本文研究了固溶体配比对YT15合金组织结构和性能的影响。随着固溶体中碳化钨含量的降低(碳化钛增加),合金中的碳化钨晶粒逐渐变细,石墨析出量逐渐减少。由40-50% TiC的固溶体制配的合金,TiC-WC晶粒成形较好。就合金性能而言,30% TiC的固溶体所制取的合金,其抗弯强度最高;50% TiC的固溶体制取的合金,硬度和切削寿命最好;当固溶体中含75% TiC时,合金在400℃及800℃时的硬度较高。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备含稀土的碳化物粉或含稀土的钴粉,通过真空烧结制成金刚石复合片用稀土硬质合金基片,并进行了性能的测定;研究了真空烧结过程中真空度对合金组织结构的影响。结果证明,稀土元素的加入使合金的平均抗弯强度提高了27%,而对硬度、密度无明显影响;可以通过控制硬质合金真空烧结过程中的真空度来调整合金的组织结构。  相似文献

用不同比例的Fe和Ni部分代替WC-8Co合金中的粘结剂Co,再添加微量的碳粉和稀土氧化物Y2O3制得WC-8(Fe,Co,Ni)RE硬质合金,测试了其物理机械性能,研究了粘结剂各种成分及烧结温度、烧结气氛对硬质合金性能的影响。在一定的烧结工艺下,以Fe和Ni部分代替Co所制得的WC-8(Fe,Co,Ni)RE硬质合金,其性能可以达到甚至超过YG8的标准,同时对影响WC-8(Fe,Co,Ni)RE硬质合金性能的一些因素进行了讨论。  相似文献

Microstructures and crack extending characteristic of the YG8R,YT5R and YT14R hard alloysadding a trace cerium were studied by AEM and HVEM with a tensile holder.In the hard alloys addingcerium,the compounds of Ce_2O_3 or Ce_2O_2S could be formed,extending of stacking faults and transforma-tion from fcc Co to hcp Co were suppressed,volume fraction of fcc Co in the alloys was increased,andstrength of Co and(TiW)C phases and grain boundaries were raised.Plastic deformation in Co phase nearedges of the tensile cracks was more strong,and the tensile cracks could pass through some smaller WCgrains.  相似文献

To elucidate the role of astrocytes in the stress response of the central nervous system to ischemia, early gene expression was examined in rat cultured astrocytes after the exposure to hypoxia/reoxygenation, and we have previously cloned a novel RNA binding protein, RA301, from the reoxygenated astrocytes. Furthermore, we have now cloned a new gene for RA301 binding protein, termed YT521, by a yeast two-hybrid screening technique to explore RA301 functions. The YT521 cDNA is about 3200 bp long with an open reading frame encoding 712 amino acids. This amino acid sequence contains arginine-aspartic acid-glutamic acid rich region and glutamic acid rich one, and has a low degree of homology with RNA binding proteins such as U1-70k. Northern blot analysis revealed that YT521 mRNA expression was up-regulated in reoxygenated astrocytes. Induction of YT521 mRNA was mediated by endogenously generated reactive oxygen species, as it was suppressed by treatment of the cells with diphenyl iodonium which blocks oxygen-free radical formation by astrocytes. These expression patterns resembled those of RA301 mRNA. Far Western blot analysis showed that YT521 protein was not only interacting with RA301 protein, but also with SC35 and SF2, both of which are splicing factors. These results suggest that YT521 is a novel candidate for RNA splicing-related protein.  相似文献

Regazell-Energen (RE) is a combination of drinking vials which contain gelée royale, ginseng, hawthorn, wheatgerm extract solved in mead, and capsules filled with mixed pollen. RE is recommended for revitalization and regeneration, regulation and stimulation of the immune system and in the early metaphylaxis of treated cancer patients. Two courses during 40 days per year should be taken. RE has practically no side effects. Only individuals with pollen allergy or alcohol intolerance should be cautious. A package for a 14-day course costs 170 Swiss francs. RE is produced by Bio-Naturkraft in Poing, Munich, and research is supported by the German Society for Matrix Research. The president is Prof. H. Heine from the Institute of Anatomy of the anthroposophic University Witten-Herdecke. The bioactivator RE ist claimed to be a 'new, autonomous therapeutic system' to 'increase physical and mental well-being ... helping to overcome stress and immune defects'. Heine claims that RE acts decisively on the 'regulation of the matrix' and fights cancer by activating the fibroblast-macrophage system via the healthy tissue. The three clinical investigations on the effect of RE in the oncological aftercare contain severe flaws in the collection of data and interpretation.  相似文献
