Little is known of the genetic factors that may contribute to the development of chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (cITP). We have previously shown that a developmentally regulated Vh gene (Humhv3005) is absent in 10/41 (24%) of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus while it is absent in only 7/88 (8%) of normal controls. This finding suggests that a homozygous deletion of an Ig variable (V) gene may alter the immune system and thus predispose the host to an autoimmune disorder. We have analyzed the same gene in 44 patients with cITP and found that Humhv3005 and like genes were absent in a higher percentage of patients (14 of 44, 31.8%) than they were absent in either normals (7/88, 8%, p = 0.002) or thrombocytopenic patients without cITP (6/53, 11.3%, p = 0.042); the hv3005 deletion frequency in the latter group did not differ from that in normals (P = 0.74). These data suggest that deletions of Humhv3005 and/or highly homologous Vh genes may predispose individuals to the development of cITP, and may contribute toward production of pathogenic antiplatelet antibodies. 相似文献

KRN4884 (5-amino-N-[2-(2-chlorophenyl) ethyl]-N'-cyano-3-pyridinecarboxamidine), Ki3005 (5-deamino KRN4884), Ki5624 (2-dechloro KRN4884) and Ki1769 (5-deamino-2-dechloro KRN4884) produced concentration-dependent relaxations in isolated porcine coronary arteries contracted by 25 mM KC1. The order of relaxant potency was KRN4884 > Ki3005 > Ki5624 > Ki1769. 2. The relaxation induced by these compounds was antagonized by glibenclamide; they had almost no effect on coronary arteries contracted by 60 mM KC1. 3. The present results suggest that these pyridinecarboxamidine derivatives have vasodilating ability based on a K+ channel opening action, and that both the amino groups in the pyridine nucleus and the chlorine atom in the benzene nucleus in pyridinecarboxamidine are important for their potency as a K+ channel opener. 相似文献

The effect of microstructure on clad/core interactions during the brazing of 4343/3005/4343 multi-layer aluminum brazing sheet was investigated employing differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and electron back-scattering diffraction (EBSD). The thickness of the melted clad layer gradually decreased during the brazing operation. It could be completely removed isothermally as a result of diffusional solidification at the brazing temperature. During the brazing cycle, the rate of loss of the melt in the brazing sheet, with small equiaxed grains’ core layer, was higher than that with the core layer consisting of elongated large grains. The difference in microstructure affected the amount of liquid formed during brazing. 相似文献

以Zr-1.0Sn-1.0Nb-Fe合金为研究对象,对其挤压管坯、一次冷轧管坯及二次冷轧管坯进行真空退火处理,并采用偏光显微镜对每道次退火后的金相组织进行观察分析,研究了不同挤压温度以及不同退火制度对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金再结晶退火处理的影响。结果表明:同一加工态下,600℃的挤压管坯在640℃/2 h退火发生再结晶程度大于640℃的挤压管坯,再结晶温度随挤压温度的降低而降低;在600℃的退火温度下,延长保温时间对锆合金再结晶程度影响不大;对挤压管坯、一次冷轧管坯的最佳退火温度为600℃/2 h,二次冷轧管坯的最佳退火温度为580℃/2 h或590℃/2 h。 相似文献
