在水泥生产过程中,煤粉燃烧器是水泥厂煅烧水泥熟料的重要热工设备,燃烧器对尾部的送煤管道要求很高,其使用性能的稳定性及使用寿命的长短直接影响烧成系统热工制度的稳定、回转窑技术性能指标的实现和水泥熟料的产量和质量。在使用过程中为了有效防止回转窑结圈,必须采用煤粉燃烧器间隔性的实时移动的工艺,在这种情况下,既要有效防止结圈,又要达到稳定可靠连续地生产,对送煤管道提出了更高的要求。  相似文献

The unique inborn hypertriglyceridemia seen in FLS (fatty liver Shionogi) mice was relieved by the administration of purified apolipoprotein (apo) C-II. Lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and its cofactor, apoC-II, play a pivotal role in VLDL metabolism. Therefore, we investigated the genetic background involved in this hypertriglyceridemia. Plasma levels of TG and total cholesterol as well as LPL activity were measured in male FLS mice and C57/BL6J mice. Agarose gel electrophoresis and fast protein liquid chromatography were used to analyze the lipoprotein profile. A cross experiment was done to determine the genetic background of hypertriglyceridemia observed in FLS mice. cDNA sequences of apoC-II and apoC-III of FLS mice were determined. Preα-lipoprotein was the predominant lipoprotein class in FLS mouse plasma. LPL activity remained in the range observed in C57/BL6J mice, and purified apoC-II transiently relieved FLS mice from hypertriglyceridemia. Preα-lipoproteinemia was inherited in an autosomal recessive manner. ApoC-III appeared to be a causal factor for this unique hypertriglyceridemia. Microsatellite analysis, however, revealed that the responsible chromosome was not 7; rather, apoC-III mapped onto chromosome 9. Therefore, we suggest apoC-III as a candidate causative factor for the hypertriglyceridemia observed in FLS mice because an excessive amount of apoC-III attenuates LPL activity in vivo and in vitro.  相似文献

Measuring the diffusion coefficient of powder flow, which shows the magnitude of mixing, using X-ray visualization has been developed with the help of image processing techniques. Injecting minute metallic tracers into the powder yielded flow characteristics using the X-ray penetration images. The diffusion coefficient of the flow was determined by tracer figure deformation with time. Using this method, we evaluated four kinds of powder flows transported using different shaped screws in a screw feeder unit. The following results were obtained from this investigation: (i) Increasing the pitch width of the screw yielded decreased transport velocity and a larger diffusion coefficient. (ii) Double screw provided the largest transport velocity and the smallest diffusion coefficient.In addition, uncertainty analysis was applied to the method of measuring the diffusion coefficient to achieve greater bias limit.  相似文献

This article focuses on the nano-crystalline tricobalt tetraoxide (Co3O4) synthesis using the combustion method. The fabrication process involves the combustion a mixture of cobalt nitrate as oxidized and expanded polystyrene (EPS) as a novel fuel. The effects of fuel/oxidizer ratio on the phases formed, Co3O4 as a major phase and CoO as an impurity, and the Co3O4 crystallite size have been addressed. Based on the thermal analyses data (TGA and DTA), which follow the phase changes during the heat treatment of the parent fuel/oxidizer precursor, the different parent precursors have been calcined at 500?°C. Characterization of the formed solids has been performed using various tools (XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, and XPS). It was concluded that the EPS content, in the combustion precursor mixtures, is a key parameter that controls the phase features of the prepared nanomaterials. CoO impurity was detected for the solids with EPS?>?4?wt%. The crystallite size, morphology, and the surface elemental concentration are influenced by changing the EPS content. The activity of the different powders towards hydrogen peroxide decomposition has been evaluated at the 35–50?°C temperature range.  相似文献
