We describe an interferometer system that uses two separate wavelengths to measure step height. The overlapping interference images detected by a CCD camera are easily separated by an ordinary integrating-bucket method and time-sharing sinusoidal phase modulation, in which two laser diodes are alternately modulated with a sinusoidal signal. A phase map is obtained only for the laser diode into which the modulation signal is injected. In this instance, a 1-microm step height was accurately detected.  相似文献

A novel three-dimensional (3D) camera is capable of providing high-precision 3D images in real time. The camera uses a diode laser to illuminate the scene, a shuttered solid-state charge-coupled device (CCD) sensor, and a simple phase detection technique based on the sensor shutter. The amplitude of the reflected signal carries the luminance information, while the phase of the signal carries range information. The system output is coded as a video signal. This camera offers significant advantages over existing technology. The precision in range is dependent only on phase shift and laser power and theoretically is far superior to existing time-of-flight laser radar systems. Other advantages are reduced size and simplicity and compact and inexpensive construction. We built a prototype that produced high-resolution images in range the (z) and x-y.  相似文献

We develop a heterodyne polariscope for measuring the two-dimensional principal axis and phase retardation in a linear birefringence material using novel three-frame and two-frame integrating-bucket methods and a CCD. By using a complex programmable logic device to provide an external trigger to the CCD, integrating buckets with multiple frames are achieved. The advantages of the proposed three-frame and two-frame integrating-bucket methods include a simpler signal processing algorithm based on fewer frames and the elimination of flyback error caused by a sawtooth modulation signal at higher frequencies.  相似文献

为了在景物照度变化条件下保持图像特定目标的亮度基本恒定,提升摄像测控系统的性能,提出了CCD电子快门配合分档光圈实现曝光量无级调节的自适应控制方法。该方法针对光圈换档和电子快门动作在延时性能上的显著差异,将光圈换档对光通量的粗调和电子快门时间的精调两者实时配合,来控制曝光量,算法的实际运用需要通过实验建立光圈换档动力学模型。  相似文献

针对高帧频摄像机灵敏度较低与无法远程实时传输的难题,本文采用EMCCD器件提高其灵敏度,并利用光纤通信与USB技术实现高帧频图像的远程实时传输与记录.文章详细介绍了基于EMCCD器件CCD60建立相机的一种方法.利用CPLD器件产生EMCCD控制时序及视频同步处理控制时序,采用集成器件与分立器件相结合的方式建立EMCCD垂直驱动电路,建立EMCCD工作环境;然后,采用具有CDS功能的集成器件对CCD视频信号进行数字化,获得高帧频数字图像数据;再使用CPLD器件与光传输编解码芯片结合的方式实现高速图像数据的远程实时传输,最后采用USB2.0技术实现高速数据的实时采集.系统像素分辨率128×128,最高帧频可达1 000 fps,能应用于低照度高速图像荻取场合.  相似文献

积分球对CCD(Charge-coupled Device)的标定,主要是利用积分球光源具有较好的均匀性、稳定性以及精度高的特点,通过CCD采集积分球光源的图片,将积分球光源亮度转换为CCD拍摄图像的灰度,通过对采集图片灰度信息的提取,得出了CCD标定的各项参数。CCD线性标定试验的结果表明:在CCD快门值固定时,光源亮度的变化和图像灰度呈线性关系,并且在转换后的不同灰度值区段,线性度有一定的差别:在中值区,线性度最好,低值区次之,高值区最差;在光强一定的情况下,CCD快门值的改变和采集图像的灰度也呈线性关系。均匀性标定的试验结果表明:CCD的光电响应的非均匀性是随着快门值和灰度的增加而减小的,但最终趋于一个较稳定的值。  相似文献

为了使CCD相机适应变化的环境光强,从而获得稳定的高质量图像特征,提出了一种获得稳定图像特征的电子快门自动控制算法.结合图像处理中的灰度拉仲技术,实现了一种方便.稳定及高精度的调光.其算法主要由基于场景灰度均值对数的三次多项式插值函数自动快门控制和图像灰度拉伸实现.实验结果表明,该算法具有稳定快速的收敛性,捕获的视频图像在各种条件下均具有良好的图像质量和环境适应性.  相似文献

A Wiener filter-based deconvolution algorithm is developed to restore vibration-degraded video imagery from an intensified CCD camera. The method is based on the use of azimuth and elevation angular optical line-of-sight data recorded from external sensors to estimate a two-dimensional vibration-blur impulse response on a per frame basis. Flight conditions are reproduced in the laboratory by use of prerecorded in-flight vibration data. The performance of the algorithm varies from frame to frame, following the time-varying characteristics of the vibration-blur impulse response. However, real-time display of the restored video minimizes these effects because of eye integration, and near-full restoration of the original uncorrupted imagery is observed for both high-light- and low-light-level conditions with minimal amplification of noise.  相似文献

为了提高CCD相机的成像质量,对CCD的噪声进行了分类和分析,设计了高信噪比的视频处理电路。讨论了针对复位噪声和1/f噪声进行处理的相关双采样电路的原理。以专用视频处理芯片VSP2270和FPGA为核心设计了视频处理电路。最后结合CCD驱动电路,进行了图像采集和信噪比测试实验。实验结果表明,视频处理电路在本身引入噪声较小的同时,有效地抑制了CCD复位噪声、1/f噪声等噪声。数据输出率为20MHz时,整机系统信噪比高达58.4dB。基本满足星图成像的应用要求。  相似文献

Eye tracking is one of the latest technologies that has shown potential in several areas, including biometrics; human-computer interactions for people with and without disabilities; and noninvasive monitoring, detection, and even diagnosis of physiological and neurological problems in individuals. Current noninvasive eye-tracking methods achieve a 30-Hz rate with a low accuracy in gaze estimation, which is insufficient for many applications. We propose a new noninvasive optical eye-tracking system that is capable of operating at speeds as high as 6-12 kHz. A new CCD video camera and hardware architecture are used, and a novel fast algorithm leverages specific features of the input CCD camera to yield a real-time eye-tracking system. A field-programmable gate array is used to control the CCD camera and to execute the operations. Initial results show the excellent performance of our system under severe head-motion and low-contrast conditions.  相似文献

This paper presents radiometric and geometric models for both temperature and displacement noncontact measurements using an uncooled charge-coupled device (CCD) video camera. Such techniques ("one sensor-two measures") represent an interest in many industrial low cost applications and scientific domains. To benefit from both measurements, we have to use the camera's spectral response in the near infrared spectral band from 0.75 to 1.1 /spl mu/m. In this spectral band, the temperature variations of an uncooled CCD camera are taken into account in the radiometric and geometric models. By using physical models for CCD camera, we quantify detector's quantum efficiency, sensor noise and spatial resolution as a function of the wavelength and of the detector temperature. These models are confirmed by experimental results of calibration with a low cost uncooled camera based on a Sony detector and operating over the detector temperature range of -30 to -50/spl deg/.  相似文献

Abstract

In the testing of deep aspheric wavefronts using the phase-shifting technique a CCD video camera and a digital computer is limited by the so-called Nyquist frequency. The Nyquist frequency limits the maximum wavefront slope that can be measured over the CCD array to π radians per pixel. A wavefront containing spatial frequencies beyond this limit gives a sub-sampled or aliased interferogram. If the wavefront under test is assumed to be smooth up to its first or second derivative, then it is possible to recover the deep aspheric wavefront. Here we present a new and simple technique to recover a deep aspheric wavefront under test whenever a close estimation of the wavefront being tested is available.  相似文献

The results of the development and experimental investigation of the gated-viewing method without the using an image intensifier as a fast shutter are presented. The device for implementing the method consists of an interline CCD image sensor with an input lens and 906 nm pulsed laser diode with an output lens that forms an illumination beam. The gated-viewing method is based on the original CCD control procedure, which allows observing multiple pulses without lowering the frame rate. Experimental studies have shown the method feasibility under conditions of smoke and fog.  相似文献

星敏感器通过探测天球上不同位置的恒星来确定航天器的姿态。星相机是星敏感器的成像系统。虽然近年来CMOS成像技术快速发展,但在科学级成像领域,特别是星敏感器应用中,CCD技术较成熟。本文的研究目的是研究一种探测能力强、数据更新快的用于星敏感器的成像系统。文中主要研究了基于TH7888A科学级CCD传感器的星相机的设计和应用,说明了CCD工作原理,详细分析了该种CCD传感器的星等探测灵敏度,论述了CCD星相机的设计方案。并用成像实验、动态范围测试、星等探测能力实验等实验验证了所设计的相机的性能。设计的星相机可以用给定的小型光学系统在60 ms以内的积分时间探测6等星,相机可达到10帧/秒的图像数据更新频率,满足短积分时间进行快速星光成像的要求。  相似文献

A real-time tricolor phase measuring profilometry (RTPMP) based on charge coupled device (CCD) sensitivity calibration is proposed. Only one colour fringe pattern whose red (R), green (G) and blue (B) components are, respectively, coded as three sinusoidal phase-shifting gratings with an equivalent shifting phase of 2π/3 is needed and sent to an appointed flash memory on a specialized digital light projector (SDLP). A specialized time-division multiplexing timing sequence actively controls the SDLP to project the fringe patterns in R, G and B channels sequentially onto the measured object in one over seventy-two of a second and meanwhile actively controls a high frame rate monochrome CCD camera to capture the corresponding deformed patterns synchronously with the SDLP. So the sufficient information for reconstructing the three-dimensional (3D) shape in one over twenty-four of a second is obtained. Due to the different spectral sensitivity of the CCD camera to RGB lights, the captured deformed patterns from R, G and B channels cannot share the same peak and valley, which will lead to lower accuracy or even failing to reconstruct the 3D shape. So a deformed pattern amending method based on CCD sensitivity calibration is developed to guarantee the accurate 3D reconstruction. The experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed RTPMP method. The proposed RTPMP method can obtain the 3D shape at over the video frame rate of 24 frames per second, avoid the colour crosstalk completely and be effective for measuring real-time changing object.  相似文献

TDI CCD相机辐射定标的目的是建立输入辐亮度和探测器数字化输出之间的关系,为相机提供调光参数.本文推导了辐射定标的原理,并针对特定的TDI CCD相机在应用光学国家重点实验室里使用积分球对其进行了基于光谱辐照度灯的辐射定标,标定了TID CCD相机响应的线性度、TDI CCD相机响应分别与增益和级数的关系,根据实验结果我们得到了在不同的辐亮度值下的增益和级数参考值,从而确定了TDI CCD相机的调光参数,并给出了标定的误差和各项误差源的影响.  相似文献

A novel measuring system based on a single CCD camera and two laser projectors to record images and perform three-dimensional measurement of a distant object is proposed here. Because of the alignment of the laser beams which form in parallel with the optical axis of the CCD camera, projected spots will appear on the same scan line in a CCD image. As a result processing of a single scan line rather than the whole image is only required to identify the projected spots in the CCD image. Complex computation of video signals of the whole image via either pattern recognition or image analysis methods is therefore circumvented. On the basic of an established relationship between the distance and pixel counts between the projected spots in the CCD image, the proposed system not only measures the distance from a distant object but also the length of two arbitrarily designated points on the object. To provide better accuracy, intrinsic parameters of the CCD camera are taken into consideration in the measurement. Furthermore, the effect of laser diffusion is also proved to be irrelevant to the measuring accuracy here. Experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed measuring method is capable of yielding accurate results of three-dimensional measurement for a distant object in a very responsive way.  相似文献
