通过转速、料浆浓度及喂料速度等操作参数对碟式分级机分级超细粉性能的影响试验,分析了蝶式分级机部分分级效率曲线的特性,通过特征分级径d10c及分级精度m,建立了分级机分级超细粉分级效率模型,由多元线性回归得到了模型参数与各操作参数的关联式。并用此模型分析了分级机操作条件对模型参数的影响。  相似文献

以一种新开发的水平逆流式湿法分级机为研究对象,通过液流在分级区的速度分布及颗粒在液流中的运动规律,建立了该分级机分级效率的计算模型。与实验结果比较,该模型可反映分级机分级效率特性;并由此模型分析了分级机结构及操作参数对分级效率的影响。分析结果表明,控制一定的碟片间距、转子转速及液流速度可以得到较高的分级效率。  相似文献

主要论述了新型超细粉射流分级机的工作原理及其应用的研究.射流分级机是集惯性分级、迅速分级和微细颗粒的附壁效应(coanda效应)等原理于一体进行超细分级的分级设备.通过正交实验、重复实验对新型射流分级机的应用做了进一步的研究,并通过这些实验得出了新型射流分级机的最佳工作参数及其它一些极有价值的结论.  相似文献

传统卧轮式分级机内流场分布比较混乱,分级精度普遍不高。本文基于对分级机内气流运动规律的分析,将传统切向进风方式调整为径向进风,分别设计了百叶窗型和多孔型风筛,试验对比了传统切流风筛和上述两种径向进风方式对分级效果的影响。结果表明,径向进风方式对分级流场形成和细颗粒淘洗更有利,不仅可以提高分级机的粗粉产率,同时还可降低粗组分中的细粉夹带量,提高粗、细颗粒分离的程度,改善颗粒分级效果;百叶窗型风筛分级机的分级效果最优,气流经百叶窗风筛可对粗组分进行多层、充分扬析,减少细颗粒误入粗产品的概率,牛顿分级效率较传统切流风筛分级机平均提高约6%;此外,入口气速也对分级精度有较大的影响,但对分级粒径的影响不明显,存在临界入口气速使得综合分级效果最好。为提升涡轮分级机的颗粒分级性能提供了新思路。  相似文献

分析提出磷矿石颗粒的垂直沉降速度与磷矿浆的垂直上升速度之间的关系是影响斜板分级机分级选择性的关键,据此找到控制斜板分级机分级选择性的方法,同时进行了相应生产试验。试验结果表明,使磷矿浆的垂直上升速度尽量接近欲分级磷矿石颗粒的垂直沉降速度,是控制斜板分级机分级选择性的有效方法。  相似文献

本文主要介绍了通道式微型分级机的理论模型,传统的转子被几个简单的通道取代,形成了多通道组成的"转笼".微型分级机的设计是基于涡流空气分级机的分级机理来实现的,通过理论分析,计算出了通道的结构参数,根据产量确定通道的个数,而通道的长度则主要从分级精度方面来考虑.根据切割粒径公式分析了各参数对分级粒径的影响.在其它条件不变的情况下,转速、通道截面积增大以及颗粒密度变大都会导致分级粒径变小,而风量变大则会导致分级粒径变大.除此之外,压降、曳力系数和形状系数对分级粒径也会有影响.  相似文献

A DEM-CFD (discrete element method - computational fluid dynamics) model of an optical belt sorter was extensively compared with experiments of a laboratory-scale sorter to assess the model's accuracy. Brick and sand-lime brick were considered as materials. First, the transport characteristics on the conveyor belt, involving mass flow, lateral particle distribution and proximity, were compared. Second, sorting results were benchmarked for varying mixture proportions at differing mass flows. It was found that the numerical model is able to reproduce the experimental results with high accuracy.  相似文献

In many applications, it is desirable tosort the data. Most of previous work on sorting are keybased, however, there are no apparent keys for thetime-series data and therefore the classic sortingalgorithms may fail in sorting time-series data. Wepropose a novel technique, called TS-Sort, to sorttime-series sequences in the massive set. The proposedmethod first extracts the maximum and minimumboundaries of the set, then calculates the distance valuesbetween the sequences to the boundaries, and finallysorts the values to determine the relative orders ofsequences in the set. For improvement, we propose apartition based version of the algorithm, which puts thesequences into small groups, and sorts the groups to getthe final sorted set. Extensive experiments, both onsynthetic and real datasets, show that our approach canbe used to make the time series set in order, and there isa factor of up to 26.3% accelerating for the improvedversion of the method.  相似文献

Trafficking of soluble cargo to the vacuole is far from being a closed issue as it can occur by different routes and involve different intermediates. The textbook view of proteins being sorted at the post-Golgi level to the lytic vacuole via the pre-vacuole or to the protein storage vacuole mediated by dense vesicles is now challenged as novel routes are being disclosed and vacuoles with intermediate characteristics described. The identification of Vacuolar Sorting Determinants is a key signature to understand protein trafficking to the vacuole. Despite the long established vacuolar signals, some others have been described in the last few years, with different properties that can be specific for some cells or some types of vacuoles. There are also reports of proteins having two different vacuolar signals and their significance is questionable: a way to increase the efficiency of the sorting or different sorting depending on the protein roles in a specific context? Along came the idea of differential vacuolar sorting, suggesting a possible specialization of the trafficking pathways according to the type of cell and specific needs. In this review, we show the recent advances in the field and focus on different aspects of protein trafficking to the vacuoles.  相似文献

Auxin action largely depends on the establishment of auxin concentration gradient within plant organs, where PIN-formed (PIN) auxin transporter-mediated directional auxin movement plays an important role. Accumulating studies have revealed the need of polar plasma membrane (PM) localization of PIN proteins as well as regulation of PIN polarity in response to developmental cues and environmental stimuli, amongst which a typical example is regulation of PIN phosphorylation by AGCVIII protein kinases and type A regulatory subunits of PP2A phosphatases. Recent findings, however, highlight the importance of PIN degradation in reestablishing auxin gradient. Although the underlying mechanism is poorly understood, these findings provide a novel aspect to broaden the current knowledge on regulation of polar auxin transport. In this review, we summarize the current understanding on controlling PIN degradation by endosome-mediated vacuolar targeting, autophagy, ubiquitin modification and the related E3 ubiquitin ligases, cytoskeletons, plant hormones, environmental stimuli, and other regulators, and discuss the possible mechanisms according to recent studies.  相似文献

Less than 50 % of plastic waste is recycled in Germany today. Substantial improvements become necessary to meet future recycling targets. One technological option is using inorganic fluorescent materials, providing additional sorting information. This tracer-based sorting (TBS) approach is already being applied for PVC sorting, to separate fiber-reinforced particles. As multiple new marker substances are available, combination of markers will enable multiple sorting codes, and thus provide high-quality recycled materials in future. TBS is being tested for post-consumer plastic packaging sorting.  相似文献
