在非水溶剂中合成出一种新型席夫碱试剂(L):苯甲醛缩2-氨基嘧啶及其过渡金属铜配合物。由元素分析、络合滴定法、红外光谱、热重谱、质谱和摩尔电导值对配体和配合物的结构进行了表征,并推测出其组成为CuL2,采用荧光光谱和黏度分析方法初步研究了该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用。表征结果表明:配合物为两分子配体以亚氨基和嘧啶环上的两个N原子与铜中心离子成键,配位数为4;与小牛胸腺DNA作用结果显示:配合物主要以插入方式与DNA相互作用,破坏了DNA的双螺旋结构。  相似文献

The oxidation of alcohols to carbonyls was investigated by an efficient catalyst system comprising of Fe(III)–Schiff base–triphenylphosphine complex. Mononuclear copper(II) (1) and nickel(II) complexes (2) of acyclic Schiff base ligand, N,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthyl)-1,4-bis(3-iminopropyl) piperazine (L) were synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of the ligand was confirmed using single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complexes displayed good binding abilities to bovine serum albumin protein (BSA). The binding interactions of complexes 1 and 2 with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by absorption, fluorescence, circular dichroism spectral analysis and molecular docking studies. Complex 1 showed greater interaction with DNA than nickel(II) complex 2. The cleavage studies with pBR322 DNA showed efficient oxidative cleavage in the presence of 3-mercaptopropionicacid (MPA) and for hydrogen peroxide for complexes 1 and 2 respectively.  相似文献

Two thiocyanate-coordinated Schiff base copper(II) complexes, [CuL1(NCS)] (1) and [Cu2(L1)21,3-NCS)2]n (2), where L1 and L2 are the deprotonated forms of 4-bromo-2-[(2-propylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol (HL1) and 2-ethoxy-6-[(2-propylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol (HL2), respectively, have been prepared and structurally characterized. Single crystal X-ray diffraction indicates that 1 is a mononuclear copper(II) complex, while in 2, the adjacent two complex molecules are linked through two phenolate O atoms, forming a dimer. The dimers in 2 are further weakly linked through end-to-end thiocyanate bridges to form a two-dimensional sheet. The Cu atom in 1 is four-coordinate in a square planar geometry, and that in 2 is six-coordinate in an octahedral geometry. Complex 1 shows strong urease inhibitory activity, while complex 2 shows no activity.  相似文献

Two chiral Schiff base-containing complexes, [Cu(L1)](ClO4)2·H2O (1, L1 = (S,S)-N1,N2-bis((1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine) and [Ni(L2)2](ClO4)2 (2, L2 = (S,S)-N1-((1H-imidazol-4-yl)methylene)cyclohexane-1,2-diamine) were synthesized from the reaction mixture of 1H-imidazole-4-carbaldehyde, (S,S)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O or Ni(ClO4)2·6H2O in methanol. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the in situ generated chiral Schiff base ligands L1 and L2 are bisubstituted and monosubstituted, respectively, corresponding to the different metal ions CuII and NiII. Variable-frequency and -temperature dielectric properties of 1 and 2 have been studied.  相似文献

Salicylaldehyde 2-phenylquinoline-4-carboylhydrazone (H2L), and its novel tetranuclear cobalt(II), nickel(II) complexes have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of (NiL)2·[NiL(H2O)(DMF)]2·H2O·DMF obtained from DMF solutions of compound 2 was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The DNA-binding investigation suggests that the two complexes bind to DNA via groove binding mode. The in vitro antibacterial activity of complexes against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis was screened and compared to the activity of the free ligand, the antibacterial activity of complex 1 is active than complex 2 which is in consistent with their DNA-binding behaviors.  相似文献

采用2-取代基苯并咪唑化合物、氯化铜为原料、丙酮或2-丁酮为溶剂,在微波辐射下合成了2-苄基苯并咪唑(BIm_a)和1-(对甲氧基苄基)-2-(对甲氧基苯基)苯并咪唑(BIm_b)的铜配合物,收率分别为80%和75%.测得BIm_a和BIm_b铜配合物熔点分别为144.7~145.8 ℃和224.5~226.0℃.应用摩尔电导率、XRD、紫外光谱、SEM和热分析测试对目标配合物进行表征,摩尔电导率、紫外和红外光谱解析表明,2-取代苯并咪唑配体与Cu(Ⅱ) 发生了配合反应;XRD和SEM表征证明晶型为单斜晶系;热分析得出BIm_a、BIm_b和氯化铜的配位数分别为1和1/2.  相似文献

Three novel complexes, [Cu4(L)4Cl4]·H2O (1), Zn(L)2 (2) and Cd(L)2 (3), based on HL (where HL = 2-acetylpyridine isonicotinohydrazone) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses. In the tetranuclear complex 1, each copper(II) ion with a distorted square-planar coordination geometry is five-coordinated by one chloride anion, one ON2 donor set and one 4-pyridine nitrogen atom from another adjacent actylhydrazone ligand. However, the central ions in complexes 2 and 3 possess distorted octahedral coordination geometry, surrounded by two ON2 donor sets. In addition, all the complexes have excellent antitumor activity towards human lung cancer (A549) and human gastric cancer (SGC7901 and BGC823) cell lines. Furthermore, cell apoptosis induced by complex 1 was detected through TUNEL and Annexin V/PI staining with flow cytometric analysis and western blotting analysis.  相似文献

Two percent divinylbenzene (DVB)–crosslinked polystyrene was prepared and functionalized to obtain its aldehyde analog. Amino porphyrins were anchored on this polymer support by Schiff base condensation. The anchoring positions were adjusted so as to obtain ortho-, meta-, and para-isomeric systems. The polymer-bound free-base porphyrins were metallated to obtain the corresponding Cu(II) and Ag(II) complexes by treating them with the corresponding metal salt solutions. The products were characterized chemically and spectroscopically. Electronic and ESR spectral analysis shows the microenvironmental participation of the polymer network on the electronic levels of the porphyrin system. A series of platinum(II) complexes with N-monocyclopentyl/cyclohexyl derivatives of 1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane as carrier ligands and dicarboxylate anions as leaving groups were synthesized and characterized. All complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, (1)H NMR, and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, as well as ESIMS. The in vitro antiproliferative activities were tested by MTT assay against four human cancer cell lines; breast carcinoma (MCF-7) and colon cancer (HCT-116) cells were particularly sensitive, especially to complexes 1f (IC(50) =9.81 and 1.49 μM) and 2f (IC(50) =4.59 and 0.36 μM). Flow cytometry indicated that representative compounds exert cytotoxicity toward MCF-7 and HCT-116 cells through induction of apoptosis and blockage of cell-cycle progression in the S phase, similar to cisplatin. The interaction between the platinum(II) complexes and pET22b plasmid DNA was observed by agarose gel electrophoresis, revealing that complex 2f has the capacity to distort plasmid DNA in a manner distinct from that of oxaliplatin.  相似文献

The reaction of isatin-3-thiosemicarbazone (ITC, 1) or isatin-3-semicarbazone (ISC, 2) with nitrato bis(triphenylphosphine)copper(I) gave the four coordinate copper(I) complexes [Cu(PPh3)2(ITC)]NO3 (3) and [Cu(PPh3)2(ISC)]NO3 (4). The synthesized complexes were characterized by FT-IR, UV–VIS, Raman and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of 3 was investigated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The ITC coordinates to the copper(I) ion in a bidentate fashion via the N(imine) and S atoms which along with two triphenylphosphine ligands form a tetracoordinate complex. The complex has a distorted tetrahedral coordination environment. Crystal data at 150.0 K: space group P21/c with a=12.5777(4), b=15.2062(5), c=21.9057(7) Å, β=95.628(3)o, Z=4, R 1=0.049.

利用四乙酰丙酮铈配合物[Ce(acac)4]和Salphen型水杨醛缩邻苯二胺(Schiff碱)合成了双齿Salphen型席夫碱铈金属配合物(SB-Ce),用红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)和差热-热重(TG-DTA)分析进行结构表征,将SB-Ce配合物用于抑菌活性实验。结果表明,SB-Ce对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌都有一定的抑菌活性,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌性最好。  相似文献
