农抗2507发酵培养基氮源多用黄豆饼粉。黄豆饼粉的优点是原材料质量稳定,染菌率低,但发酵效价相对较低。本研究对培养基配方进行改进,在黄豆饼粉配方中加人动物蛋白牛肉膏,提高了发酵水平。采用正交试验的方法,进行了农抗2507发酵培养基的筛选,最终得到最佳培养基配方:葡萄糖1.5%,玉米浆1%,黄豆饼粉2%,淀粉1.5%,牛肉膏O.35%,NaCl 0.5%,CaCO3 0.5%,(NH4)2SO4 0.5%。经摇瓶发酵试验,发酵水平比原始配方提高了696.9%。 相似文献

通过均匀设计法对夫西地酸的初始发酵培养基进行优化来获得更好的效价,以进一步降低企业生产成本,提高企业经济效益。经过多次试验,对所得最优解进行验证分析得到最优的发酵配方为:蔗糖4.3%、糊精2%、酵母粉1%、蛋白胨3%、生物氮素0.59%、硫酸镁0.2%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%;确定补料工艺为:96h补糖,补糖量1%,补加速率60mL/L。最终平均效价为1 105.6μg/mL,比最初配方得到的271.8μg/mL提高4倍。该试验验证了新型菌种的生产实用性。 相似文献

以复合材料力学经典层合板理论为基础,利用MATLAB编程联合ANSYS有限元分析,建立了复合材料声呐导流罩铺层结构优化平台。首先对单向载荷下的层合板铺层结构进行优化,并和实验结果相比较,验证了该优化平台的有效性。结果表明,优化后的层合板强度有了较大提高。在此基础之上,根据水下实际载荷工况,对声呐导流罩的铺层进行了优化设计,并利用ANSYS有限元分析对优化后的铺层进行应力应变分析。结果表明,声呐导流罩强度性能显著提高,实现了声呐导流罩铺层的优化设计。 相似文献

In this article, a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the separator pressures in a multistage crude oil and multistage gas condensate production unit with four and three separators respectively. This leads to the generation of more accurate results for the quality and quantity of oil remaining in the stock tank for both crude oil and gas condensate production units. Genetic-based optimized pressures for crude oil separators resulted in 1.8% and 2% enhancement in oil remaining in the stock tank for summer and winter respectively. API gravity of the stock tank oil was improved 2.4% in summer and 2.2% in winter. For the gas condensate production unit, optimized pressures can enhance by 8.6% and 8.1% the oil remaining in the stock tank for summer and winter respectively. The API gravity of stock tank liquid also increased by 2.6% for both summer and winter. 相似文献

A Geno-Kalman filter is utilized for state estimation of a bench-scale batch reactor that handles an exothermic reaction between H2O2 and Na2S2O3. This reaction system includes three different states including the concentration of reactants as well as the temperature of the reactor. All of the states are measured during the process. The proposed procedure is to run an optimal extended Kalman filter by which the Kalman design parameters, Q and R, are obtained by genetic algorithms. The extended Kalman filter is initially designed by trial and error and used as a baseline in this study. Then an optimal white-bound extended Kalman filter design is obtained through an optimization on the baseline estimator, using genetic algorithms. The results show a significant improvement in the performance of the estimator. Moreover, a color-bound extended Kalman filter was also designed to allow a dynamic linear trend for the change in nonzero elements of the process noise covariance matrix. 相似文献

研究了多种有机胺介质(三乙胺、甲酰胺、乙二胺、六次甲基四胺)对石膏转化氯化钾制取无氯钾肥硫酸钾的影响,结果表明:4种有机胺介质中,以六次甲基四胺对该液固反应的促进作用最为强烈,不仅有较高的氯化钾转化率,而且操作简便,无污染,成本低廉。同时找出了以六次甲基四胺为反应介质时的优选工艺条件。 相似文献
