本文介绍了随着石油天然气开发环境的恶化,对油井管、输送管的耐腐蚀性提出了更高要求,国外使用不锈钢管的(13%Cr钢)场合正在不断增加。日本从提高耐腐蚀性、生产率和降低成本考虑,开发了马氏体系HP3Cr不锈钢油井管和马氏体系11Cr、12Cr不锈钢管线管,并解决了不锈钢管难以轧制、工具寿命短等工艺及设备问题。日本近几年的不锈钢管的发展方向,可作为今后我国发展石油工业专用管时的参考。  相似文献

采用热—力模拟试验技术和试验轧制方法,研究了X90高强度管线钢形变奥氏体动态连续冷却转变特性以及工艺性能关系,并以此为基础进行了X90管线钢板和大口径焊管的工业试制.结果表明,通过采用低碳、高锰及微合金化的成分设计方法和优化的控轧控冷厚板制造工艺,可制造以细化低碳贝氏体为组织特征、具有高强度和高韧性的X90管线钢板.结合合适的UOE成型及焊接工艺,试制的φ1 219×16.3 mm、φ1 219×19.6 mm规格X90大口径UOE焊管同样具有优异的强度、塑性和韧性匹配,管体横向均匀延伸率达到4.5%以上,-10C管体冲击功达到300 J以上,0℃ DWTT剪切面积达到90%以上,且具有较好的焊缝质量,各项性能指标均满足第44版API 5L标准要求.  相似文献

 从化学成分设计、冶炼连铸工艺、热轧工艺等方面对海底管线管X56 PSL2进行了研究,并且在衡管进行了海底管线管X56 PSL2的工业试制,满足了油田用户对海底管线管X56 PSL2的需求。实践证明,衡管的工艺方案,满足和适应了油田用户的需要。海底管线管X56 PSL2的研制成功,为衡管生产低碳微合金化高强度管线提供了生产经验,并具有指导作用。  相似文献

The electrochemical formation of nanoclusters is considered. The classical thermodynamic and atomistic theories of nucleation are compared. A version is proposed for the atomistic approach of the theory that is suitable for the region of high supersaturations (overvoltages). The concept of the critical cluster of a new phase is analyzed. 对近二十年来载金炭解吸电解工艺的三种方法进行了比较,即第一种加温常压解吸电解方法,尽管解吸时间比第二种高温高压解吸电解方法时间长,生产效率低,但由于其设备投资少,成本低,目前仍可适用于小型黄金矿山;采用第二种方法具有生产能力大,解吸效果好等许多优点,比较适用于大,中型黄金矿山;而第三种解吸电解方法介于前二种之间。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to present an automatic method of signal analysis. To help physicians in their diagnostics, this method is implemented on a minicomputer in order to detect non-stationary points in electroencephalograms. The signal is modelled with an autoregressive filter. The parameters of this filter are adapted at each step. Identification gives the best model in the sense of a cost function representing the mean square error of noise, which is estimated during the optimisation time-window. The cost function is expressed by a quadratic formula. This allows the use of a fast algorithm, the 'conjugate gradient method'. An original statistical test is developed to detect non-stationary points in the signal. The performance of this method is tested with artificial data to determine the sensitivity of method parameters. Detection using real data is presented.  相似文献

针对河北宣化某难选褐铁矿石,采用SEM和XRD对原矿物性结构及成分进行了分析,并运用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺进行了实验研究并对磁化焙烧-磁选工艺参数进行了优化。物相分析结果表明,该褐铁矿与脉石矿物的镶嵌关系较为复杂,SiO2含量高,运用常规的选矿方法难以分选提纯。实验结果表明,磁化焙烧-磁选工艺可以较好地完成该铁矿石的提纯。对该褐铁矿原矿在焙烧温度为950℃,焙烧时间为15min,配煤量为5%,焙烧矿粒度为150μm和磁场强度为60mT的条件下,可以得到精矿产率为43.68%,铁精矿品位为53.98%,铁回收率83.91%,wSiO2为13.9%的良好指标。  相似文献

Our new method of intramedullary fixation of humeral neck fracture is described. Spiral pin is made of stainless steel. The top is coiled, and the end is threaded. It is inserted from a small incision over the posterior surface of the supracondyle. It is passed across the fracture site into the head of the humerus, where it locks the head. The fracture surface is pressed together by tigtening nuts. The fracture fixation allows early movement of the shoulder joint. The method was used in eight patients. The nine-banded armadillo possesses a salivary bladder which is a dilated portion of the main duct of the submandibular gland at its origin. The wall of the bladder is composed of an epithelium, a submucosa and a thick coat of skeletal muscle. The ultrastructure of the epithelium reveals that it is complex and consists of three cell types: 1) principal cells, 2) light cells, and 3) basal cells. The general organization of the epithelium suggests that it is a transporting type of epithelium such as that found in the amphibian and reptilian and reptilian urinary bladders and the mammalian gall bladder. The submucosa is composed primarily of densely-packed collagen fibers. The skeletal muscle is very vascular and richly innervated.  相似文献

In order to study the effect of gas temperature variation on cooling stave,temperature,stress and displacement distributions of cooling stave were analyzed respectively when gas temperature inside blast furnace increases from 1000 to 1600℃.The results show that the temperature field on cold side is under control of cooling pipes and hardly changes when gas temperature increases.The temperature gradient and change rate with time near hot sides are greater than those in other regions and the later can reach 100℃/s.The stress intensity near middle area of hot surface is up to 400MPa and that's why there are lots of cracks at this place.The edge of stave is bent to cold side and middle regions between fixed bolts and pin moves to hot side.The displacement around fixed pin is smaller but larger on the edge and the maximum is located on hot side of top surface.The maximum displacement in z direction is about 4mm and 3mm in y direction.If the expansion coefficient of packing layer is 1/4,the thickness of packing layer between the cooling staves is 32mm and 24mm between sides up and down.  相似文献
