通过对爆管管样进行宏观外貌检查、几何尺寸测量,内表面垢量及垢样EDS电镜能谱分析、金相分析等,分析了水冷壁发生爆管的原因。结果表明,该锅炉水冷壁管爆管的原因和酸洗没有直接关系,是由于水冷壁管外壁冲刷腐蚀使管壁减薄,炉管达不到原有的耐压强度所致。最后,对防止爆管事故提出了预防措施。 相似文献

某300MW机组锅炉发生了水冷壁爆管事故,本文对水冷壁爆口采用外观检查、化学成分分析、垢样分析、金相检测等手段,对泄漏水冷壁管进行检测分析,找出泄漏原因并提出解决对策。结果表明,垢下腐蚀是本次水冷壁管爆管的主要原因。为了保障该锅炉安全运行,提出对水冷壁进行无损检测、加强水汽品质监测等建议,减少再次爆管的发生。 相似文献

通过实例,对有机硅装置流化床反应器结构的大型化进行了详述。反应器的外指型管之间采用套管架结构连接;内指型管顶部入水口采用封头管箱加分配器结构,底部增设开孔取热结构。下部物料进口设置环形分布器及双封头物料反吹结构。反应器外部采用两段多头可调电感加热装置,并设置多点测温结构,对操作时各反应段的温度实施监控。结构大型化后,流化床反应器具有安装检修方便,反应物料分布均匀,流化质量高,传热效果好,操作平稳,产品纯度高等特点。 相似文献

Wastage rate profiles of water walls were determined in a large (200 tonnes steam/h, 4.97 m × 9.90 m × 28.98 m tall) commercial circulating fluidized bed furnace by measuring tube thickness with an ultrasonic thickness gauge. The wastage rate was most significant in the region just above the refractory lining on all water walls, decreasing with increasing height. Wear in this region was enhanced at the centre of the sidewalls, on some sidewall tubes near the front wall, and on outer areas of the front and rear walls. The wear pattern was complex around the gas exit level. Wastage increased with increasing height on the front wall below the gas exit. Wastage decreased, then increased, with increasing height at the top of the front wall. Above the gas exit level, the wastage on the rear wall was less than on the front wall. Tubes just below the gas exit were subject to appreciable wear on the rear wall. High wastage rates also occurred on some tubes near the centre of the sidewalls at the gas exit level. On all wing walls the wastage rate decreased, then increased, with increasing height. The wastage rate of many tubes below 7 m on all water walls exceeded the maximum acceptable wear rate for steel boiler tubes in a coal‐fired utility plant, while for some tubes at the gas exit level on all walls it was close to the maximum acceptable rate. 相似文献

We compare the behavior of bond lengths, cross sectional shape and bulk modulus at ambient conditions and under hydrostatic pressure of all the three kinds of long uncapped single-walled carbon nanotubes. Results show that two bond lengths completely describe the structure of armchair and zigzag tubes (non-chiral), whereas only one bond length is required to define structure of chiral tubes. In armchair tubes, one bond length is found to be larger and the other smaller than the value for graphene, while in zigzag tubes one of the bond lengths remains equal to and the other larger than graphene bond length. In chiral tubes, three bond lengths are found to be equal to each other and their value depends on the chirality. At some critical pressure values depending on radius, both bond lengths become equal to each other in non-chiral tubes. Above these critical pressure values, the cross section shape changes from circular to oval and the pattern of bond lengths becomes different and dependent on the chirality of the tubes. 相似文献

New experimental data on the flow patterns of condensing steam inside horizontal tubes of 13.4 and 25.3-mm i.d. are presented and discussed. Comparisons with flow pattern maps of adiabatic (gas-liquid) and condensing flows, as well as individual transition correlations, resulted in good agreements at the mist-annular and annular-wavy transitions. All of the horizontal flow pattern correlations tested failed in reasonably predicting the wavy-slug transition while the results of gas-liquid flow in upwardly inclined tubes appear to provide some explanation of the trend at this transition. 相似文献

对国内外一部分尼龙6厂家使用的直型 VK 管进行了实地考察和对比,认为国产直型 VK 管处于落后状态:设备结构过于简单,生产能力小,所生产的产品质量较差。爱姆斯—伊文达公司设计的直型 VK 管比较先进,设计合理,在技术上处于领先地位。针对国产直型 VK 管存在的缺陷,建议有关研究设计院研制具有中国特色的直型 VK 管,以利于发展我国的尼龙生产。 相似文献
