Abstract With increasing environmental concern and stricter regulations, sulfur content is restricted in a low range. So there are many studies on the desulfurization methods to light oils. The oxidation-extraction desulfurization method for light oils provided a prospective way to reduce the sulfur content. The effects of the oxidation-extraction system were studied in this article. The results showed that the best oxidation time is 25 min, the best proportion of oil, catalyst, and oxidant is 50:5:1, temperature nearly has no effect on the oxidation desulfurization. This research provided a good prospect for the industrial application of the oxidation-extraction desulfurization. 相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了用于 FCC 汽油深度脱硫的吸附剂。分别用双氧水、高锰酸钾、浓硝酸和浓硫酸对活性炭进行改性,以改性后的活性炭为吸附剂,对南充炼油厂 FCC 汽油进行吸附脱硫实验研究。在所考察的吸附剂中,250 8℃下浓硫酸改性的活性炭吸附脱硫效果最好。在吸附温度120℃、吸附时间2 h、剂油比值0.1的最佳条件下,该吸附剂对 FCC 汽油的静态吸附脱硫率可达79.51%。 相似文献

使用同一催化裂化汽油,分别采用酸碱精制、萃取脱硫、吸附脱硫、氧化萃取脱硫等常规方法进行脱硫研究,考察了不同脱硫方法的脱硫效果.研究结果表明,对于催化裂化汽油,常规脱硫方法达不到较高的脱硫率,并且存在脱硫率与回收率的矛盾,在脱硫率稍高时,回收率太低.本文还考察了几种方法脱硫后汽油中含硫化合物种类的变化. 相似文献

以扎赉诺尔半焦为原料,采用硝酸活化、水热活化和浸渍活性组分等改性方法,制备了改性半焦脱硫剂,并用于脱除FCC汽油中的各种硫化物。通过正交试验法考察了工艺参数对改性半焦脱硫效果的影响,探讨了最佳工艺条件下制备的脱硫剂对FCC汽油单次脱硫的效果。实验结果表明,半焦经水热和硝酸活化,负载0.5%的氧化铜,于700℃下焙烧制备的脱硫剂对FCC汽油脱硫效率可达38.85%;硝酸活化半焦过程中要采用较高的水浴温度和较低的固定床焙烧温度。 相似文献

Abstract A deep desulfurization process for FCC light gasoline has been investigated. The process is comprised of liquid-liquid extraction with acetonitrile, and photooxidation with ultraviolet light from a high-pressure mercury lamp. After the extraction the sulfur-containing compounds transfer from the oil to the solvent and then the solvent containing these sulfur compounds was photo-irradiated with ultraviolet light from a high pressure mercury lamp 300 W and with λ 200–300 nm, using strengthen electronic stirrer during the irradiation .The oil from the solvent was recovered with water. An azeotropic mixture (containing 86% acetonitrile and 14% water) was recovered successfully with one distillation column, and can reuse. The total sulfur content in this gasoline decreased from 309 to 68 ppm following 8 h of photo-irradiation .The total yield of the oil vary between 90–96%. The main sulfur compounds of this gasoline are alkyl substituted thiophenes. 相似文献
