利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,研究了9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N铁素体耐热钢在850~1250℃,变形速率0.01~10s-1的变形条件下的再结晶行为。获得了9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb-N钢热变形时发生动态再结晶的边界条件,作出了塑性图和再结晶图。 相似文献

利用IBED 技术,在Si(111) 和GCr15 轴承钢基体上沉积CrN 镀层。研究N+ + N+2 离子轰击能量和Nions/Cratoms 到达比对镀层组织结构的影响。结果表明,氮离子轰击能量的增加促进CrNCrN(200) 择尤生长;但Nions/Cr atoms 比从1.45 ×10 - 2 增至3.67 ×10 - 2 和5.87 ×10 - 2时,镀层中CrN 组分非但没有增多,Cr 反而以Cr2O3 形态存在。 相似文献
