The electrical engineering discipline of HUST is amongthe first batch of disciplines approved by the Academic DegreeEvaluating Committee of the State Council of China as entitledto confer the mastership and the doctorate (1981), the firstbatch of postdoctoral programs (1985), and the first batch ofdisciplines entitled to award the doctorate in top level discipline(1996). In this work three different commonly used high frequency measurement techniques for the determination of the electrical properties of BST thin films are compared. Two of the three setups determine the permittivity and the loss factor of planar sapphire capacitors by either measuring the reflection coefficient or the influence onto the resonance frequencies of two coupled microstrip resonators. The third setup utilizes the differential propagation constant of two identical coplanar wave guides (CPW) of different length to calculate the permittivity and the loss factor of the involved sapphire substrate. It is found that the latter method shows the best accuracy for the measurement of the permittivity and the loss factor of the sapphire substrates over a broad frequency range. Measurements of BST coated sapphire substrates are presented using this technique.  相似文献

(Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3-BaTiO3 (<6.5% BaTiO3) ceramics with <001>pc orientation were fabricated by Templated Grain Growth (TGG) or Reactive Templated Grain Growth (RTGG) using tabular SrTiO3 template particles. The maximum electrically-induced strain was 0.26% at 70 kV/cm. d33 coefficients over 500 pC/N were obtained for highly textured samples (f 90%) when driven at high electric fields. Under these conditions, the materials show considerable hysteresis in the strain—field response, even after poling. Berlincourt piezoelectric coefficients for the same samples gave d33 of 200 pC/N.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a new formulation of the optimal power flow problem suggesting a single objective function for real and reactive power dispatch. This objective function is nothing but the sum of the cost of active generation and system losses satisfying the network constraints. The objective function and constraints are expressed in terms of real and imaginary parts of bus voltages and line parameters. The generalized reduced gradient technique has been used to solve this problem. Effectiveness of this formulation is demonstrated by taking examples of actual networks.  相似文献

The dielectric constant of Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 films exhibited both bias field dependence and thickness dependence. In thin films, the electrode-film interface influences the dielectric behaviour. This interface is analysed by two methods: Conventionally the film-electrode interface has been explained in terms of a barrier layer at the film electrode interface. An alternative method is to introduce an electrode-dielectric interface energy to the Devonshire phenomenology to describe the thickness dependence of dielectric constant. The existence of barrier is established which influences the measured value in films, but it is not exactly possible to pinpoint its origin and eliminate its effect by theoretical models.  相似文献
