马庄选矿厂选尾工艺设备技术改造与实践

莱矿马庄选矿厂为降低尾矿品位,减少铁金属流失,不断进行技术改造,更新了污水磁选机,处理污水的同时,还对磨前湿选尾矿筛下部分及脱水磁选机尾矿进行选别;更新了中场强磁选机选别最终尾矿,又安装了2台矩环式磁选机扫选中磁机尾矿。改造后尾矿品位由9.85%降到7.80%。     

处理矿砂的稀土磁铁

采用稀土永磁强磁选机从几种重矿物矿床矿石的精矿中分选钛铁矿进行了试验并与电磁感应辊式磁选机和交叉皮带磁选机的常规技术进行了比较。将稀土圆筒和辊式磁选机的选别性能与电磁分选机进行了比较。稀土永磁分选机比电磁分选机简单、生产能力高、结构紧凑、生产费用低。这意味着,应     

带式磁选机的研究及应用

目前使用的磁选设备多数为圆筒式磁选机，选别作用小，设备在保证选别效果的同时不能提高产量。而带式磁选机机型多数为产品上托式，不利于设备维护,且产品质量难以控制。因此，寻求一种新型设备，既能保证目前生产需求，又能达到系统扩容后的生产要求，就显得十分必要。本现对带式磁选机的研究及试验作一简要介绍。     

水平磁系高梯度磁选机回收攀西钛铁矿试验研究

攀西某选厂采用"强磁—强磁—浮选"作为钛铁矿选别原则流程,强磁工序精矿作业回收率是影响钛铁矿总回收率的关键。试验研究以选铁尾矿经浓缩分级后的粗粒物料为原料,分别采用水平磁系高梯度磁选机和垂直磁系高梯度磁选机对其中钛铁矿进行回收。结果表明,在最优条件参数下,采用两种磁选机获得的精矿TiO_2回收率接近,水平磁系高梯度磁选机获得的精矿TiO_2品位更高。背景磁场强度为430 mT时,对选铁尾矿粗粒级物料经一次粗选,可获得含TiO_2 16.21%、TiO_2回收率90.49%的钛精矿。     

梅山铁矿2~0.5 mm混合铁矿磨前预选工艺优化试验研究

针对梅山磨前预选2~0.5 mm系统采用“一粗一扫”湿式选别流程选别指标差、工艺复杂、金属流失等问题,采用弱磁段—强磁段组合外磁系新型高效磁—重复合力场选矿机代替原“一粗一扫”流程,进行了磨前2~0.5 mm混合铁矿预选工业对比试验研究。结果表明:单台外磁系磁选机流程相比原“一粗一扫”流程,尾矿铁品位降低了2.47个百分点,金属回收率提高了9.01个百分点,选矿效率提高3.77个百分点;外磁系磁选机尾矿中磁性铁降低了0.21个百分点,尾矿中赤(褐)铁矿含量降低了2.07个百分点,说明外磁系磁选机回收高品位、大密度的弱磁性矿物赤(褐)铁矿效果好;外磁系磁选机回收磁铁矿、赤(褐)铁矿的产率为43.14%,金属回收率为80.34%,分别提高了3.08个百分点和6.21个百分点,改善了磨前2~0.5 mm预选系统的选别指标,提高了选别精度。     

优化球磨运行方式的研究

大孤山球团厂三选作业区球磨4-4-2运行,针对磨机台时超过72吨/时、细筛再磨循环量大、生产指标不稳定这一问题,本文通过一段磨矿分级、一道磁选机选别效率、二次分级磨矿效率条件试验,得出磨机台时在64～66吨/时,磨矿产品细度对后道工序效果最佳。在磨机台时为65吨/时,进行球磨4-2-2、4-3-2、3-2-2条件试验,现场流程量稳定、生产指标合格,得出球磨5-3-2运行方式可行,经济效益良好。

提高马庄选矿厂尾矿中铁金属回收率的技术改造

为提高回收率,减少铁金属的流失,莱矿马庄选矿厂进行了技术改造,更新污水磁选机,改进工艺流程,使磨前湿选尾矿筛下部分及脱水磁选机尾矿也进污水磁选机进行选别。改造后,尾矿品位由9．58％降到8．15％,铁金属回收率提高了1．06％,年创效益400万元。     

金石碳酸锰矿石强磁选试验研究

金石碳酸锰矿石通过多种强磁选机的试验表明,采用 CGDE-210型强磁选机选别含锰16.69%的原矿,经过一粗一扫流程选别,可获得含锰22.26%的精矿,回收率84.19%,产率63.13%、尾矿含锰7.17%,精矿经烧结后符合三级冶金用锰的要求.并探讨了就地建设移动式小选厂的可行性.     

尾矿中低品位磁铁矿综合回收工业试验

为了最大限度地实现矿产资源的综合回收利用,针对陕西省某矿业公司选硫尾矿中的磁铁矿进行了综合回收工业试验研究。该工业试验采用半逆流磁选机,处理能力为35~50 t/h,选硫尾矿中磁性铁品位为0.7%~0.9%,磁性铁实际回收率达68.97%,实现了磁性铁的综合回收利用。
