研究探索了一种新的制备热喷涂用镍包氧化铝复合粉末的方法——配位均匀沉淀-碳热还原法,并成功地制备出了黑色镍包覆氧化铝复合粉末,利用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等测试方法对产品进行分析表征。结果表明:制备的镍包覆氧化铝粉色泽均匀,平均粒径小于0.3μm,且原料利用率高,无其他杂质。  相似文献

目的研究搅拌摩擦加工对Al_2O_3/B_4C/Al复合材料力学性能的影响。方法将球形铝粉球磨成片状后氧化,并向其中混入质量分数为10%的碳化硼颗粒,热压成形后锻压,对锻饼进行一道次的搅拌摩擦加工,研究搅拌摩擦加工后复合材料的室温与高温力学性能。结果通过搅拌摩擦加工能显著提高材料室温强度,但与锻压态材料相比,材料高温强度降低。结论晶界处氧化铝对材料高温性能有重要影响,搅拌摩擦加工使晶界处氧化铝破碎并进入晶粒内部,提高了室温强度,但不利于提高高温性能。  相似文献

以铝热法为基础制备了A12O3/W复合材料,探讨了A12O3含量对复合材料合成的影响。研究表明:主要物相为α-A12O3、金属W。刚玉含量小于0.3时,温度影响不显著,大于0.3时,温度影响显著,有大量碳化物生成,且WC/W2C相对含量随A12O3含量增加及煅烧温度的提高而增加。当刚玉含量为0.5mol时,有正交晶钨酸铝生成。随刚玉含量变化,金属钨分布从连续分布向弥散分布变化。连续分布的金属钨因被氧化铝包裹因此难以碳化,而弥散分布的金属钨则易于被碳化。  相似文献

Abstract

Alumina/nickel composites have been fabricated by hot pressing powder blends of various volume fractions of nickel and alumina. The electrical resistivities and Young's moduli of these composites have been measured and their dependence on the volume fraction of reinforcement has been investigated. Microstructural parameters such as contiguity were measured to quantify the distribution of the phases in these composites, and existing property models based on these data were used to predict the properties of the composites. The percolation threshold of nickel was found to occur at between 7.5 and 15 vol.-%Ni. The Young's modulus decreases as the volume fraction of nickel increases and is dependent on the contiguity of alumina. Composites containing 25, 35, 50, and 65 vol.-%Ni display microstructures with interpenetrating networks of alumina and nickel. The property models were found to fit both the resistivity and modulus data well, although the percolation threshold was predicted at a lower volume fraction than measured experimentally.  相似文献

A metal/ceramic laminate has increased fracture toughness as compared to the ceramic monoliths. The toughness enhancement is controlled by the closure (‘bridging-stresses’) exerted by the metallic bridging layers (‘ligaments’) astride the crack in the ceramic layers. The crack-opening-displacement (COD) carries information on the level and location of these stresses. If the COD profile is known, the bridging-stresses and consequently, the R-curve behavior of the composite can be modeled. In this study, a weight-function-based approach is used to generate the R-curve and is compared with experimental results for Al2O3/Ni multilayer laminates.  相似文献

采用一种新颖的离心成型法制备了无宏观界面的Al2O3/Ni功能梯度材料, 并研究了浆料调制工艺、离心成型制备机理和梯度材料的力学性能.结果表明, 配制料浆时,粘结剂(聚乙二醇)含量为2%(质量分数)、固相含量为63%(体积分数)、球磨时间为36h,可得到的流动性良好的料浆.经离心成型(3000r/min,40min)得到了无宏观界面的坯体,该坯体在1400℃经2h真空烧结,可以得到致密、组元宏观连续过渡的Al2O3/Ni梯度材料.通过调整固相含量和粘结剂含量,可调控Al2O3/Ni复合材料的成分梯度.  相似文献

The (Al2O3 + Ni) composite, (Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni and Al2O3/(Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni laminated materials were prepared by aqueous tape casting and hot pressing. Results indicated that the (Al2O3 + Ni) composite had higher strength and fracture toughness than those of pure Al2O3. The fracture toughness of (Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni and Al2O3/(Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni laminated materials was higher than not only those of pure Al2O3, but also those of Al2O3/Ni laminar with the same layer numbers and thickness ratio. It was found that the toughness of the Al2O3/(Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni laminated material with five layers and layer thickness ratio = 2 could reach 16.10 MPa m1/2, which were about 4.6 times of pure Al2O3. The strength and toughness of the (Al2O3 + Ni)/Ni laminated material with three layers and layer thickness ratio = 2 could reach 417.41 MPa and 12.42 MPa m1/2. It indicated the material had better mechanical property.  相似文献

In order to understand the rate-controlling process for the interracial layer growth of brazing joints brazed with active composite filler materials, the thickness of brazing joints brazed with conventional active filler metal and active composite filler materials with different volume fraction of AI203 particulate was studied. The experimental results indicate although there are Al2O3 particulates added into active filler metals, the time dependence of interracial layer growth is t^2 as described by Fickian law for the joints brazed with conventional active filler metal. It also shows that the key factor affecting the interracial layer growth is the volume fraction of alumina in the composite filler material compared with the titanium weight fraction in the filler material.  相似文献

The processing and property measurement of Y-TZP/Al2O3 ceramic-ceramic composites was investigated. The wet chemical synthesis route was adopted for the preparation of 3Y-TZP matrix dispersed with Al2O3 in three different volume fractions. Characterization of the resultant powders was carried out and their densification behaviour was studied by sintering in air in the temperature range 1200–1600 °C. The role of alumina as grain-growth inhibitor for Y-TZP, and the mechanical response of these ultrafine-grain ceramic composites in terms of Klc characteristics, have been discussed.  相似文献

自蔓延高温合成Al2O3-TiC/Fe-Al复合材料的研究   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
以天然钛铁矿为主要原料,采用SHS技术,通过铝热、碳热还原法合成了Al2O3-TiC/Fe-Al 金属间化合物/陶瓷基复合材料.研究了SHS合成过程中制坯压力、预热时间、稀释剂和碳源对SHS合成过程的影响.研究结果表明:制坯压力在40MPa时,燃烧温度与燃烧波速率出现最大值;随着预热时间的延长,燃烧温度和燃烧波速率都增加,产物中TiC和Al2O3晶体的晶格间距增大,合成更为完全,产物中只包含有TiC相、Al2O3相、Fe-Al相和α-Fe固溶相;稀释剂会降低燃烧温度和燃烧波速率,同时使产物的密度降低,且不利于合成产物的形成;与炭黑相比用石墨做碳源时,燃烧温度、燃烧波速率以及产物的密度都高,反映了碳源结构差异对燃烧合成的影响.  相似文献

以聚偏氯乙烯(PVDF)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)和纳米氧化铝(Al2O3)三元共混,制备中空纤维膜,探讨Al2O3含量对膜性能的影响。结果表明,由于适量Al2O3的加入,中空纤维膜膜孔结构明显改善,大孔减少,微孔增多;亲水性明显提高。Al2O3为最佳含量3%时,水通量和截留率分别达到了289L/(h·m2)和77.2%。  相似文献

为探讨Al2O3/Al复合涂层在贫铀表面保护中应用的可行性,采用盐雾腐蚀试验和磨损试验方法,结合SEM/EDS和XRD表征,分析了贫铀表面Al2O3/Al复合涂层的保护性能.结果表明,贫铀表面反应磁控溅射Al2O3/Al涂层没有明显的腐蚀特征,而等离子喷涂Al2O3/Al涂层发生了严重的腐蚀剥落现象.Al2O3/Al涂层表现为磨粒磨损行为,抗磨损性好.作为对比样的贫铀表面Al涂层则表现为粘着磨损行为,抗磨损性差.讨论了贫铀表面涂层的腐蚀和磨损行为.  相似文献

Al2O3/Ni laminated composites were prepared by aqueous tape casting and hot pressing with intent to study mechanical properties including the fracture strength and toughness. The residual stress was evaluated and proved. The relations of mechanical properties with the thermal residual stress, the ductility of metal layers and the layer thickness ratio were studied, respectively. It was found that the toughness and work of fracture of Al2O3/Ni laminar reached to 12.56 MPa m1/2 and 12 450 J m 2, which are 3.6 and 478.8 times that of pure Al2O3.  相似文献

以热压烧结的方法制备了Al2O3/Ni金属陶瓷,探讨了Al2O3/Ni金属陶瓷显微结构、力学性能及微波介电性能随Ni粒子含量变化的规律.结果表明,在垂直于压力方向上,Ni粒子有明显的受压拉伸现象;当Ni粒子含量从5%(体积分数)增加至20%(体积分数)时,金属陶瓷中Ni粒子的分布由孤立向部分桥连方式转变.随Ni粒子含量的增加,金属陶瓷致密度略有下降,抗弯强度明显降低.与纯氧化铝陶瓷相比,含20%(体积分数)Ni粒子Al2O3/Ni金属陶瓷的断裂韧性提高了50%左右,达到6.4MPa·m1/2.复介电常数测试结果表明,在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内,金属陶瓷复介电常数的实部和损耗随Ni粒子含量的增加逐渐上升.当Ni粒子含量达到20%(体积分数)时,由于Ni粒子之间的部分桥连现象而使介电常数虚部在一定频段出现负值.  相似文献

采用自蔓延燃烧合成法在室温下的空气中制备出了TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明:大部分TiB2的形貌为规则的块状,晶粒细小,平均尺寸为几个μm,但也出现了TiB2枝晶和棒状晶。而Al2O3的颗粒较大(10~40μm左右),形状不规则,Al2O3的断口呈层片状,Al2O3和TiB2出现聚集现象。  相似文献

An aluminium-nickel reinforced Al2O3 particulate composite was fabricated by a powder metallurgy route, where 35wt% aluminium and 30wt% nickel powders were mixed with 35wt% Al2O3 particles and compacted at 548 MPa. Sintering was carried out at 850 °C, where the synthesis reaction was sustained by the transient liquid phase resulting from the exothermic reaction associated with the formation of intermetallic compounds, i.e. reactive sintering. The resultant microstructure was studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). It was found that the initial distribution of individual constituent powders affect the outcome of the reactive sintering and that the inward diffusion of aluminium in nickel was responsible for nickel aluminide formation.  相似文献

利用Al和TiO2之间的放热化学反应, 采用激光原位合成技术在TC4钛合金基体材料表面制备了Al2O3/Ti-Al金属间化合物基复合涂层。对比分析了激光功率、激光束扫描速度和光斑尺寸变化对激光能量密度变化量的影响程度, 借助X射线衍射仪(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、能谱仪(EDS)和显微硬度计分别考察了激光束扫描速度对复合涂层表面宏观形貌、截面显微组织结构和显微硬度的影响。结果显示, 扫描速度的变化对激光能量密度变化量的影响程度最大, 光斑尺寸次之, 激光功率的变化影响最弱。随着激光束扫描速度的增大, 复合涂层表面渐趋粗糙, “鱼鳞纹”状形貌特征趋于明显, 复合涂层与基材结合区厚度减小。激光原位复合涂层主要由k-Al2O3和α-Al2O3增强相与α-Ti和α2-Ti3Al基体相组成。随着激光束扫描速度增大, 复合涂层内k-Al2O3部分转变为α-Al2O3, Al2O3增强相有由枝晶状向纤维状转变的趋势; 复合涂层截面显微硬度自基体至涂层表面过度平缓, 且涂层区显微硬度分布均匀, 明显高于基材平均显微硬度。  相似文献

运用气压烧结工艺克服了热压工艺的局限性,制备了Al2O3/TiCN复合材料,考察了材料在不同温度烧结时的致密化行为及其力学性能,结果表明气压烧结制备的Al2O3-30wt%TiCN陶瓷复合材料,相对密度达到99.5%,抗折强度为772MPa,硬度为19.6GPa,断裂韧性高达5.82MPa/m2.  相似文献
