针对某铅锌矿尾矿废水高Pb和高PH值的特点,研究添加硫钠沉淀-斜板沉淀箱澄清-砂滤池过滤-硫酸中和外排的废水处理工艺。尾矿水PH在12左右,含铅300-400mg/L,治理后的外排水PH在6-9,含铅<1mg/L,均符合国家排放标准。  相似文献

以两种途径研究了混凝沉淀法对湖南某多金属矿选矿废水COD去除的可行性。用聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、七水硫酸亚铁为水处理剂,分别在总尾矿矿浆和尾矿库出水中考察初始pH值,混凝剂种类及药剂用量等因素对选矿废水COD去除的影响。结果表明,在总尾矿矿浆中加入聚合硫酸铁1 g/L,COD由186降至121 mg/L,或在尾矿库出水中控制初始pH值为7~9,加入七水硫酸亚铁500 mg/L,COD由135降至88 mg/L。以第一种方案进行工业试验,取得了良好指标,排水pH值为6~9,COD 100 mg/L,达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级标准的要求。  相似文献

采用石灰-硫酸亚铁两段净化工艺,对以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸厂含砷废水进行处理研究。介绍了pH值、Fe/As比以及充气量等条件对砷的去除率的影响。结果表明:控制一段pH=10 5、Fe/As=1∶1,二段pH=8 5、Fe/As=10∶1,充气20min,沉淀1h,处理后外排废水中砷浓度小于0 5mg/L,达到国家排放标准。该方法处理费用低、工艺简单可行、操作方便,已在工业生产中应用。  相似文献

为实现矿井水资源化,解决高浊度矿井水回用处理,分析了高浊度矿井水的水化学特性,通过混凝沉淀烧杯搅拌试验,研究了混凝剂种类、投加量、pH值、搅拌速度及时间对混凝效果的影响,结果表明:PAC为5mg/L,PAM为0.4mg/L,pH值为7,混合转速为120r/min,混合时间为0.5min,反应转速为50r/min,反应时间为25min,对应的混合G值为28.9s-1、GT值为867,反应G值为7.3s-1、GT值为10950时,混凝沉淀效果最好。  相似文献

某铅锌矿因受尾矿输送设备能力的限制,需对选矿尾矿进行浓浆输送。生产上添加聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)或石灰可解决浓缩问题,但PAM使尾矿浆在尾矿库内难以形成千滩而对尾矿坝的稳定性产生不利影响,石灰则使尾矿库外排水pH值严重超标。为此,通过沉降试验对PAM、石灰、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、明矾、聚合氯化铝(PAC)等沉降剂进行了比较,发现PFS与石灰组合可获得较好的尾矿沉降效果。在此基础上进行了实验室动态浓缩试验,结果表明,采用混合沉降剂PFS+石灰,可获得底流浓度40%以上、溢流水中固体悬浮物含量低于200mg/L的沉降指标,并可解决尾矿库外排水pH值超标的问题。因此,以PFS+石灰作为混合沉降剂是解决该矿尾矿浓缩问题的适宜方案。  相似文献

渗透反应墙是一种原地修复受污染地下水的新型技术,具有发展前景。在某矿铀尾矿堆场退役治理过程中采用了该技术进行受污地下水的工程应用。综述了该尾矿堆场污染地下水渗透反应墙的修复机理、设计施工及实际应用效果。在尾矿堆场下游末端安装渗透反应墙后,尾矿渗出水的pH由2.71上升至6.85,ρ(U)由12.21 mg/L降至0.003 mg/L;在受纳尾矿堆场渗漏水受纳河的入口下游50 m处,河水pH由渗透反应墙安装前的3.65上升到安装后的7.50,ρ(U)由渗透反应墙安装前的0.46 mg/L下降到安装后的0.001 mg/L。  相似文献

菱镁矿尾矿煅烧后产生的轻烧镁粉对于酸性矿井水的处理具有效果好、操作条件良好、沉渣少等优点。通过对轻烧镁粉的成分分析可知,主要成分氧化镁占比高于90%。以山西某煤矿酸性矿井水为研究对象,对其进行常规水质分析可知,总铁浓度为230.01mg/L、亚铁离子浓度为66.98mg/L、pH值为3.24。采用轻烧镁粉进行酸性矿井水处理,设计正交实验,分析初始pH值、药剂投加量、曝气量、曝气时间等对处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在投加轻烧镁粉量为0.50~1.00g/L时,酸性矿井水初始pH值可由3.15~3.31提高到6~9左右,缓冲性能较好,较容易控制投加量使pH值控制在6~9;轻烧镁粉处理酸性矿井水时三个主要因素的影响程度大小为:投加量搅拌时间搅拌速度,当轻烧镁粉投加量为0.85g/L、搅拌速度为400r/min、搅拌时间为12min时,实验效果较好;利用轻烧镁粉提高酸性矿井水的pH值到7.48时,曝气5min,曝气量为0.5m3/h,聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量为10mg/L时,经处理矿井水中亚铁离子和总铁浓度可分别降至0.07mg/L和0.17mg/L,满足排放或回用水对总铁的要求,且改善了沉渣的沉降性能,大大缩短了沉降时间。  相似文献

以分离并回收含镍料液中的硝酸铵和硝酸镍为目的,验证了纳滤和硫化铵沉淀联用技术的可行性,并通过考察纳滤浓水侧压力、纳滤级数、硫化铵沉淀pH值等的影响,获得适宜的工艺路线为:两级纳滤+KLNi-01离子交换除镍+硫化铵沉镍+硝酸溶解回收硝酸镍。操作参数如下:纳滤进水pH=6、浓水侧压力0.8 MPa,经两级纳滤后,产水镍含量降至0.181 g/L,再经KLNi-01树脂吸附后,镍含量降至0.002 mg/L;纳滤浓水在初始pH=6、硫化铵溶液加入量36 mL/L条件下沉镍,此时出水镍含量4.7 mg/L,无硫化物检出;使用硝酸溶解硫化镍沉淀,可获得浓度为258.40 g/L的硝酸镍溶液。物料衡算可得:处理1 m3含镍料液,获得产水0.3 m3,消耗20%~26%的硫化铵溶液25.20 L,消耗浓硝酸37.22 L,消耗水体积109.05 L,可获得258.40 g/L的硝酸镍溶液192.93 L。  相似文献

以某多金属矿尾矿废水为试验对象, 根据废水特征进行了脱稳效果比较, 分别选用不同的絮凝剂进行了混凝试验。实验结果表明, 选用石灰作为脱稳剂, 加入石灰量使废水pH值达到11.5时, 脱稳沉淀效果最好。选用阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂, 在pH值为8~9时, 投加量为2 mg/L, 经处理的废水达到国家排放标准。  相似文献
