通过电磁场数值计算对感应钢包炉的电磁场设计和包壳结构进行研究,结果表明,感应钢包炉内磁轭的安装量应在R/R1=0.3 ̄0.4、S/S1=0.4 ̄0.5范围内,为降低包壳涡流损耗,感应钢包炉炉发瓣数应为10 ̄14。  相似文献

建立了水平连铸工艺无阻条件的钢液水平补缩沿程压力降模型:Δp=32μβcA^2/πl^2tlnB〔1+1/4lnB(1/B^4-1)〕10^-5N/cm^2其压力降随拉坯速度的增高而增大。当中间包内钢液面稳定在700mm时,35CrMo合金结构钢的拉坯速度不应大于2.5m/min;启铸和停铸前阶段,需把拉坯速度下降到2.0m/min以下,否则钢液的初始压力不足以补偿水平补缩沿程压力损失。  相似文献

研究了吐温40-KOH-O_s(Ⅳ)化学发光新体系,发现丙酮等有机溶剂对该化学发光反应有很大的增敏作用。锇量在1.0×10 ̄(-8)~1.0×10 ̄6g/ml范围内,发光强度与锇量成正比。方法的检出限为1.1×10 ̄(-10)g/ml;对于1.0×10 ̄(-7)g/ml的O_s(Ⅳ)重复11次测定发光强度的相对标准偏差为2.2%。  相似文献

采用粘土熟料、再制多孔轻质骨料和高耐火的基质粉料研制成体积密度1.75g/cm ̄3,导热系数0.65W/m·K的钢包永久层隔热浇注料,使用结果表明:这种隔热浇注料能减少钢液降温13℃,避免了钢液结冷钢。同时有较高的强度,能抵抗钢液的直接接触,杜绝钢包穿漏现象。  相似文献

以C-V测量、击穿电压测量并结合逐层腐蚀技术,对GaAs外延多层结构的剖面分布进行了测量,获得了GaAs(100)晶片在不同温度下的H_2SO_4-H_2O溶液中的腐蚀速度数据。结果表明,当H_2SO_4:H_2O_2:H_2O=9:1:1时,对n=1.10 ̄(14)~1.10 ̄(18)cm ̄-3的GaAs(100)晶片,20℃时的腐蚀速度为v=0.3~0.9μm/min.作者认为,这一配方对GaAs(100)多层结构是一个最为理想的减薄腐蚀剂。  相似文献

本文用稀磷酸-高氯酸对试样进行前处理,试验了磷钼蓝显色条件及配合物的光度性质^[1 ̄6]。酸度条件:C(HC1O4)为0.17mol·L^-1、C(H2SO4)为0.020mol·L^-1。磷0 ̄10μg·50ml^-1遵守比耳定律,ε720为2.00×10^5(28C),与标准加入法的分析结果相符。  相似文献
