一种Alpha稳定分布噪声下目标螺旋桨特征提取方法

为了解决Alpha稳定分布噪声下目标螺旋桨特征提取问题,该文提出一种基于分数低阶循环谱的特征提取方法。首先,从理论上推导出脉冲噪声条件下舰船辐射噪声分数低阶循环谱,指出分数低阶循环谱中出现峰值与螺旋桨特征的关系。然后根据该关系,提出基于分数低阶循环谱的螺旋桨特征估计方法。最后,通过仿真实验验证该方法的性能,并通过实测数据进一步验证了算法有效性。     

Analysis of digital random numbers generated from serial samples of correlated Gaussian noise (Corresp.)

An analysis of digital random numbers generated from serial samples of Gaussian noise is presented. A methodology is developed for calculating the word probability distribution in terms of the autocorrelation function of the noise. Examples are presented for three and four bit words. A related problem is also considered which concerns the noise autocorrelalion function. Bounds are derived which take into account nonideal effects of the filter used to shape the noise spectrum. An example is given for a modified double-pole bandpass model.     

宽带数据采集系统的相位噪声分析

研究了宽带数据采集系统的相位噪声、信号频率和信噪比之间的关系。根据相位噪声的计算模型,推导出多载频信号和宽带信号相位抖动信噪比的计算方法,通过噪声的频谱可以看出,独立时钟相位的抖动噪声是均匀分布在整个采样频谱中的,过采样和滤波可有效改善其信噪比。理论结果表明线性调频信号的相位噪声可用宽带信号的模型计算,当信号的带宽较小时,完全可由单频信号的计算公式得出近似的结果。最后,仿真结果验证了该SNR算法的有效性。     

Volterra functional series expansions for noise in semiconductorlasers

In this paper, we present a full analysis of noise in semiconductor lasers. Time-covariance and cross-covariance functions of all variables governing single-mode semiconductor laser behavior are given including all Langevin noise sources and considering all terms of the laser rate equations, RIN, carrier noise spectrum, frequency noise spectrum, coherence between the FM and AM noise, variance of the phase change and coupling between amplitude and phase are investigated analytically in their more general form. Spectral line shape has been derived showing dissymmetrical satellite lines centered at multiple integers of relaxation frequency around a central line. It is shown that neglecting the shot noise and considering only the carrier contribution in phase dynamics (common procedure) are too general approximations     

Analytical model of low-frequency diffusion noise in GaAs MESFETs

A simple analytical formula for the low-frequency noise (below 10 kHz) in GaAs MESFETs is derived. This unipolar model describes noise generated in the semi-insulating substrate and involves diffusion, drift, and generation-recombination due to deep-level traps. The derived noise spectrum is diffusion-like and rolls off as f^-3/2 at the high-frequency limit. The results are formally identical to the conventional diffusion/drift noise spectrum except the diffusion/drift constants are replaced by their reduced counterparts. Good qualitative agreement with experiments has been obtained for temperature, length, and field dependences. The derived spectrum can be computed quickly and is suitable for use in circuit simulation of low-frequency performance of MESFETs     

利用CM分量的无噪声不确定度频谱感知算法

基于拟合优度检验的频谱感知算法检测性能较好但易受到噪声不确定度的影响。该文利用对方差偏离不敏感的Cramer von Mises(CM)统计量第一分量,设置了新的检验统计量,并推导了频谱空闲时检验统计量的概率密度函数和判决门限,从而提出了利用CM分量的频谱感知算法。在减小拟合优度检验(GoF)中的CM算法复杂度的同时,克服了噪声不确定度对CM算法性能的影响。仿真结果表明所提算法有效解决了噪声不确定度对算法的影响。      

Fundamental Thermal Noise in Distributed Feedback Fiber Lasers

A detailed analysis of fundamental thermal frequency noise in distributed feedback fiber lasers (DFB FL) is presented. An expression relating the laser frequency noise spectrum to the spectrum of thermal (temperature) fluctuations in the fiber, accounting for the nontrivial DFB FL mode shape, is derived. A new expression for the thermal fluctuation spectrum of single-mode optical fiber is derived which predicts high-frequency thermal noise 3 dB higher than previously published results. Theoretical predictions are compared against experimental measurements for a well characterized DFB FL. Anomalous 1/f noise at low frequency is discussed     

Influence of burst noise on noise spectra

A method of calculating the spectrum of multilevel burst noise has been given. Measured noise spectra of bipolar transistors with burst noise together with calculated characteristics have been presented. A comparison of the measured and calculated characteristics shows that burst noise is responsible for the noise spectrum deviations in the low frequency range. In the Appendix a practical method of burst noise spectral density calculation has been given.     

SCPC卫星通信系统中计算互调噪声功率谱的一种快速方法

本文利用ＳＣＰＣ的特点，提出和推导了ＳＣＰＣ卫星通信系统中互调噪声功率的一种快速计算方法。对于１３００个载波的ＳＣＰＣ系统，在普通的３８６／３３ＰＣ机上，利用此法计算时间仅需１５ｍｉｎ，因此它对ＳＣＰＣ系统设计具有使用价值。
