为了验证智能制造测试床的整体布局设计和制造工艺在生产运营环境下的合理性,利用西门子Plant Simulation工厂仿真软件进行生产节拍和设备利用率分析。首先,建立了按订单生产运行的制造生产线二维仿真模型,根据生产要求对二维仿真模型进行输入参数设定,并根据二维仿真模型运行后得到的分析统计结果进行工艺布局、物流布局和制造策略的优化。然后,在二维仿真模型基础上,为了让仿真模型在建设阶段和运营阶段具有更直观的展示效果,基于原三维设计图,在三维仿真模型中替换或导入各对象的三维模型,并运用Simltalk语言编写精细的三维位置坐标和动作路径动画程序,对仿真模型进行三维效果优化。结果表明优化后的智能制造测试床三维仿真模型可以实现与实际生产一致的业务运行模式,它具有更形象、逼真的动态运行展示效果。仿真结果可指导智能制造测试床的建设与优化,且在测试床投入运营后,仿真模型还能够接受运营数据以对测试床进行持续迭代的优化。提出的仿真模型设计方法为实现智能制造测试床的“数字孪生”奠定了基础。 相似文献

在不确定环境下,项目的计划与控制对项目能否顺利实施十分重要。考虑随机活动工期,研究了如何借助仿真分析确定鲁棒性调度优化的最佳项目输入参数组合。首先,对研究问题进行界定;随后,构建鲁棒性项目调度优化模型,并设计仿真分析流程,建立项目输入参数与仿真指标之间的对应关系;接着,开发了禁忌搜索启发式算法对鲁棒性调度优化模型进行求解,并制定了仿真实施流程;最后,通过一个实际案例对研究进行说明。得到结论:进度计划的鲁棒性随项目计划工期与资源可用量的增大而增大,达到一定值后保持稳定;当选取不同的仿真指标时,得到的最佳输入参数的组合不同,管理者可根据实际需求选取相应的指标。研究能够为不确定条件下鲁棒性项目调度提供指导,有助于项目进度计划鲁棒性的提升。 相似文献

针对具有自动装卸搬运机器人的制造单元,着重考虑其双重资源约束的特点,提出了该系统的有限缓冲开排队网的建模方法。根据工件的加工、装卸与搬运等工艺流程,定义该系统的排队网模型的各种状态,基于连续时间马尔可夫链,采用精确解法对该模型进行分析求解,获得系统一系列的稳态性能指标。为了验证排队网建模方法的有效性,建立其对应的仿真模型,分别采用排队网模型的数值计算与仿真模型的仿真统计2种方法求出系统的性能指标进行对比,并基于排队网模型对该制造单元的系统性能进行分析,为该类制造单元的资源配置优化和设施布局优化等问题提供重要的理论支撑。 相似文献

通过对球墨铸铁机械性能影响因素的分析,指出在一定的生产条件下,球墨铸铁的机械性能主要取决于组织、成分。利用Matlab中的Neural Network Toolbox仿真环境和BP模型算法建立了球墨铸铁机械性能的优化模型,详细论述了模型结构的设计、数据处理、网络初始化、训练与仿真的过程。该方法对提高球墨铸铁的机械性能具有积极作用。 相似文献

The paper considers global optimization of costly objective functions, i.e. the problem of finding the global minimum when there are several local minima and each function value takes considerable CPU time to compute. Such problems often arise in industrial and financial applications, where a function value could be a result of a time-consuming computer simulation or optimization. Derivatives are most often hard to obtain, and the algorithms presented make no use of such information.Several algorithms to handle the global optimization problem are described, but the emphasis is on a new method by Gutmann and Powell, A radial basis function method for global optimization. This method is a response surface method, similar to the Efficient Global Optimization (EGO) method of Jones. Our Matlab implementation of the Radial Basis Function (RBF) method is described in detail and we analyze its efficiency on the standard test problem set of Dixon-Szegö, as well as its applicability on a real life industrial problem from train design optimization. The results show that our implementation of the RBF algorithm is very efficient on the standard test problems compared to other known solvers, but even more interesting, it performs extremely well on the train design optimization problem. 相似文献

Industrial intelligence is a core technology in the upgrading of the production processes and management modes of traditional industries. Motivated by the major development strategies and needs of industrial intellectualization in China, this study presents an innovative fusion structure that encompasses the theoretical foundation and technological innovation of data analytics and optimization, as well as their application to smart industrial engineering. First, this study describes a general methodology for the fusion of data analytics and optimization. Then, it identifies some data analytics and system optimization technologies to handle key issues in smart manufacturing. Finally, it provides a four-level framework for smart industry based on the theoretical and technological research on the fusion of data analytics and optimization. The framework uses data analytics to perceive and analyze industrial production and logistics processes. It also demonstrates the intelligent capability of planning, scheduling, operation optimization, and optimal control. Data analytics and system optimization tech-nologies are employed in the four-level framework to overcome some critical issues commonly faced by manufacturing, resources and materials, energy, and logistics systems, such as high energy consumption, high costs, low energy efficiency, low resource utilization, and serious environmental pollution. The fusion of data analytics and optimization allows enterprises to enhance the prediction and control of unknown areas and discover hidden knowledge to improve decision-making efficiency. 针对结构与无限大声场的声振耦合系统中结构的双材料拓扑优化问题进行了研究。采用有限元与边界元方法分别对结构和声场进行离散。基于分段常数水平集(piecewise constant level set,PCLS)方法,构造了结构的刚度阵、质量阵与阻尼阵。优化目标选为最小化结构指定位置的振幅平方,采用伴随变量法进行灵敏度分析。引入二次罚函数方法来实现体积约束,基于灵敏度信息对优化参数进行重新定义,克服了参数的问题依赖性。数值结果表明优化设计可以显著降低结构的振幅,证实了优化方法的有效性。不同算例下体积约束在相同优化参数下均得到很好满足,说明了重新定义参数的优越性。 相似文献

A numerical model for the flow and filtration characteristics of industrial flue gas in granular bed filter (GBF) was established and the local filtration efficiency for different granule layers was investigated. Numerical validation results show that the GBF structure with large size granules at the inlet region and small size granules at the outlet region can effectively improve the filtration performance of GBF and the underlying mechanism was revealed. Then an experimental system was built to validate the suitability of the optimized GBF structure for the filtration of industrial flue gas with coagulative particles. The experimental results show that the optimized GBF structure is also suitable and its superiority is more significant with the increase of filtration time. The results show that the pressure drop and filtration efficiency of the experimental system increase with the increase of dust particles concentration. The existing of coagulative particles is conducive to the growth of smaller size dust particles, the pressure drop and filtration efficiency increase significantly. In addition, the pressure drop and filtration efficiency decrease with the increase of cooling rate. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the design and optimization of industrial flue gas purification and waste heat recovery. 相似文献
