1987年,伴随着国际贸易、国际投资和国际经济合作业务的持续增长,各种商事纠纷和贸易摩擦的不断增加,中国贸促会成立了第一家商事调解机构--北京调解中心2000年北京调解中心正式更名为中国贸促会/中国国际商会调解中心. 中国贸促会/中国国际商会调解中心秉承"以和为贵"、"促进双赢"的调解理念,以调解的方式,独立公正地帮助中外当事人解决了大量的商事争议,成为中国商事调解领域一支最重要的社会力量.其现有中外籍在册调解员300 余名,有41家贸促会系统地方调解中心遍布在全国各地,形成了一个庞大的调解网络.整个调解网络的受案量已达 6 000余件,调解成功率达到80%.调解当事人涉及50多个国家和地区. 相似文献

Aqueous rechargeable zinc-ion battery(ZIB)is considered to be a potential energy storage system for large-scale applications due to its environmental friendliness,high safety,and low cost.However,it remains challenging to develop suitable cathode materials with high specific capacity and long-term cyclic stability.Herein,we have fabricated freestanding Sr0.19V2O51.3H2O/carbon nanotubes(SrVO/CNTs)composite films with different mass ratios by incorporating SrVO into CNTs network.The synthesized SrVO possesses a large interlayer spacing of 1.31 nm,which facilitates Zn(2+)diffusion.Furthermore,the SrVO/CNTs composite film with conductive network structure promotes electron transfer and ensures good contact between SrVO and CNTs during the long-term cycling process.As a result,the battery based on the SrVO/CNTs composite cathode with a mass ratio of 7:3 delivers a specific capacity of 326 mAh·g-1at 0.1 A·g-1and 145 mAh·g-1at 5 A·g-1,demonstrating a high capacity and excellent rate capability.Remarkably,the assembled ZIB shows good capacity retention of 91%even after ultra-long cycling for 7500 cycles at a high current rate of 5 Ag-1.More importantly,the battery also delivers a high energy density and power density,as 290 Wh·kg-1at 125 W·kg-1(0.1 A·g-1),or 115 Wh·kg-1at 6078 W·kg-1(5 Ag-1).The results demonstrate that the SrVO/CNTs composite is a promising cathode toward large-scale energy storage applications. 相似文献

Effects of shoulder on interfacial bonding during friction stir lap welding of aluminum thin sheets using tool without pin 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
To separately investigate the potential effects of shoulder on increasing interfacial bonded area and its mechanism,friction stir lap welding(FSLW)of 1.8 mm thick Al sheets without and with insert(copper foil or Al-12Si powders)was conducted using a special tool without pin,respectively.All the FSLW joints(without insert)fractured within top sheet but not along faying surface,suggesting that the shoulder plays an important role comparable or superior to pin in FSLW of thin sheets.Using several specially designed experimental techniques,the presence of forging and torsion actions of shoulder was demonstrated.The fracture surface of the joints with inserts indicates that interfacial wear occurs,which results in the oxide film disruption and vertically interfacial mixing over the area forged by shoulder with a larger diameter than a general pin,especially at the boundary region of weld.The boundary effect can be induced and enhanced by forging effect and torsion effect. 相似文献

High entropy alloys(HEAs)containing five or more equimolar components have shown promising catalytic performance due to their unique chemical and mechanical properties.However,it is still challenging to prepare scalable and efficient nanoporous HEAs as catalysts.Here,we present a facile strategy to synthesize largescale nanoporous HEAs particles by combing vacuum induction melting,gas atomization,and acidic etching procedure.The application of HEAs to energy conversion is evaluated with electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)on AlCrCuFeNi HEAs.The HEAs exhibit a low OER overpotential of 270 mV to achieve a current density of 10 mA·cm-2,a small Tafel slope of 77.5 mV·dec-1,and long-term stability for over 35 h in 1 mol·L-1 KOH,which is comparable to the state-of-the-art OER electrocatalyst RuO2.The findings in this paper not only provide an industrial approach to produce nanoporous HEAs powder but also inspire the applications of HEAs as catalysts. 相似文献

Based on the solidification heat transfer model and CAFémodel,the solidification structure of GCr15 bloom alloy was studied.Using nail shooting and acid etching experiments,the solidification models were verified.The secondary dendrite arm spacing(SDAS)model of GCr15 was obtained by simulation calculation and metallographic observation.With the increase of casting speed,the SDAS,equiaxed crystal ratio(ECR)and average grain size increase.With the rise of superheat,the SDAS increases in the 20-70 mm of thickness and decreases in the 80-160 mm of thickness.The ECR decreases and the average grain size increases with the increase of superheat.With the increase of specific water flow,both the SDAS and ECR decrease.The minimum average grain size is obtained when the specific water flow is 0.20 L·kg-1.The central carbon segregation index is reduced from 1.11 to 1.075. 相似文献
