was more than 50vol%, The leucite content has a notable influence on the compressive strength of K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system dental glass ceramics. In order to amend the superficial performance of palygorskite and improve its application, the natural palygorskite(NP) was treated in the dipping and ionic exchanging experiments using 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid treatment. The performance and pore structure of the treated palygorskite(TP) were investigated by means of microscope analyses, FT-IR, XRF, BET-SSA and full hole distribution analytical techniques. The results show that the hydrochloric acid treatment can make the gracile and aggregating compact crystal bundles inside palygorskite clay broken and dispersed, the roughness of microcrystalline surface increases, which not only can dissolve or remove dolomite but vary the superficial performance of palygorskite to some degree. The specific surface area and pore volume increase a lot, while the mean pore size decreases. The pore structure of TP changes remarkably compared with that of NP after 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid treatment, and the relevant physicochemical performance can be improved.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,以不同添加量的聚乙二醇(PEG,分子量2000)为添加剂. 在普通载玻片上制备结构可控的多孔TIO2纳米薄膜。结果表明:通过调节PEG添加量,可以有效地调控薄 膜的结构(如孔径和孔分布),增大比表面积,进而可提高光催化活性。  相似文献

The antibacterial effect of carrying silver B2O3-SiO2-Na2 O gloss material was studied by means of antibacterial ring, nephelometery , MIC value, thin film attachment and microcalorimetry , respectively.The experimental results of five kinds of antibacterial test methods are almost identical and can verify that carrying silver B2 O3-SiO2-Na2 O glass material exerts an excellent antibacterial performance. Antibacterial ring and nephelometety are simple, quick, but the precision is restrictive. MIC value, thin film attachment method and meicrocalorimetry can quantitatively compare the antibacterial effects of the antibacterial glass material. Compared with the traditional microbe test methods, the microcalorimetry can analyze the inhibiting effect of the cell‘ s growth and metabolism on the antibacterial gloss material by monitoring the thermal effect continuously and automatically .  相似文献
