介绍了三维可视化设计应用于现代化工设备设计的优越性和可行性,重点介绍三维可视化设计在塔板、填料、液体分布器、气体分布器和支撑结构等精馏塔内件中的应用。实践证明:三维可视化可以和强度、刚度、二维、重量、流体力学、数字化设计和制造相结合,从而,化工设备的设计过程从单一平面图转变为可视化的三维实体,使得设计过程更接近生产实际,缩短了产品设计周期,有效地降低成本。这项工作的推广将促进我国化工设备制造行业的信息化建设。  相似文献

A blackboard-based expert system, Intellite3 for synthesizing control structures in chemical processing plants is discussed. We suggest object-centered knowledge representation framework with distributed multi-task frame net model embodied on blackboard structure. Intellite3 interactively synthesizes the plausible control structures for a specified process and it effectively screens those alternatives to find out the most reasonable one in the context of over-all control objectives, operability, and other operational requirements.  相似文献

A scheme is proposed to develop image processing and analysis software based on the generation of thesaurus tables in the interpreter’s kernel. The scheme is based on the combined features of dynamic libraries and an interpreter with a set of functions for image processing. As a result, the program can be divided into two parts: the first is aimed at professional software developers, and the second at users. The interpreter is able to use extra functions of dynamic libraries. It makes it possible to change the properties of the software without compilation. On the other hand, users can change the graphical interface to improve the convenience of the workplace.  相似文献

In this paper four undirected graph products and four directed graph products are presented for the formation of structural models. The undirected products are extensively used in graph theory and combinatorial optimization, however, the directed products defined in this paper are more suitable for the formation of practical structural models. Here, the directed and undirected products are employed for the configuration processing of space structures. 装备维修资源配置优化方法的研究对提升维修保障效率具有不可估量的作用,然而当前装备维修保障系统的维修资源的研究已经不能满足多中心系统高效保障的实际需求。因此,本文详细分析了装备维修保障维修资源配置优化问题的相关研究。首先概述了多中心装备保障系统主要包括维修任务预测、维修资源配置和多中心维修任务调度3个任务模块,并以此确定了维修保障资源配置流程。然后重点针对维修人员和维修备件资源配置优化问题参数、理论方法以及研究现状进行了综述。最后针对多中心维修保障系统资源研究的缺陷对未来发展趋势进行了展望,形成一种新的研究思路,为后续开展多中心系统资源配置优化研究提供参考。  相似文献

This paper presents an extended object model for case-based reasoning (CBR) in product configuration design. In the extended object model, a few methods of knowledge expression are adopted, such as constraints, rules, objects, etc. On the basis of extended object model, case representation model for CBR is applied to product configuration design system. The product configuration knowledge can be represented by the extended object. The model can support all the processes of CBR in product configuration design, such as case representation, indexing, retrieving, and case revising. The presented model is an extension of the traditional object-oriented model by including the relationship class used to express the relation between the cases, constraints class used in the product configuration knowledge representation, index class used in case retrieving, and solution class used in case revising. Therefore, the product configuration knowledge used in the product configuration design can be represented by using this model. In the end, a metering pump product configuration design system is developed on the basis of the proposed product configuration model to support customized products.  相似文献

This paper presents a general design methodology for manufacturing cells. The approach makes use of the observation that 85% of the production demand of a manufacturing facility can be attributed to 15% of the products manufactured in the facility. This logic was extended to manufacturing cell design. Specifically, within a part family, those parts that have a high steady demand should be placed in cells that are configured and operated similar to a flow line. Those part numbers within the family that have little demand should be assigned to cells designed to operate more as a job shop. In this way, a manufacturing cell that is designed to serve both the high and low demand components will not be impeded by imposed constraints resulting from demand or processing time considerations for individual parts within the family. The author presents a ten step approach for analysis and design of such cells after initial machine-component groupings have been formed.  相似文献

Linear systems with magnitude and rate constraints on both the state and control variables are considered. For such systems, semi-global and global constrained stabilization problems are formulated when state feedback controllers are used. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the formulated problems are developed. Moreover, design methodologies for such constrained stabilization problems are presented. An important aspect of our development here is a taxonomy of constraints to show clearly for what type of constraints what can or cannot be achieved.  相似文献

研究以最小化完工时间为目标的模糊加工时间零等待多产品厂间歇调度问题, 提出一种基于差分进化粒子群优化(DEPSO) 的间歇调度算法. 以基本粒子群算法为整体进化框架, 采用基于反向学习的方法初始化种群, 引入群体极值保持代数作为阈值, 利用基于排序的差分进化算法优化粒子个体极值位置, 改变粒子的搜索范围, 防止粒子陷入局部极值. 仿真实验验证了所提算法在解决模糊加工时间零等待多产品厂间歇调度问题上的有效性和优越性.

In modern design, life-cycle concerns such as recycling and service are receiving increased attention. The configuration design phase, where the product and component structure is established, is of particular importance when designing for the life cycle. In this paper, the foundation for a CAD system supporting configuration design for the life cycle is presented. A prototypical CAD system, called CODA (Configuration Design of Assemblies), is under development based on this foundation. A discussion on the supported product and component representation is given, followed by a portrayal of some of the capabilities to support life-cycle design. Specifically, requirements are identified for the information needed to support design for assembly, disassembly, service, recycling, and reuse. A case study involving the (re)design of a hand-held tape recorder with respect to improved disassemblability and recyclability is utilized to highlight some of the capabilities of the current system. With the new product and component representation embodied in CODA, improved support over current CAD systems is provided for configuration design and life-cycle design assessments.  相似文献

We describe configuration space visualization methods for mechanical design. The research challenge is to relate the configuration space geometry to the mechanical function of the parts. Our research addresses the fundamental design task of contact analysis. Contacts are the physical primitives that make mechanical systems out of collections of parts. Systems perform functions by transforming motions via part contacts. The shapes of the interacting parts impose constraints on their motions that largely determine the system function. Contact analysis involves deriving and analyzing these constraints. Designers use contact analysis to ensure correct function and to optimize performance. A study is made of a special case of the robust performance problem given by Freudenberg (1989). When the weightings used to describe the uncertainty and performance specifications vary only with frequency, then it is possible to strengthen the results in the above-mentioned work by deriving both upper and lower bounds upon the structured singular value. Both sets of bounds are stated in terms of the coupling coefficients introduced by Freudenberg (1989), and essentially yield necessary and sufficient conditions for the structured singular value to be small. This information is used to suggest a strategy for compensator design to achieve robust performance despite plant ill-conditioning. Applying this strategy to an example, it can be seen how the design trade-offs quantified by the Bode gain-phase relation manifest themselves in the robust performance problem. Finally, the design is compared with one obtained using the'µ-synthesis' approach.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of the optimal design of batch plants with imprecise demands in product amounts. The design of such plants necessarily involves the way that equipment may be utilized, which means that plant scheduling and production must form an integral part of the design problem. This work relies on a previous study, which proposed an alternative treatment of the imprecision (demands) by introducing fuzzy concepts, embedded in a multi-objective Genetic Algorithm (GA) that takes into account simultaneously maximization of the net present value (NPV) and two other performance criteria, i.e. the production delay/advance and a flexibility criterion. The results showed that an additional interpretation step might be necessary to help the managers choosing among the non-dominated solutions provided by the GA. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a strategy commonly used in Operations Research for the solution of this kind of multicriteria decision problems, allowing the apprehension of manager subjective judgments. The major aim of this study is thus to propose a software integrating the AHP theory for the analysis of the GA Pareto-optimal solutions, as an alternative decision-support tool for the batch plant design problem solution.  相似文献

针对雷达装备测试性优化设计的实际技术需求,对雷达测试性优化设计过程进行了分析。以雷达装备各阶段数据为基础,综合考虑测试效能、测试代价、可靠性约束等要素,研究了基于测试代价和测试效能的测试性优化方法,并给出了基于最小测试代价的雷达系统测试性优化模型。针对模型多目标优化求解问题,给出了一种基于改进的粒子群优化算法。该算法引入混沌理论,使初始种群呈现多样性,避免了传统粒子群算法的早熟现象,同时提高了搜索的精度和速度。通过对案例的仿真与验证表明,利用这种改进的粒子群算法对基于最小测试代价的测试性优化模型进行求解时,能够在满足模型目标函数的约束条件下,获得全局最优解。  相似文献
