感应钢包炉的电磁与结构特性

通过电磁场数值计算对感应钢包炉的电磁场设计和包壳结构进行研究，结果表明，感应钢包炉内磁轭的安装量应在Ｒ／Ｒ１＝０．３￣０．４、Ｓ／Ｓ１＝０．４￣０．５范围内，为降低包壳涡流损耗，感应钢包炉炉发瓣数应为１０￣１４。     

钢液水平补缩沿程压力降数学模型及其应用

建立了水平连铸工艺无阻条件的钢液水平补缩沿程压力降模型：Δｐ＝３２μβｃＡ＾２／πｌ＾２ｔｌｎＢ〔１＋１／４ｌｎＢ（１／Ｂ＾４－１）〕１０＾－５Ｎ／ｃｍ＾２其压力降随拉坯速度的增高而增大。当中间包内钢液面稳定在７００ｍｍ时，３５ＣｒＭｏ合金结构钢的拉坯速度不应大于２．５ｍ／ｍｉｎ；启铸和停铸前阶段，需把拉坯速度下降到２．０ｍ／ｍｉｎ以下，否则钢液的初始压力不足以补偿水平补缩沿程压力损失。     

丙酮增敏－吐温40化学发光新体系测定痕量锇（Ⅳ）的研究

研究了吐温４０－ＫＯＨ－Ｏ＿ｓ（Ⅳ）化学发光新体系，发现丙酮等有机溶剂对该化学发光反应有很大的增敏作用。锇量在１．０×１０￣（－８）～１．０×１０￣６ｇ／ｍｌ范围内，发光强度与锇量成正比。方法的检出限为１．１×１０￣（－１０）ｇ／ｍｌ；对于１．０×１０￣（－７）ｇ／ｍｌ的Ｏ＿ｓ（Ⅳ）重复１１次测定发光强度的相对标准偏差为２．２％。     

GRJ型隔热浇注料的研制及应用

采用粘土熟料、再制多孔轻质骨料和高耐火的基质粉料研制成体积密度１．７５ｇ／ｃｍ￣３，导热系数０．６５Ｗ／ｍ·Ｋ的钢包永久层隔热浇注料，使用结果表明：这种隔热浇注料能减少钢液降温１３℃，避免了钢液结冷钢。同时有较高的强度，能抵抗钢液的直接接触，杜绝钢包穿漏现象。     

钢包喂钛线生产20CrMnTi钢的试验

采用ＧＧＮ－２ＷＸＪ喂线机向２０ｔ钢包喂入φ１０ｍｍ钛线，喂线速度按１２０￣１３０ｍ／ｍｉｎ，钛的回收率达６５％￣８３％，平均为７３．４％，通过喂入１９０￣２０００ｍ钛线，喂线时间９０￣９５ｓ，成品钢水钛含量可稳定在０．０６％￣０．０８％，喂线前后钢包钢水平均温降速率为１６．７℃／ｍｉｎ，而还原期炉内加钛铁合金化工艺，钛的回收率为２９％￣５５％，平均为３７．５％，喂钛线工艺吨钢冶炼成本降低２８．２

（100）n－GaAs在H_2SO_4－H_2O_2－H_2O溶液中的腐蚀速度

以Ｃ－Ｖ测量、击穿电压测量并结合逐层腐蚀技术，对ＧａＡｓ外延多层结构的剖面分布进行了测量，获得了ＧａＡｓ（１００）晶片在不同温度下的Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４－Ｈ＿２Ｏ溶液中的腐蚀速度数据。结果表明，当Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４：Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２：Ｈ＿２Ｏ＝９：１：１时，对ｎ＝１．１０￣（１４）～１．１０￣（１８）ｃｍ￣－３的ＧａＡｓ（１００）晶片，２０℃时的腐蚀速度为ｖ＝０．３～０．９μｍ／ｍｉｎ．作者认为，这一配方对ＧａＡｓ（１００）多层结构是一个最为理想的减薄腐蚀剂。     

磷钼蓝光度法测定电解金属锰中的痕量磷

本文用稀磷酸－高氯酸对试样进行前处理，试验了磷钼蓝显色条件及配合物的光度性质＾［１￣６］。酸度条件：Ｃ（ＨＣ１Ｏ４）为０．１７ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１、Ｃ（Ｈ２ＳＯ４）为０．０２０ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１。磷０￣１０μｇ·５０ｍｌ＾－１遵守比耳定律，ε７２０为２．００×１０＾５（２８Ｃ），与标准加入法的分析结果相符。     

水平管道粉气浓相输送最终固气速度比的理论研究

根据“建立模型→数值计算结果→计算结果优化”原理,在水平管道输送煤粉的研究过程中,得到实际气体速度和最终固气速度比的显式函数关系式ｕａ＝２８２．５２×Ｑ＾０．９９２·ｄｓ＾０．０１８／ρｇ＾０．９２６·ｍ＾０．９１２·Ｄ＾２,φｍ＝０．４６６ｄｓ＾－０．２２４将临了终固气速度比与临界输送速度联系起来：φｍ２＾＊／φｍ１＾＊＝ｕｃｓ１／ｕｃｓ２,进而得到水平管道中输送煤粉的气体临界输送速度和输送煤粉     

铁素体—珠光体钢组织和性能关系
