在中频电源领域,由于晶闸管的开关频率高,在关断过程中,产生很大的反向di/dt,严重威胁器件的安全.由于国外生产的快速晶闸管性能高,能承受比较高的dv/dt、di/dt;而国内dv/dt最高达500 V/μs、di/dt达200A/μs、tq:12μs.所以,一般RC吸收回路在国产中频电源中的保护就显得有些欠缺.介绍了一种快速晶闸管换相缓冲技术的设计原理,及其在国产中频并联谐振逆变器的应用.实践证明,该技术可改善多个串联快速晶闸管的动态均压特性,能有效地保证国产快速晶闸管在中频电源中的稳定运行.  相似文献

In power system studies, congestion in transmission lines and utilization of flexible alternating current transmission system (FACTS) devices are closely associated. These devices are very important due to their role in power delivery system enhancement. It is to be noted that the generation companies can exercise their market power which depends on the line flows, line constraints, generators’ location and its share to the individual loads. This issue cannot be overlooked as it creates monopoliness which is against the deregulated market policy. The objective of this paper is to study the impact of market power when FACTS devices like thyristor controlled switching capacitor (TCSC) and thyristor controlled phase angle regulator (TCPAR) are used under steady state operation. The market power is determined using nodal must-run share (NMRS) index for the standard IEEE 14-bus system with and without the above FACTS devices and the results obtained are compared. All the above simulations are conducted in a MATLAB 7.9-R2009b environment.  相似文献

New technology in digital excitation control provides a method to balance thyristor currents in parallel power rectifier bridges that provide current to a synchronous generator field. Balancing current between parallel bridges feeding a common load has traditionally been accomplished by using current balancing transformers in each bridge or adding inductance in series with the thyristors or SCRs (silicon controlled rectifiers). This paper introduces Active Current Balance, a new technique which modifies the average current in parallel leg thyristors to facilitate current balance between the bridges. This is accomplished by periodically inhibiting the firing of thyristors that carry more than the average current. The thyristors that are fired carry more current during this interval, increasing their average current. The thyristors that are not fired do not carry current during this interval and thus their average current is reduced. Using this technique (referred to in this paper as "skip firing"), the average current in parallel legs can be adjusted through feedback and control to equalize the average thyristor current loading. Additional feedback and control parameters are proposed, such as heatsink temperatures, which can be measured and utilized to program the "skip firing," in order to balance thyristor heat-sink temperatures  相似文献

用静止无功补偿器(SVC)和可控硅控制串联补偿器(TCSC)进行联合补偿,以提高异步风机风电场的暂态电压稳定性。在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了风电场及相关电网模型,通过仿真计算验证了SVC和TCSC对异步机风电场与电网暂态电压稳定性的作用。研究结果表明:在风速随机波动的情况下,SVC能动态地补偿无功功率,保持系统的暂态稳定性;当接入电网发生三相短路的大扰动故障时,TCSC能够有效地恢复机端电压,提高了风电场的低电压穿越能力。  相似文献

针对目前柔性交流输电领域中广泛采用和研究的变压器式可控电抗器,提出一种双向无功控制原理,通过提高其副边补偿绕组中高次谐波滤波器电容的大小,实现不仅能吸收无功,而且可发出无功的双向补偿功能,从而在高压输电线路输送功率变化时,通过快速调整装设在控制绕组中的单个晶闸管模块的导通角,即可实现无功功率静态输出或吸收2种工作方式的控制,从而实现输电线路无功的柔性补偿。通过实验分析研究,证明所提出原理的可行性与正确性。  相似文献

A digital control system using the optimal control has been developed for a thermal power generator. In order to increase the generator control performance for improving the power system stability, this system supplies the excitation system directly with control signals and provides the governor system with control signals and supplemental control signals for a conventional governor. The system utilizes adaptive control for changes in generator nonlinear characteristics, as well as in power system characteristics. The principles and application of this system are described and results of simulation tests using a 1000 MVA thermal power plant model on a high-reliability AC/DC electric power system simulator are presented. The results verify the performance of this system, as well as the applicability of the system to actual plants  相似文献
