三相复合生物流化床反应器处理废水性能研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
提出和设计了一种新型的自充氧式复合生物流化床反应器,将该反应器应用于合成废水的处理,考察了反应器的挂膜以及停留时间、气水比,容积负荷等对COD去除率的影响,研究结果表明,该反应器在处理废水时,停留时间可达2h和1.5h,COD容积负荷提高到8.56和12.63kg/d.m^3,效率比同类反应器高1倍以上,气水比也有所下降,仅为32-34,具有停留时间短,能耗低,是一种高效的新型生物流化床反应器。 相似文献

A methodology for studying the kinetics of gas-solid reactions in a fluidized bed reactor is presented. This procedure is based on the analysis of the response of the system (flue gases) when batches of solids of different weight are added to the reactor. The method has been applied to the study of limestone particle calcination. The calcination rate constants obtained are in good agreement with those found in the literature. The method offers the advantage of simplicity and avoids the use of model assumptions or empirical correlations. 相似文献

A time dependent and one-dimensional model is developed to analyze the performance of three-phase fluidized reactors and is applied to the fermentation of glucose to ethanol. The reactor model takes into consideration the presence of three different phases; the yeast (solid) which is continuously fluidized by the liquid stream, the gas bubbles which greatly enhance mixing and the wake phase which follows the tracks of the gas bubbles. The reactor performance is analyzed as a function of major operating conditions. The analysis includes variations in dispersion of glucose and yeast inside the reactor, the concentration of glucose in feed, and of the yeast mass inside the reactor, reaction temperature, velocities of gas and liquid feeds, and reactor aspect ratio. Computed glucose conversion is presented as a function of reactor length and time. The results indicate that high glucose conversions can be obtained at high gas velocities, low liquid flow rates, large aspect ratios, high yeast concentration, and an optimum operating temperature of 36°C, 相似文献

A relatively simple two-phase model for the non-isothermal fluidized bed catalytic reactor with consecutive exothermic reactions has been used to investigate the complex oscillatory behaviour of this industrially important unit. Relaxation oscillations are produced by distortion of limit cycles which have fast and slow motion in the phase space. The new type of period-adding bifurcation has been uncovered, analysed and is shown to generate periodic bursting with high periodicity. The period-adding mechanism presented is classified as a third kind of period-adding. The complex oscillatory trajectory is conjectured to terminate by a boundary crisis. 相似文献
