为研究热轧变形区润滑条件与轧后板带钢表面质量关系,对热轧变形区润滑机理进行计算分析,设计一种可移动式热轧工艺润滑装置,用于板带钢热轧工艺润滑试验。研究不同热轧变形区润滑条件对轧后板带钢表面粗糙度、氧化膜断面厚度、钢板酸洗后形貌的影响。结果表明:在热轧变形区内,当轧制速度大于2m/s时,热轧油油滴在变形区的停留时间在0.07s以内,远小于油滴着火延迟时间与油滴燃烧需要的时间之和,油水混合液来不及燃烧便已通过变形区,仍为传统的液态润滑形式;采用工艺润滑与无润滑相比,表面粗糙度降低40%左右,氧化膜厚度减少50%以上。通过3D显微镜进一步对酸洗后钢板表面进行观察分析,可以发现热轧变形区润滑能够明显减少钢板表面缺陷,使板带钢轧后表面轧制纹络清晰,表面质量得到显著改善。 相似文献

对于宽幅热轧带钢板形控制成套技术,完善的带钢屈曲生成机理是高精度板形控制模型建立的必要前提,也是板形质量改进研究的重要基础。针对目前超薄规格宽幅热轧带钢生产时的浪形问题,研究热轧中常见的纵向屈曲变形行为,建立统一形式的高次三角函数描述复杂多变的带钢纵向屈曲应力场和浪形挠曲模态,同时创新性引入局部系数n描述全宽和局部纵向屈曲浪形。根据弹性薄板小挠度理论的能量原理建立纵向屈曲力学模型,获得热轧带钢纵向屈曲的临界屈曲应力表达式,同时运用ABAQUS有限元软件,对纵向屈曲变形行为进行仿真计算,验证解析模型的正确性。最后结合热轧带钢高温特性,考虑分析不均匀分布的温度场、张应力、局部系数等多因素耦合作用对临界屈曲的影响。该解析模型进一步揭示了热轧带钢高次板形生成机理,并能够快速获得不同纵向屈曲浪形的临界屈曲应力,为宽幅薄规格热轧带钢的板形控制提供理论和数据基础,可应用于热轧带钢在线板形控制系统中。 相似文献

热轧带钢表面的温度高,辐射光强,并且存在着水、氧化铁皮、光照不均等现象,与冷轧带钢的表面存在着很大的差别.将线阵CCD摄像机作为图像采集装置,用绿色激光线光源作照明,通过窄带滤色镜滤除钢板表面的辐射光,从而提高了缺陷对比度.根据热轧带钢表面的特点提出新的缺陷检测与识别算法流程,通过增加4种不同类型的缺陷检测步骤,去除了大量由水、氧化铁皮等造成的伪缺陷,在保证缺陷检出率的同时,减小缺陷的误识率.经在线应用,该方法可以满足在线检测的要求,缺陷的检出率达95%以上,识别率达85%以上. 相似文献

Forward slip is an important parameter often used in rolling-speed control models for tandem hot strip rolling mills. In a
hot strip mill, on-line measurement of strip speed is inherently very difficult. Therefore, for the set-up of the finishing
mill, a forward slip model is used to calculate the strip speed from roll circumferential velocity at each mill stand. Due
to its complexity, most previous researches have used semi-empirical methods in determining values for the forward slip. Although
these investigations may be useful in process design and control, they do not have a theoretical basis. In the present study,
a better forward slip model has been developed, which provides for a better set-up and more precise control of the mill. Factors
such as neutral point, friction coefficient, width spread, shape of deformation zone in the roll bite are incorporated into
the model. Implementation of the new forward slip model for the control of a 7-stand hot strip tandem rolling mill shows significant
improvement in roll speed set-up accuracy. 相似文献

We describe a looper controller design for a hot strip finishing mill in steel plants. The main function of the looper system
is to balance the mass flow of the strip by accumulating material in the middle of the stands. Another function is to control
the strip tension which influences the width of the strip. To ensure strip quality, it is very important to control the tension
of the hot strip finishing mill. However, because there is a mutual interaction between the looper angle and the strip tension,
it is difficult to control the looper system. Previous researches examined only the operation of a single stand. But it is
not sufficient to examine the operation and effect of whole stands because the operation is wholly interdependent. In this
paper, we present a full model of the hot strip finishing mill in order to more effectively control strip tension. We propose
several control methods for the full-stand hot strip finishing mill, denoted as conventional PI, PI with cross gain, and coefficient
diagram method (CDM) PID control. In the real plants, there are some problems by using higher order controllers such as LQ,
LQG and H∞. By comparison, the PID controller is very simple and easy to apply to all real plants. To that end, we present
our findings on PID controls and their potential use in the hot strip finishing mill. 相似文献

The dynamics of shape or profile depends on the several process parameters in a hot strip mill. This research paper presents the prediction of the profile or strip crown generated during rolling in the finishing stands of a hot strip mill with the use of artificial neural network (ANN) by taking into account the operational parameters such as width, thickness, speed, and roll bending, among others. A multi-layer perceptron neural network is trained with a back-propagation algorithm. Verification of the model is made by a comparison of the measured and predicted strip profile. A sensitivity analysis of the contributing factors to the profile variations is also carried out that shows the strip speed as one of the major contributor to the strip profile. A good comparison is found between the measured strip crown with the ANN-predicted crown demonstrating the modeling route as a robust one. 相似文献

Safe operating environment is essential for all complex industrial processes. The safety issues in steel rolling mill when the hot strip passes through consecutive mill stands have been considered in this paper. Formation of sag in strip is a common problem in the rolling process. The excessive sag can lead to scrap runs and damage to machinery. Conventional controllers for mill actuation system are based on a rolling model. The factors like rise in temperature, aging, wear and tear are not taken into account while designing a conventional controller. Therefore, the conventional controller cannot yield a requisite controlled output. In this paper, a new Genetic-neuro-fuzzy hybrid controller without tension sensor has been proposed to optimize the quantum of excessive sag and reduce it. The performance of the proposed controller has been compared with the performance of fuzzy logic controller, Neuro-fuzzy controller and conventional controller with the help of data collected from the plant. The simulation results depict that the proposed controller has superior performance than the other controllers. 相似文献
