开发了用环隙式离心萃取器连续逆流提取氢化可的松的工艺流程,用D20和D230环隙式离心萃取器分别进行了台架试验和工业规模试验。台架试验结果表明,当转速为3400-4200r/min,醋酸丁酯与发酵液的流量分别为20mL/min和45mL/min时,氢化可的松粗品收率比工厂现行生产岗位的收率提高1.78%-12.1%,质量达到生产要求。工业试验结果表明,当转速为2000r/min,醋酸丁酯与发酵液的流量分别为1m^3/h和2m^3/h时,氢化可的松粗品收率比工厂现行生产岗位的收率提高2%,且减少了萃取剂耗量,降低了能耗。另外,用环隙式离心萃取器还可从染菌的发酵液中提取到氢化可的松。 相似文献

Vertical pulsed extraction columns cannot be employed in applications with height limitations. On the other hand, the horizontal extraction columns have low throughput, which affects their applicability in industrial applications. Therefore, there is a need to design a new type of extractors for such circumstances. In this paper, an experimental study on drop sizes has been implemented in a novel L-shaped pulsed sieve-plate extraction column in the absence and presence of mass transfer. A concept for the design of pulsed sieve-plate extractors . A concept is presented for the design of pulsed sieve-plate extractors (PSE) according to which the column diameter is calculated via the flooding load and the column length by concentration profiles using the well known backmixing models. This concept requires some parameters to describe the hydrodynamic and mass transfer behaviour. The parameters depend on physical properties, operating conditions, and extractor geometry and subject to mutual influence. It is now possible to present correlations and models for prediction of these parameters. The mass transfer term can be determined by Sherwood correlations for single drops, using the Sauter mean drop diameter. The total mass transfer coefficient can be given as a function of column lenght. The calculated concentration profiles agree well with the measured profiles and thus the concept is confirmed. 相似文献

Longitudinal dispersion of the continuous phase was studied in spray extractors operated in the loose, close, and turbulized drop packing modes. The Peclet number was found to depend on the Reynolds number modified to take into account the hydrodynamic conditions in the working zone of the column. When the continuous phase is pulsed, the Peclet number is also governed by the modified Reynolds number, which accounts for the effect of pulsation on the longitudinal dispersion. 相似文献

A horizontal pulsed solvent extraction column (HPC) has great potential in replacing vertical pulsed columns (VPC) in the separation of heavy elements in the nuclear industry. Published work examining the performance of the HPC suggests that the mass transfer efficiency for this column is comparable to the VPC, but information on the hydrodynamic characteristics of the HPC is sparse. This paper describes the flow characteristics of the HPC and presents experimental results and correlations for flooding conditions and holdup of the dispersed phase. Correlations obtained for the HPC for these hydrodynamic parameters are compared to published results for the VPC. 相似文献

The transport of gellan gum microbeads as potential cell carriers was investigated in horizontal columns packed with different grain size classes of gravel (2–16 mm) and sand (0.25–2 mm). A suspension of microbeads was pulsed into each column for 6 h, followed by injection of water for 42 h. In general, the total amount of microbeads travelling across a given section of the column increased with injection time but decreased towards the column outlet, varying as a direct function of grain size. The results of this study demonstrate the feasibility of the transport of gellan gum microbeads through medium sand to medium gravel across distances up to 110 cm. 相似文献

The L‐shaped extraction pulsed plate column is believed to be able to perform under operating conditions between those of the vertical and the horizontal pulsed plate columns. It has an extraction efficiency similar to the vertical pulsed plate column. Here, the mass transfer performance of this novel column type was investigated and the application of three different models, i.e., the plug flow, the axial dispersion, and the back flow models, was evaluated to predict the solute concentration profile along the column length. The water‐acetone‐n‐butyl acetate and the water‐acetone‐toluene systems were used. The influence of the operational parameters on the height of the mass transfer unit and the back flow coefficients was evaluated using the back flow model. New correlations were proposed to predict the height of the mass transfer unit along with the back flow coefficients in each phase, which were in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data. 相似文献
